Excellent place for after a cruise and flying next day . Luckily we were able to check in at 10:30 am. Free shuttle to airport . Can use Courtyards pool just across the parking lot.

My stepdaughter is in a wheelchair and at 5am the hotel shuttle driver called Aldo said no I am getting the wheelchair accessible bus for you - just wait 5 minutes. He was so helpful and kind to us and without us even asking! Aldo made our stay memorable. Driver previous day was equally nice and helpful! Clean and neat and very thankful for your hotel.

It was one of the best shuttle services that I have ever experienced. The room was spacious, and the kitchen amenities were good. Great bathroom products, and breakfast was always on time. The gym was adequate and always had fresh towels and cleaning wipes, not to mention functional equipment. However, I do have some complaints. The headboard and its lights were very dusty. The bed was too soft, with a huge sink across the middle of the bed, which I told housekeeping. Nothing was done about it. Being charged for shipping and handling of delivered packages is a complete rip-off, especially inquiring about it beforehand and being told "at no charge". Moreover, having to request the front desk to inquire about my packages every time at the security checkpoint, which takes at least 20 minutes, and have them delivered from the security locker to my room. This was completely frustrating because the room number was on all packages, and why does the security keep it until the customer requests it knowing that after 48 hours of holding, it incurs a fine? That was an upsetting ordeal.

The property was ok upon check-in, the room we first got was smelly, as though it had not been cleaned properly. Garbage was in the bin, and there was no iron in the room. I had to make several requests before the room was changed. The 1st gentleman at the front desk was not cooperative. Anyhow, between maybe the carpet and the AC vent, I was stuffy every night once I entered the room.

We had a quick stop in Miami and this hotel was perfect. It was very affordable , especially compared to a lot of other hotels, and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, equipped with a kitchen and very spacious, and the breakfast had a great selection. The entire building smelled clean when you walked in! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay in the 2-bedroom suite for an overnight layover at MIA. The wait for the airport shuttle at MIA was about 20 minutes, but the drive time to the hotel complex (Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn) was fast and comfortable (less than 10 min). Hotel perfectly nice and clean. 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite was excellent for family of four. Even the dining/living room was comfortable to eat quick dinner in and kids to play a bit while we got things ready for bed. Shower pressure was excellent, beds very comfortable. Rooms sufficiently dark in early morning. Bonus surprise was breakfast - we expected to have to cross over to the Courtyard to eat, but turns out they had basic breakfast downstairs in the Residence Inn, a game changer when traveling with kids who'd lose their minds traveling on an empty stomach. Our singular grievance is regarding in-room dining. Given our late arrival and morning checkout, we just needed quick food and we needed it to integrate into our wind-down time. The whole process doesn't really work; a member of your party actually has to walk over to the Courtyard to place the order, wait, and bring it back. Otherwise you can definitely do Uber Eats etc., we just didn't.

Other than that it could use some updates soon we had a pleasant stay at the Residence Inn. Our sleep was comfy and our room clean. Quick and easy check in and out. Breakfast was basic but good enough for us. We’d stay here again.

We stayed there purposely so we didn’t have to take a limo at 3:30 in the morning and because you were offering airport shuttle service, but the airport shuttle never came and no one at the front desk knew what was going on. That’s unacceptable.

The Front Desk lady wasn’t really paying attention to me at time of arrival. She handed me a key and I went to the wrong floor as the room numbers are a bit strange. I’m in 3209 and I went to the 3rd Floor. My room was on the 2nd floor. The area around the hotel property is a bit seedy. Google Maps brought me a roundabout way where I was approached by prostitutes. It’s confusing how to enter the hotel as it is surrounded by walls and gates. I can understand why.
