The Waterway Pub and Rooms

What a great find! Our daughter lives just across the road, so this place is absolutely perfect for us when we visit. The rooms are located below a fantastic, upmarket bar and restaurant overlooking the canal. You enter through an unassuming black door at the rear of the property, which is a private entrance. It couldn’t be easier — you can pull up right outside with your car or taxi, unload your bags, and you’re just 10 steps from the bedroom. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a lovely, brand-new room that was beautifully and tastefully decorated in a modern style. And, honestly, you won’t find a better room for the price in London — trust me, we’re fussy and like our hotels to be nice! The area is safe, quiet and not overly touristy, with mainly high-end residential properties. Our daughter regularly walks home late at night from the gym and has never had any issues, which is reassuring. Finally, the staff are absolutely amazing. They also run the restaurant and bar, and guests receive 10% off food and drinks, which is a great bonus. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit our daughter. Highly recommended!

Sadly we come to london from the north for cancer treatment, however the waterway was the most tranquil and beautiful place we have ever stayed in London.. you just felt away from all the hassle and felt safe.. when you come for treatment, this is exactly how you want to feel.. the room was amazing, large and with everything you need.. i would truly recommend the hotel to everyone, you will not be disappointed.. the staff are so nice too x
