I dislike the fact that they broke into my vehicle and took several items of value. The part that really was outrageous was that the hotel didn’t do a thing. They didn’t even contact the police department since it was inside their property. No one said a thing or apologized or even try to make us feel at ease. All I was handed was a business card! No one should stay at this hotel if things like this happen and the hotel doesn’t even care to ask if everyone is okay if they could help in any way or a simple say sorry this kind of thing happened here at our hotel parking lot. The worst experience ever!!

It was ver clean and in good area. Was not aware they charge for parking! This was not on the booking site! Neither did they mention it was under construction! Those are factors that should be mention !!

loved the location close to fiesta texas, shopping at la cantera as well as all the local stores on vance drive, dining. can park at hotel and walk to dining, the area is safe. but there is a bistro on site. the pool was nice for the kids but it is shared with the radisson next door.

Starbucks in hotel offers a few drinks only but the machine was not working! Disappointed! There is a Starbucks 2 miles down the road! Pool is small and packed! If you are just sleeping there good value for the money due to location! Lots of nice restaurants and close to six flags!

I was checking iut distance to my ne job. At 9:50 I wanted to check out breakfast but noine sooke to me as I was in line att the only place available- therefore- no food. So I went to gym and exercised - none of the two other treadmills were working, so went to elliptical then no cups for water. Overall nice though ( no water given upon entrance I usually get a back with water at other places)

When we arrived we were told that we had to pay for our parking at the hotel lot, walking in there were boxes everywhere as well as mattresses. We even found a roach crawling around in our room. The only good part was the service from front desk worker Jared he was very sweet and helpful.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and never had an issue until this most recent stay, the pillows on my bed upon arrival had BLOOD STAINS on the back of them, I was very disgusted and disappointed

The exterior and lobby were nice, but the rooms need significant updating. The bathroom severely needs an upgrade. The toilet would not stop making noise unless you lifted the lever up. The bathtub and tiles were very dingy. The AC unit in the room constantly made noises as if at any given time it was just going to completely break down. The TV did not work when we first got to the room. That was rectified after we informed the front desk. Overall, the high cost did not equate to what I normally expect from Marriott.

Location and condition of the hotel are great. Beautiful lobby, room was nice, amenities were nice. The “bar” was not open as front desk told us it closes Sunday. That was a small disappointment. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I know that’s a personal preference but the pillows were 1-inch flat down-feather pillows. The bed was medium support but strangely it felt “bent” in the middle. The bed and pillows were the only reasons I awarded 4 stars instead of 5.

The hotel is good, but the rooms are small, I rented a king with a sofa bed, for me, my husband and my 5 and 8 year old. The sofa bed is very small even for two small children.

Courtyard was very accommodating with my specific requests. They even allowed me to check in early which is a huge plus. To top that off, check out is at noon. Their room is spacious and laid out nicely. As far as hotels go, I got my best sleep in this particular hotel. I would definitely book again!

The staff was wonderful. We should not have been able to check until 4:00pm, but we called a head and asked if we would be able to check in around 3:00 and they let us know they would make sure the room would be ready so we could check in early. We arrived around 2:00 and there was no issues the room was ready. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the front desk folks, to the lady at the lounge was friendly and would say hi, good afternoon or good morning. The room was clean and tidy. Water pressure was great, and the water was good and hot. Loved the walk-in shower. The towels were big and think not like those thin towels that you find in a lot of hotels. Now the bed and pillows were another story. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the box springs. The pillows were the size of a travel pillow. I would think as nice as the hotel was, they would have a much more comfortable bed and pillow. I would stay here again I would just bring my own pillow.

Parking not included, check in staff was very confused with my Canadian drivers license and didn’t know how to read our address even though I already checked in online. No lobby coffee was available in the morning and found the hallways seemed a bit noisy. Other than that great location nearby shopping and room was comfy.

We liked the hotel, it is very close to where we wanted to spend the day and it was very clean. But the staff attentiveness is awful, we came down a little late to get some water from the lobby and we were there for half an hour trying to find ANY staff and the lobby was completely empty. It raised questions about the safety of the hotel.

Nice place and staff. I stayed twice. On one ocassion there was an error on my reservation and it took a while to solve it. It was late and I was tired. The second time there was no hot water in the shower. I am not sure if I want to stay there anymore.

I made a mistake booking the room online and was going to be charged extra to change the date through Expedia, but they called the property to ask for an exception. Courtyard was super helpful and allowed the change without charging me. The staff was very nice and welcoming upon our arrival. The room was neat, clean, and inviting. We highly recommend this hotel.

This property was close to the conference I was attending. I felt the property was safely lit at night. Upon check-in the young man greeted us in a very nice manner. There were plenty of convenient shopping and dining preferences. Check-out was easy however the night auditor was not as gracious as the young man when we checked in. My roommate was under the understanding that breakfast came with our stay. She inquired and was told by the auditor that if we wanted free breakfast we should book our stay at the Residence Inn next door. Ouch! Maybe next time I will book the Residence Inn.

We stayed at the hotel to try to view the eclipse. The hotel is quiet, clean, near shopping and restaurants, and near the freeway. The hotel restaurant was completely closed and appeared to be under renovation, but we were never told about it. It was hard to even find coffee. This was very disappointing to us for the relatively high price we paid for the rooms.

Expedia noted this facility as "free breakfast" amenity. Not true. When asked at check-in, the desk clerk said she would comp us one person meal for breakfast. Next morning, we went to Bistro; employees seemed miffed and said we could choose 1 item on menu plus 1 beverage (coffee or juice or milk). Then, i was given a bill receipt for almost $49- 2 apple juice, 1 coffee, 1 yogurt, 1 box frosted flakes, 1 egg quesadilla! [they ended up not charging me, but was very disappointed at this set-up]

The room was great...very spacious. I didn't like the fact that the pool was shared with the sister hotel next door. We were planning on using the pool Saturday but it was so full of kids. I think one pool for 2 hotels is ridiculous. We sat outside in the evening and all we could hear was kids screaming in the pool and dogs fighting and barking. Also, the people from the sister hotel were coming and using the Starbucks. We had to pay to get breakfast and then had to wait in line forever to order. The coffee and creamer were both out by the time we got to order. Also, when we checked in, I was told that we could split our payment between 2 cards (my friend and I both paying half) and then when we checked out, I was told they couldn't do that. Just a little frustrating.

I stayed at this hotel by recommendation, did not disappoint, it’s close to the rim, La Cantera, nice shops all around, nice restaurants, I honestly liked it, the room was nice and comfortable, but the front desk staff is helpful enough, no extras… also, coffee place was opened only n breakfast time, so if you feel like a coffee or something around 12 or 1pm forget it, go find a Starbucks and drive 20 minutes
