Pine Ridge Inn

Lovely accommodation and a nice touch to be offered a complimentary drink on arrival. As with many hotels in Oregon rooms are not serviced daily but this wasn't really an issue. There's no staff on duty after 8pm. An emergency number is provided but did worry about what would happen if you had a problem. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and via the river the downtown area is a pleasant walk.

This property was very beautiful and clean. It was like a boutique hotel feel. The room was big and spacious, very comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating and waited for us because we were checking in a little late. They even offered us complimentary local beers. Great touch. I only have a few recommendations. No one stays at the front desk overnight, so if you have an emergency you have to call a number they leave. We witnessed a man trying to get a hold of someone. Like worse case scenario you get locked out of the property or your room, you would be stuck waiting for someone to come help you. Also the parking on the property is very dark. They could use more lighting not just for safety but we couldn’t even see the ground walking and could easily trip on anything. Other than that, I would stay again due to how comfortable it was and it’s relaxing location.

The facilities were great! I wish it had a gym and pool/hot tub, but it was great for groups that wanted to hang out without being in someone’s room (summer only - outside space). The breakfast and staff were wonderful. Our view of the river was a bit limited by a chain link fence (needed since it is on a cliff over the river) but there was a lot of litter between our balcony and the fence. Possibly due to the construction next door - which was amazingly quiet! Overall, I would definitely stay there again during the summer. I am sure winter would be amazing too - we had a lovely fireplace but it was too hot to use it! A/C worked great though.

The only thing that could make this property better would be a hot tub on site. The accommodations were amazing right on the Deschutes. The room made us feel like we were in a cozy cabin.

The location is easy to get to and has a river view from one side of the complex. That said it’s above the river on a hill a little bit away so it’s not right outside your patio. Still pleasant though. The rooms are quite spacious and the gas fireplace is cozy. There is staff on hand during business hours to check you in but the doors are locked after that and you’ll need your key card to gain access.

Hotel does not have staff after hours. I had to leave the hotel at 1am after I found bed bugs in the bed where I was sleeping. No subsequent contact from management. App not allowing me to upload photos, but I have video and photos

Beautiful location, nice and helpful staff, bed very comfortable, bathtub great but not hot-hot water, no AC (heat pump down) in August but they had an in-room AC unit so this must happen time-to-time, lovely fireplace, I really like the decor, the fire alarm at 8am kinda wrecked the morning, breakast is continental. No elevator for second level, jacuzzi tubs ion second level to compensate, I liked the first level, fantastic location-views and restaurants! I could stay here again.

Jenny, the receptionist was the sweetest. The breakfast was nice assortment too. Loved the patio, fireplace, and bathtub. You could hear others rooms walking and showering or maybe it was flushing. No pool or hot tub. Had a nice long walking distance from old town district and the river. Overall a great stay.

We had a great stay at the Pine Ridge Inn. It is conveniently located along the Deschutes river with access to the river trail. The room was fantastic with a great view of the river and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay in a very safe part of Bend. Plenty of parking spots available. The room was exceptional, very large, and we enjoyed the balcony & jacuzzi. The breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about but good enough (croissant sandwich, hard boiled eggs, fruits, yogurt) Our only concern was that the lights inside the room were a bit dark but otherwise everything else was great! I'd stay here again

The room was private, spacious and had a nice layout. The breakfast was just coffee and toasted bread or yogurt cups. No proteins really. The tile shower had no shower curtain when we arrived. The worst was the shower itself. The grout was coated in red slime. The stuff that builds up over weeks without being cleaned. I wiped off a bit just to be sure it was not just stained. So gross.

We likes that it was small and quiet and that they offered a pretty decent continental breakfast. However the bathroom had mold all around the molding and in the shower. It was not just a little spot it was the entire molding all around the bathroom. Other than this the property and rooms are good.

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is small and older but in a good way. It has charm with large rooms and having a fireplace was very nice. The location was good. The only thing that could have been better was the shower never got hot so it was like warm. I definitely would recommend this hotel And I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely little hotel and our room had a patio which you could see the river from. The room was very spacious and it was great to have an outdoor and indoor dining table and a sofa. The decor is a little old fashioned but well maintained. We had an issue with the hot water in our bathroom. I brought it up with the front desk a couple of days running and had to email twice as well. It was a bit frustrating that the water was lukewarm rather than hot, and on a couple of occasions the hot water ran out mid shower. It didn’t get sorted, although I was given some free drinks for the inconvenience which was appreciated.

While the hotel had an unexpected boiler outage during our stay, they treated us very well and addressed the problem by partnering with the local Athletic Club for hot showers, providing a discount on the stay, and being gracious, helpful hosts. Staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. They had jazz music playing for us upon entry. Breakfast was tasty as were the complimentary beverages.

We tried. They tried. There was no hot water. The attendant tried to reset the boiler, but the water temperature was never hot, just warm. It was not usable so we checked out within an hour of arriving.

The Pine Ridge Inn was better than expected. Our 2 nights stay was very comfortable. It was clean and roomy; we chose a room with a view and a fireplace. We were provided with a welcome drink. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely property! Room was well appointed and everything was very clean. Staff were all so kind and I appreciated having gluten free options for breakfast.

Loved the large room. As clean as most hotels but not exceptional. Loved the location. Very quiet. Some nice food choices for breakfast. Free drink at check-in (alcoholic and non). Deer outside the room. But we literally had no hot water for our one night stay. The water at the sinks and the tub/shower were just warm.

Nice quiet little inn in Bend overlooking the river. Directly adjacent to a bike path and about a 10 minute walk to river access. We stayed in room 220, which was lovely with plenty of space for us and our fur baby and two outdoor patios.

The room was amazing! Incredibly spacious, with a nice pato and views of the river.

Easily walkable to Hayden Homes Ampitheater. Roomy property with fireplace and spa tub in room! Came with a free bottle of vino, too!

This hotel was very centrally located with a lovely staff. The room was dated and hadn’t been maintained, but the layout was nice. Smallest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Great view!

Large room. Very comfortable bed. Lighting in bathroom very dim, which made more difficult for applying makeup. Inn is a great location in Bend.

Room heater did not work, temp never went over 64 for two nights. Set at 70. Never reached temp.

The suite I got was gorgeous but the elevator and HVAC outside were very loud, apparently it is only the suite upstairs as it's the closest. The property did waive my pet fee and were extremely understanding. I would go back again, the jacuzzi tub and river view were so lovely when it was snowing. Great inn would recommend & pet friendly!

The room was beautiful, big, spacious, and quiet. But the most important thing that was lacking. Was air conditioning. It was so hot in the room. They gave us a fan, and they gave us an air conditioner that made so much noise. One could never sleep through it. It was a beautiful atmosphere, but with such heat outside and and no way to cool down sleep was poor..

Everything was excellent staff was friendly room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they do not offer daily room service at the hotel. I think this should be included as part of the stay daily. I’m on a vacation and I don’t want to make my bed or clean the bathroom

Pine Ridge Inn is a welcoming place that impressed me from the minute I walked thru the door & talked with Ginny at the front desk. She was professional, accommodating and informative. She even came to my room with a minor issue with an alarm and took care of it. The room itself was very comfortable and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Awesome spot, great staff.

Ginny was wonderful and I appreciated her customer service during our stay.

We brought our well trained dog along, having checked that they were pet friendly and made arrangements. I checked all available policies through Expedia AND their website and it only stated the animal limit and fees. However, during check inn the women at the front desk asked what I was going to do with our pup while we were out of the hotel as he is not allowed in the room alone. She asked if I was going to leave him in the car (it is too hot to safely do so), and added that it would be hard to find that they hold this policy by simply looking through their website. In fact, the pet policies do NOT state that the pets are not allowed to be left in the room. This is not standard and is not conducive to being a “pet friendly” hotel if patrons are not able to leave their dog while going to dinner or an other activity. If we did not have family outside of town, we would have had to find somewhere else to stay or cancel our plans for the night. This policy needs to be made clear at booking. Besides for this, we were unimpressed with our room as it had a notable unpleasant smell when we walked in and had more than 10 bugs in the bathroom at all times. Including dead ones on the counter. The air in the room did not work, which especially frustrating during wildfire season as having a cool breeze come in is not an option when the air quality is extremely dangerous due to the smoke.

The staff were extremely nice. They helped us with the late check in. Very clean and beautiful rooms. We'll be back

My family stayed at Pine Ridge Inn for six nights and we felt at home from start to finish. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and each front desk attendant we encountered was so friendly. When we arrived to our room, the fireplace was going, jazz music was playing, and water with glasses was waiting for us. I also planned for the bouquet of local beers (a great deal!), so that was set up as well! Their room service breakfast was phenomenal and totally worth it as it came with a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh OJ in mason jars. The free daily breakfast was also an incredible treat we looked forward to each morning. Each night, after a long day at the mountain, it was so nice to come back to our warm and cozy room with a massive jacuzzi tub to relax sore muscles. We also traveled with two dogs who were so excited to find milkbones, dog beds, furniture covers, and water bowls waiting for them. They enjoyed easy access to the walking path and ran into a few majestic looking bucks! The master bedroom had double doors and our daughter was able to sleep on the murphy bed (easy to put up during the day for more space!) in the living area. I can't say enough good things about Pine Ridge Inn. Book the trip! You won't regret it.

We stayed here overnight while attending the Lainey Wilson concert at the amphitheater. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the room was very spacious. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river, and the short distance to the concert.

Great location to the Old Mill District! Very comfortable room and breakfast was so much better than the typical hotel breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

There is a problem with the GPS coordinates of the address. Take you someplace completely different.

Ideal location for my purpose (Skiing / Mt Bachelor). Midway point (20mi /-) between Redmond Airport and Mt Bachelor. Early Breakfast was perfect for me - yogurt and coffee. Spacious accomodation. Property may have had its hay day in the nineties. Absolutely fine, clean and functional. Would return.

Went to Bend for a concert at the amphitheater. This hotel was a very convenient location. We could have easily walked or biked to the venue. Beautiful views, room, and property. I wish we had more time to enjoy the space. The breakfast was thoughtful and delicious-we had a ham and cheese croissant, and yogurt parfait, coffee and an amazing cinnamon roll. Staff was pleasant. The only downside was that the room was pretty warm at night and the windows did not open and a/c did not work well, but they did have a small fan in the room. Overall a great experience.

We had a large room with a patio overlooking the river. Ginny at checkin was very nice and offered suggestions for dinner and site seeing on our way out of town. Both were spot on.

Peaceful and private stay along the river. Our river view was mostly trees, but was still a nice setting. Paved walking/ biking path right past the hotel. Comfortable bed, loved the fireplace and the private deck.

Quiet comfortable motel with fireplace and view of Deschutes River. Miles of hiking along the Deschutes River trail. Near Old Mill Town, and centrally located by shopping, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Mt Bachelor skiing.

Nothing worth eating ar breakfast.

The last time we stayed at Pine Ridge was top quality. This time we didn’t get any maid service. The refrigerator was broken. Breakfast food was very sparse. We ended up skipping it and went out for breakfast. Don’t know what the change was, but standards have dropped.

Our experience at Pine Ridge Inn was excellent. The decor was classy, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable! After a good night’s sleep we were treated to a delicious breakfast filled with locally made food. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk check-in was fast and easy. We also received a room upgrade (with a view!) as well as a free delicious bottle of Oregon pinot noir! Our room was spacious, beautiful, well-appointed, and our 4 poster bed was comfy. We loved the extra touches, such as the gas fireplace, which was lit when we arrived, the large carafe of water, and the jazz music playing lightly from the tv. Theres a beautiful 2.5 mile walk along the Deschutes River that we took after dinner, that was super close.Breakfast was also lovely, which included greek yogurt with a compote, and delicious pastries from a local cake shop! Coffee was tasty and staff were fabulous. We will most definitely return to Pine Ridge Inn again and again!

This is an older property which means the rooms are large and comfy. We had views of the river and a lovely fireplace plus a plush bed. Breakfast was delicious, pastries from a local bakery! We will be back. What a lovely and quiet location.

We had friends who had stayed at this "Inn" and really enjoyed it 20 years ago...so maybe it\'s just a bit run down. We expected more than a nice room and that is where the issues lie. We spent two nights, had to ASK for our room to be straightened up on the 2nd morning, all the breakfast was, was pre-wrapped, and cold. Nothing hot on the menu except coffee/tea. :-( There just wasn\'t a very welcoming feel about the whole place...the room was nice and had a fireplace which we really enjoyed, the bed was comfortable, it was just the "run down" feeling that we had multiple times over the weekend that was sort of sad.
