They have long-term parking on-site by a independent business. Stay and take shuttle to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Its about 7 minutes away.

Property amenities did not match property details on the hotels.com… there is no restaurant or bar/lounge on site. Which was frustrating when we arrive later than planned very hungry. Staff was excellent but we did find the property quite unkept. Hallway carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed in a long time. Furniture has lots of stains. Chairs were not the right height for the dining table. Kitchen supplies were very limited no linens provided. For a two night stay it was fine especially once we picked up our rental car.

The outdoor pool was too hot, it was not comfortable going in and unsafe. It was comparable to a hot tub. I Thankfully, there was a cool shower that I could cool off in 85 degree heat. The only 6 lounge chairs were ripped. The other chairs were ripped as well. There were not towels available and housekeeping needed to be called 3x. The towels were thin and stained. The hotel room was in dis repair , example cupboard door was off hinges. Huge tear in leatherette desk chair. The entrance door was cement, unattractive and dirty. The shower door was rusty. The receptionist was unfriendly, and was unable to find reservation and was not helpful. I needed to call help line and waited one hour to solve reservation problem. Lobby only computer was not working. Expedia should not use this hotel and Homewood Suites should sell this property. My confidence in Homewood Suites, which I have used many time in the United States has been tarnished. I will no longer stay at a Homewood Suites. In fact, I would appreciate a refund that might change my future travel reservations. Please feel free to reach out to me for further information. And I'm interested to know if you received similar reviews. And Please remove this hotel from your listings.

It was a bit chaotic when we arrived they couldn’t find my reservation and then could only find one room. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person, cheaper to uber , we couldn’t get the free airport shuttle, paid to uber. Breakfast was disgusting , rotten fruit and slimy gross scrambled eggs.

Hotel was nice… do NOT take the airport shuttle, we had a hard time finding it, the people at the hotel call center were not helpful, for someone who had never been to Fort Lauderdale airport, they were not helpful. For those who are using the shuttle… exit terminal 3 and walk to the right till you see the “F” round signs. Anyway we get there, our shuttle shows up and he is full, he tells us there is another shuttle in 10 minutes, we sat there for 45 minutes till the same guy came back. Considering it’s an 8 minute drive, if I we were confident we could find where the taxi stands were we would have just grabbed one. So this “Driver” not happy that I mentioned that was a long 10 minutes, drove like a mad man and through our luggage out at the sister hotel across the road from the hotel, we assumed that was our hotel, so we got out and ended up walking to our hotel with our luggage. The hotel was nice, front desk girl was very nice, our room really needed maintenance, towel hook hanging off, shower head broken. But still fine.

I didn’t like the over one hour wait for the complimentary shuttle from the airport, so we finally called an Uber. Called the hotel twice, first time I was told 20 to 40 minutes. Called again after 50 minutes & was told it was going to be another 20 to 40 minutes.

The property is what you'd expect of a homewood. Fine!! But, the shuttle from airport was non-existent...literally! We waited an hour, not exaggerating, and it still never came even after calling three times. We ended up calling an Uber. That...was unacceptable

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. In our room the ceiling was patched, it looked like there was a prior leak that was fixed. We didn't have any problems during our stay though. The pool and outdoor space was great. Breakfast was also pretty great and had great options. I would definitely recommend it.

Waited for the shuttle for 40 mins after calling the hotel until it showed up almost full so we had to wait another 20+ mins for a 2nd shuttle then when we finally got to the hotel an hour after check in our room I picked the day before was not ready so we had to go on the top floor Instead of the 1st. Then the shower handle was ready to fall of the wall and the shower leaked all night, so unless you like the sound of Drip drip drip all night. Breakfast was ok but so many people in such a small serving space made it annoying

Not the best place even for 1 night. Location was convenient for airport but cleaning was very suspicious with tons of stains in the carpet and mold in the bathroom area. I will definitely try a different option as I was traveling with my family and definitely it was so dirty that I triggered asthma for my kids.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! COCKROACHES, DIRTY FURNITURE & OVERALL DIRTY ROOMS!!!!!!! Thank goodness I was only staying one night. Had I booked a longer stay I would have moved hotels. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at the property. Upon opening the door, my party had an extremely negative first impression. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned, and the filth had been sitting for a considerable amount of time. To put it plainly it was absolutely disgusting. The couch in the living room area was covered in some unknown fluid. It honestly looked like dried vomit. We saw and killed cockroaches that were crawling on the floor. When everyone went to sleep that night, we each laid on beach towels we packed from home for our trip. We did not want to physically touch anything in that room. No one even showered because they did not want to go into the shower/use the towels. I cannot truly express how dirty this room was. I am highly dissatisfied with this property and Hilton’s customer service. I do not have one positive thing to say about my stay, it was a complete disaster.

The room hadn’t been cleaned very well. The surfaces were dirty from prior occupants. There was no shampoo and the body wash pump was broken. There was some food on the floor as well. It made me very suspicious of whether the towels or sheets were clean. Luckily, we only had to stay one night.

Room was nasty. Not vacuumed. Sheets had a beer bottle cap in them. Killed a cockroach. Told the front desk, they said they’d clean our room. They did but still wasn’t vacuumed and the new towels had makeup. Shower floor was still gross. Opened the sink and it was FULL of roaches (after cleaning) and we took a video Told desk again, They just moved us rooms. No offer of anything else. New room has crushed up candy in the carpet, no hand towels, no shampoo and was also dirty My wife started stressing. I wish the next part was a joke. The stress caused her to have a cyst rupture and I had to take her to the emergency room on night two, in which we spent the next two nights at the hospital because she had emergency surgery. We had to cut out trip shorts by a week. I told the front desk I needed a refund and Angela (the director per her card) said because I booked on Expedia she couldn’t do that and offered points. I didn’t pay Expedia I selected to pay at the hotel and I did. She then told me I traveled to Florida for surgery which quite honestly made me madder than I’ve ever been in my life. Why would someone travel from Dallas, TX to Florida for surgery when we have some of the best hospitals in the nation? We only had to go because of the stress from the hotel. I’ve still received no compensation. Do not, DO NOT, stay at this hotel. Roaches, rudeness, lies.

The lobby was spotless and clean, but when we turned the corner to go to our Suite it was dirty from then on. In our bathroom it looked like so.eone pulled a tampon with force leaving a streak of blood on the wall at toilet seat height. There was dry snot splatter on the bathroom door, dirt or food on the ice bucket, fridge shelves were smuged with whatever spilled, and the carpet was filthy throughout the whole place ecept the lobby. The bed was clean, so we were able to survive the night.

Sofa bed among the worst we’ve ever experienced. Basically springs with a lightly padded fabric covering. Don’t expect to sleep on it! Management said there was nothing they could do. Would not return if I needed the sofa bed. Other than that, a decent hotel.

I was staying here just to make it easy for all of us int the party to be together. I would think that a Hilton branded place would be better kept up to date. The furniture throughout is aged and some in disrepair. The overall comfort of the room I bought in was lackluster. Damaged furniture, a tv cable box that i had to fix to get working, and a shower that really was not that clean were just the beginnings.

Check-in clerk was sweet, and helpful and provided us with an early check-in after a long trip, the room was also spacious. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport... however our room smelt terrible, we weren't able to get a new room and it wasn't very clean. They did provide us with some Febreze and glade plug-ins which did help a bit. The breakfast was just "OK" and the shuttle driver didn't seem happy with his tip and made it kinda awkward by standing over us waiting for more money after drop off.

Ordered a roll away bed when made reservation and again when we arrived. We could not call down to front desk since the boy did not answer so we had to go down and request the roll away 4 times, finally we asked if we could get bedding for the pull out couch and for the floor since it was 2am. He finally brought the blankets up pounded on the door and threw them in the door and ran down the hall. When telling the front desk she said that he had a busy night and she couldn’t help us because we booked through Expedia. Excuses all around. Probably won’t hear from the manager either.

Arrived back from our cruise early and got to the hotel at 0900 and were able to store our luggage until we could check in. Asked if there was a restaurant nearby, and was told we could go ahead and eat their buffet even tho we hadn’t checked in yet. Then we were told we could use the swimming pool and restroom while we waited! We’re so tired out from the cruise and just hung out until we could check in, and we’re able to check in early at 1pm. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Then we get to our room and was beautiful! So comfortable and roomy, which we appreciated since we were just going to rest up for the day! I highly recommend this place, especially for cruise travelers!

I do not recommend this property. The room was not ready until almost 6pm. Once I entered the room, the couch had crumbs from the previous customer. Housekeeping did not come once during the entire stay. I called for a non-feather pillow due to allergies, and it took over 4 hours to arrive. On the third day, I had to call housekeeping for towels due to them not coming to refresh the room, and I ended up having to call again after no one came for over 3 hours. Carpets need cleaning extremely badly. The lobby furniture is in terrible condition as well. The doors are also filthy.

Had to move rooms twice. First room there was no light in the bathroom. Maintenance tried to fix it and said we had to change rooms. Second room after a few hours had loud noises from AC Unit. Again maintenance came and tried to fix it and said it was the compressor and they don’t have the parts and we had to change rooms. As I moved rooms they had immediately turned off the keys. I went to the front desk and told them I needed a key and that I was very upset and the employee called me “Karen” as I walked away. I turned around and said excuse me? She said you heard me and you can tell my manager I said that tomorrow.

Check in was scheduled to be 3:00p. We arrived at 4:30p, but could not get in until 5:30p. Having been up since 4:00a, we were dismayed. Hotel detail says there is a restaurant on property - there is NO restaurant - never has been. Restaurant options in walking distance was 1 fast food restaurant. Staff were apologetic, but offered nothing to offset the inconvenience. Bed was rock hard. Free shuttle from airport, Port transport was at our expense, and 25% higher than our peers. There are so many options in this price range, we will probably try a different vendor next time.

Hotel is close to airport and cruise port and has shuttle service. Not too many dining options within walking distance except Dunkin Donuts. Rooms are large but a little dated. Took cab to Aventura Mall. Be prepared to spend over $60 each way. Traffic was crazy no matter what time of day. Staff was very helpful at hotel.

The hotel rooms are huge! The amenities are great and all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. If you don’t have a vehicle, it’s great for places to walk to such as gas stations and fast food.

The online property stated it had a lounge/bar and restaurant, and it had neither. The family we were visiting dropped us off in the late afternoon before our next day's earlier morning flight, and we planned our stay at the hotel because it showed those amenities. It was inconvenient for us to get back out to grab food and drinks. Please update the website to reflect this. The pool was also dirty, so we did not get to relax in the pool either. Breakfast was just ok; the eggs were very odd and undercooked.

To charge for parking is not a friendly way to welcome guests. The kitchen has stove, microwave, dishwasher, a huge fridge, plates, cups and glasses. But lacks silverware or utensils of any kind. The suite is large and comfortable, quiet and well lighted. AC works fine, wifi is enough for normal use. They try to offer something different at breakfast every day.

Pool area was dirty pool was never clean . wstched other parents refuse to let their kids get in it. rooms dated with lousy bathrooms that had dangerous fixtures that burnt you if you were not careful. food for breakfast was lousy. overall maintenance was really bad. the price was not representative of how bad this place was. rooms are nice size but…usually I sm not harsh but this place wss yucc

We booked this hotel for the free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. We were not able to use either of them. Breakfast closed early (at 9:30 as opposed to the 10am that was told). The shuttle to the airport was suppose to be "on the hour," and hadn\'t showed up by 20 after, so we called an Uber. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful for the most part. Our challenges were out of their control. Our shower would not turn on until maintenance came to fix it, leaving screws and a dripping faucet for the remainder of our stay. Our kiddo got sick, and it took two hours to get the appropriate cleaning crew to our room. Would not pay the price to stay here again! Not worth the cost, and the promise of free transportation is not reliable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. I didn’t realize parking was not free; we had to sign up for it but i was having some difficulty doing so. The front desk agent was patient and helpful while assisting me. No complaint but a suggestion regarding the breakfast buffet. Every morning the waffle line is super long… Maybe try either adding another waffle machine (and waffle flavor) or adding pancakes/ french toast to the buffet line.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough seating for breakfast. The staff should have asked the guests who were sitting and not eating to kindly move and allow other guests to sit and eat their breakfast. We either had to stand or go back to our room.
