Excellent receptionist, originally from the EU, I think - friendly, welcoming, prompt, knowledgeable, just a lovely, smiling face which can be hard to find at hotel receptions normally

Surprisingly good! I got the very fresh and modern room. Outside of the room it doesnt look very nice, but the room was the most important factor for me. I feel that it is very difficult to find a hotel in London with great standard for a affordable price, and this hotel has been better than many more expensive ones. So If you are looking for something cheaper and with good standard i would recommend this. Close to the DLR station and many more things around!

FRAUD. Fully paid online yet staff at check-in claims hotel received no money and demand full payment again. Unfriendly staff. Free wi-fi running at 0.7mb , otherwise ask for GBP 5 per day.
