This was the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed in. It looks completely rundown and closed from the outside. The entire property is overgrown, trash everywhere, it looks scary. In addition to that, when we arrived with a reservation, we were hassled about having our grown son in the room with us even though he was included in our reservation and I had also called the previous day to confirm everything. The male desk person was very snarky. Also, this hotel has the longest, never-ending, tiny creepy hallway I’ve ever seen. I would never stay there again.

very clean room nice and quiet will make up room if you ask. If you need ice you have to go to the restaurant and ask them. It would be helpful if this was written somewhere. Nothing is topped up in your room eg had to ask for water and toilet paper. Staff were basically non-existent you saw them once in a while. Breakfast was a buffet which was quite meager. It seems like they don't get a lot of business here so there are not very many amenities. One excellent thing was the train station was right across the street so an excellent location.

Handy for shops and Jacobite train. No aircond - would be unbearable in hot weather. Short staffed so long wait to check in and restaurant closed with no warning or apology
