Though the hotel is in the middle of Westlands its nice and quiet yet near clubs and malls. The staff are very friendly, the rooms/bed comfortable. The wifi was good for work and the bar perfect for catching up on the World cup. Very good for a 3*!

The inside they are spacious with all the amenities you would expect as a world traveler. There is possible any of room service to which is very nice. The food is good and local, which is great. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They offer a welcome drink of passion fruit drink. It's very refreshing especially after a long flight. Unlike other countries, Kenyans aren't pushy for tips, but tipping the staff makes them happy and appreciated. The rooms were clean. There are no fly screens in the windows, but we didn't feel that there were mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent. If you arrive late, you will get the impression that the food is gone, but that's because instead of leaving the food in the container for a long time, they would rather make you a fresh batch. The have a complimentary service to look after you suitcases if you are going off for a safari or visiting another town for a few days. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at Crossroads Hotel

Well-located in Westlands, close to an several banks/ATMs, the best Indian restaurant in Nairobi (Haandi) and a close uber-drive to the CBD. We also loved looking around the Sarit center, which was close by and had excellent food and drinks on their rooftop. The hotel was clean and had a good bar where we could enjoy a beer or a coffee in the morning while looking out over Westlands and beyond. The one minus was a bit of a musty odor, which luckily was very slight. Martin at the entrance of the building was very helpful with getting us an uber and came to work early the next day to help us get an Uber to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's about a 8 inch step to get in and out of the shower that can be tricky but other than that the room was excellent. The restaurant was exquisite. Their free breakfast is really good and the service was very friendly and attentive. On the weekends including Thursdays part of the hotel is victim to the loud noise of a club. The management tries to not book you on that side if they can. If you're unfortunate enough that those are the only rooms left, you will not be happy.

Erster Eindruck des Gebäudes von außen eine Bauruine. Zimmer aber ok, mit Wasserkocher, kleiner Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Fernseher ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels praktisch für einen Einkauf in den Mall`s. Leider am Wochenende nachts lange sehr laut, da Fenster nur aus gewöhnlichem Glas.

This hotel is the best place to experience Nairobi. I could see what people do in daily life. And there are super friendly staff in all areas. You can access Nairobi Street Kitchen in 5 min, and other local restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is simple but authentic, and tastes very nice.
