It was our first stay in holiday home in Scotland and it was great. Beautiful area with all the necessary amenities (laundrette, little shop with all you might need), playground for children. The only comment to mention is that you need to pay extra for bedding, towels and bbq grill.

the holiday park was excellent in terms of location and facilities both at the park and nearby. there was plenty to do in the suurounding area. it was also lovely having the wee burger van on site.

Absolutely fabulous break. The views, the service, the facilities, everything was spectacular. Tips: The on-site burger bar provides great breakfasts and lunches. The local buses is unreliable but Nevis taxis are excellent. The Nevis Inn has great food, and live music on Thursday evenings.

Our stay for 4 nights in a Gold caravan was perfect! We stayed with our 2 children (6 and 4 yrs) in September 2024. This park was booked at a very reasonable price (especially considering other prices in Fort William). The caravan had a large spacious and well furnished living/kitchen/Dining area. The bedrooms are quite small but big enough for purpose and comfortable and plenty of storage cupboards and space. The heating and water pressure in the shower was great. Staff were amazing, views of the beautiful Loch were stunning. There's an easy to use self-service laundry on site which includes detergent in the price and cycle. Two playgrounds (one at either end of the park) which are both great and have things for all ages (flying fox is good fun for grown ups too). Jacobite steam train passes multiple times daily under the bridge at the entry and makes for some great pictures. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store in reception is well stocked with fishing gear, snacks and any essentials you may have forgotten. Cannot fault anything from our stay. We are from Australia and we will be back! Highly recommend Linnhe Lochside Holidays to all.

Great location for all things western Scotland, we were able to get to Loch Ness, Skye, Loch Lomond very easily. Just 15 minutes from the Glenfinnan Viaduct and 5 minutes from Fort William. Very quiet and beautiful lake with a playground for our children.

The mobile home smelled like sweat man and it was gross. The main bedroom was a bit dusty. For the price I think linens should be provided and not cost additional. Kitchen was great. You have to pay for toilet paper which I think should be provided also. The view was amazing. Lovely kids playground right on the lake. The train featured in Harry Potty passes right over the bridge at the entrance of the park at 1115am and returns at 315pm. Such a cool site. Just watch out for the coal smoke that it blows.

Our lochside cabin was excellent, clean, very comfortable and the view from the sitting room wonderful! The initial problem with tv reception was sorted very quickly and solved. Reception very helpful. Burger van on site very useful.

The whole park is really lovely, with beautiful landscaped grounds. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in dog friendly caravan with the beautiful Loch view. The caravan was very neat and cleaned and had everything we would need for cooking meals. Would highly recommend the site and would love to visit again.

I would like to start by saying the location of our caravan was excellent with a picturesque view and spectacular scenery. However, we did have a few issues with the caravan. Firstly, when we arrived the caravan had an unpleasant smell which remained for the duration of our stay. Secondly, the standard of cleanliness was below expectations with dust, dirt and hair present from the previous occupier on the floor, sofa and beds. The plates, glasses and mugs were also dirty, and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use them. Finally, there was no WiFi, which is a necessity for planning activities when phone signal is poor. If the standard of cleanliness inside the caravan is improved, Linnhe Lochside Holiday Park has the potential to be a very good Holiday Park.

The cabin was neat and clean and had a nice view of the loch. The people at the desk were super friendly and helpful with questions. If we make it back to the Fort William area, we will definitely stay here again.

We have been coming here twice a year for over 20 years so they must be doing something right! Our caravan was, as usual, spotless and Louise couldn't have been more helpful. Already booked for May next year.

Such a lovely place to stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the view was incredible. The site has Loch frontage that will take your breath away with its beauty. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. We will be booking again!

While we had a few problems that weren’t able to be fixed at the time, the excellent manager how’s now sorted this out with us . This didn’t spoil the beautiful view or the clean modern caravan. I would definitely recommend a visit

The caravan we stayed in was very dated. The mattresses were thin and we could feel the springs. They did swap them out when we asked. We were traveling from out of country and had nothing but our clothes. There are no included towels, sheets, extra toilet paper, napkins or hair dryer.

Nice wooden chalet with a view of the loch. The bedrooms were very small in size so there is little room to put things. It’s good that they have Netflix on the TV in the lounge area. Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker. Pots pans and cutlery are all provided. Nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive, Fort William is also a 15 minute drive away. Harry Potter fans will have the opportunity to see the Jacobite steam train pass under the bridge.

Our group of four rented a caravan and we loved the location. We had a place for our car, working TV with Netflix and all services worked well. We thought charging for the linens and towels was a bit over the top since it's a basic service all hosts include in their price everywhere. We did not know this until after the reservation was done. They also did not include a bath mat on the property so we had to use one of our towels. The caravan is very small and if you like your space I would not recommend this one with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed but the hosting personal was very kind and the location was lovely, close to Fort William and in front of the loch. It is basic but well-maintained so I would recommend this particular caravan for less than 4 people.

We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods. The place is relaxing and best sunset as well!

Very comfortable caravan with amazing views of the loch. Really nice, helpful staff. The park itself is in a great location to explore the area. We had a lovely break and will return.

Our stay was extremely poor and frankly, a serious safety concern. We were without power, heating, or light for an entire night during a significant storm. This was especially distressing as our 4-year-old child was also freezing, making for a miserable and worrying ordeal. Crucially, we were left with absolutely no assistance. The reception desk was closed the night of the storm, meaning we were completely abandoned and unable to seek help or guidance when we needed it most. The property's response the next day was unsatisfactory and dishonest. We were told that "all of Scotland had lost power," which was demonstrably false as stores in nearby Fort William clearly had electricity. For a large property, the lack of any backup power options (like a generator or even emergency heat/lights), coupled with staff abandoning the post during a storm, is unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for guest comfort and safety. We had a terrible, uncomfortable, and worrying time.

Our lochside cabin was excellent, clean, very comfortable and the view from the sitting room wonderful! The initial problem with tv reception was sorted very quickly and solved. Reception very helpful. Burger van on site very useful.

It was really good. Location is excellent, not far from from fort William but far enough from the main streets. The caravan was pretty clean and decent enough spacious. Very good playground for kids so spend bit of time. I did find it a bit pricey though. There was an issue with leakeage in floor which was fixed immediately.

Excellent accomodation, very clean and very central location to all tourist attractions like Glenfinnan Viaduct, Neptunes Staircase, Corpach Shipwreck and only a 10 min drive back to Fort William. Would highly recommend.

Great stay with beautiful sunset view…very neat and clean . Children have a playing area as well. Didn’t find restaurants near to the property so if you don’t have a private vehicle grab some food items before reaching there. There is a CoOp in the village which is 20 to 25 minutes away from the property. The reception have snacks and ice creams

My wife, son and I were on a 3 week trip in Scotland. After spending more than a week in York and Edingburgh this site was idyllic. The cottage was clean, comfortable and the property on Lock Linnhe was perfect for us. Check-in was easy. We enjoyed the views of Lock and mountains and the sound of birds which was a plus as we are birders. It was also the perfect location for what we wanted to do in the Fort Williams and Glencoe region. It was exactly what we needed. If we ever travel in this area again we will definitely reserve a cottage at this site again.

Convenient checkin, flexible. Cottage on Loch. Bring bug spray since there are midges this time of year. Nice location for jump off points for site seeing and closeby for Glenfinnan viaduct. Close to Glencoe also.

Great location for all things western Scotland, we were able to get to Loch Ness, Skye, Loch Lomond very easily. Just 15 minutes from the Glenfinnan Viaduct and 5 minutes from Fort William. Very quiet and beautiful lake with a playground for our children.

Loch Linnhe is STUNNING! Even when the weather is poor is just so gorgeous. It’s really close to Glencoe and Ben Nevis, dead handy for loads of places in the highlands. Me, my wife, and the dogs LOVED it! We will definitely come again!

Had an excellent time, the caravan was spacious, very clean and had beautiful views. Access to site was easily identified, big signs on both sides of the road Is very Near Fort William so had all the local amenities nearby Would highly recommend Linnhe Caravan Park.

It was our first stay in holiday home in Scotland and it was great. Beautiful area with all the necessary amenities (laundrette, little shop with all you might need), playground for children. The only comment to mention is that you need to pay extra for bedding, towels and bbq grill.

the holiday park was excellent in terms of location and facilities both at the park and nearby. there was plenty to do in the suurounding area. it was also lovely having the wee burger van on site.

Absolutely fabulous break. The views, the service, the facilities, everything was spectacular. Tips: The on-site burger bar provides great breakfasts and lunches. The local buses is unreliable but Nevis taxis are excellent. The Nevis Inn has great food, and live music on Thursday evenings.

Our stay for 4 nights in a Gold caravan was perfect! We stayed with our 2 children (6 and 4 yrs) in September 2024. This park was booked at a very reasonable price (especially considering other prices in Fort William). The caravan had a large spacious and well furnished living/kitchen/Dining area. The bedrooms are quite small but big enough for purpose and comfortable and plenty of storage cupboards and space. The heating and water pressure in the shower was great. Staff were amazing, views of the beautiful Loch were stunning. There's an easy to use self-service laundry on site which includes detergent in the price and cycle. Two playgrounds (one at either end of the park) which are both great and have things for all ages (flying fox is good fun for grown ups too). Jacobite steam train passes multiple times daily under the bridge at the entry and makes for some great pictures. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store in reception is well stocked with fishing gear, snacks and any essentials you may have forgotten. Cannot fault anything from our stay. We are from Australia and we will be back! Highly recommend Linnhe Lochside Holidays to all.

The walls are paper thin and the whole thing shakes whenever someone moves. Kids barely slept. Had to hire our own linen. Not at all happy with the quality of accommodations. Highly unimpressed and frustrated we spent so much money to stay in a cardboard box.

We had a lovely stay, with the dog. The van was clean and spacious. We were missing a set of bedding when we arrived late at night but this was rectified very quickly the next day. Woody's burgers on site was amazing for breakfast and their burger night the lamb smash burger was something else. Very reasonable on value for money. Food was always lovely and hot as all cooked fresh while you waited. Staff so friendly. The site is a great location for exploring different areas of the Highlands and makes a very comfortable base. We was blessed with an amazing view of the Loch and will return again in September but in a campervan as we checked out the facilities and all very clean and everything you would need.

We were staying for just one night here. The caravan had a beautiful view on the lake but it was very old. The fridge was not working. After we reported it twice, they managed to fix it. Also the window from the toilet did not open and the beds were very small. When one of the people turned around during their sleep the whole caravan was shaking. It it okay if this is a budget stay but we paid a lot of money to stay there for just one night.
