A bit far from city centre and uber was expensive but buses were frequent and convenient. Staff was great and very helpful and friendly

My son is on wheelchair so I called before and after booking to confirm our room is accessible. I also texted with the hotel just to have something in writing. When we arrived we were told we booked a standard room. I showed them all the proof on my phone. They said I called the wrong number, and they don’t recognize the person I texted with. Anyway, we managed to use trash cans as the toilet and skipped showers for two days. They gave us an accessible room two days later.

Nice hotell in calm surroundings. Nice area a little outside the city senter. It was easy to take the buss from right outside the hotel to the city senter, and there is a big 24/7 open shop about 2 minutes walking from the hotel (ASDA). Also you can find decent eating/restaurants close by. The hotel and room was nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was good, but I would have liked some more alternatives if I'm gonna be picky.
