The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The place is clean, but that’s about it. Nothing like the pictures. All they supply is one towel and washcloth per person, and 1 roll of TP, no soap or shampoo. No kitchen ware as pictured. Very aged hotel. Walls are very thin and we could here are neighbor, if you know what i mean. Most of the people there are long term residents.

The room was clean. Management were very courteous and friendly. My only complaint was with the snow and ice that we had the weekend after check in and nobody cleared the sidewalks or the parking lot was not scraped and cleared making for treacherous conditions.

Always remember that any "Discount" is just coverage for a "nickel & diming opportunity" like $.25 to wash your clothes in hot water and heavy-duty cycle. That if you don't arrive at office hours to pick up a key, even though you told them what time you would arrive, there is a $4 late fee in your bill...and a technology fee for Wi-Fi when it is off line long periods of time. Be aware that this IS NOT A HOTEL. YOU WILL provide many things on your own, put up with drugs on property and deal with issues of other people a good bit of time there.
