Great hotel with clean rooms in a safe area of town. However, the front desk staff seemed inexperienced and un-trained. I was also charged a fee for parking that was undisclosed to me.

Our room was spotless! The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was stylish. Clean bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Amazing workout room that was also spotless. Dumbbells in all sizes and several machines including a Pelaton. Great breakfast, either continental, buffet or make to order. Nice little store including most forgotten items. Wonderful stay!

The staff was very polite & professional & made sure anything we asked for was brought to our rooms promptly. What I didn't like was the bar was closed the hot tub was broken & the pool was dirty with floating items throughout it....while being occupied by unaccompanied minors probably all under the age of 8...& 1 of our rooms..315...smelled like mildew. Sad to say we won't be back or recommend this hotel to anyone. The things that were the reasons why we chose this hotel were all a huge disappointment.

The hotel is under construction which is fine but they put us directly under the room being renovated. They worked on it all weekend. It was loud. We called ahead and asked about the pool and hot tub. We were assured it worked. It didn’t. The hot tub only had cold water. We attempted two times. It had lukewarm at best. If you turned on the jets, it poured out cold water. We gave up. A postive note- The staff were friendly.

Disappointed that the hot tub has been down since June and no solution yet? Pool was open but not the most inviting. The doorways and anything metal was rusted. Facilities should sand and paint. The main bathrooms in the lobby did not have any hand dryers or towel dispensers? Also the wallpaper has a huge split and has come away from the wall. We were on the second floor and the ice Machine is out of order. Overall my room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and it met our needs. I heard the property is due for renovations maybe Hilton should consider moving this property up on their list. It’s a shame as it’s in a great area and convenient. When in the area I will most likely look elsewhere

When I book the hotel I paid for a whirlpool room which was extra. We get to the room and no whirlpool in room called down to the desk she said we don’t have those anymore I said well I got charged for that and I look at the price and it was extra for that. Getting to the room we got hit by cigarette smoke which is a smoke free hotel. The shower was nasty with moldy caulking. The floor we were on was the “first” to get remodeled. Then you flush the toilet all the water comes out on the floor. Then coffee grounds all over the counter and garbage on the floor. All the doors to the outside were open and emergency lights hanging from the ceiling. This hotel should shut down for the remodel or redo the remodel again.

Property was under construction. No amenities available and both weekend mornings construction noise began at 8 am. I understand that upgrades need to be done but I was not notified upon booking and didnt receive any discounted rate.

The pool area had chipping paint, like an insane asylum. The handicap shower and bathroom was old and nasty. The handicap shower sprayer was broken and there was no soap in the sink area just lotion.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel however was in terrible shape for a newer hotel. The carpets were absolutely filthy and stretched to the point of causing a tripping hazard.

Walking in was fine but as soon as you left the lobby the entire building stunk of marijuana. The elevators and hallways were unbearable the 3 days we stayed with that smell. Room had stains on countertops and the hallway smell carried in. Staff was very friendly but not helpful when it came to the building odors since they stayed in the lobby unaffected.

When I arrived in my room, the sofa bed had food crumbs folded into unchanged sheets. The main bed sheets had dry boy fluids stuck to them. The staff made excuses and did not see it as q big deal. The girl who they sent to clean the room was very nice.

The room was listed at $132 right up to the point when I booked it. I guess I should have looked at my email receipt more closely, but I assumed it would be the same as what I thought I booked. I ended up being charged $230 for one night. The room was disgusting. Molding coming off the wall and dirty carpet. Hair and bugs in the bathtub. Stains on the sheets. They moved me to another room, but it was not much better. It adjoined another room and the couple next door was screaming and fighting until 1:30 AM. The front desk guy was really nice and he knocked on their door. I give him 5 stars. Everything else was pretty bad, and I'd avoid this place.

This place was surprisingly run down. You wouldn’t know it when you first enter the lobby, but the hallways, rooms, and pool were all grimy, outdated, and in desperate need of a remodel and a deep clean. Seems they’ve only kept the front entrance updated. Not worth the price.

They seriously need to rip up all the carpet in the building and replace it before somebody trips in sues them. They have a huge parking lot and they charged five dollars a night to park there. I could understand if they were downtown but they are and they have a massive parking lot. It would have been nice to been notified of that upfront. At least I would’ve known about it. The room was giant, but no furniture hardly at all one chair and nowhere to put our stuff. For the price I would expect a little nicer.

During check in I asked for a top floor end room farthest away from elevator / vending. I was told the hotel was about at capacity, nothing open on top floor. I accepted a fourth floor room only to find it had a room connecting door, and I could already hear noise from the next room. I went back down to front desk and asked if I could have the original room offered, (room 227). The room was stuffy, the wall thermostat was inoperable, no lights. The unit control worked. Later, when taking a shower, I noted the inside shower door handle was missing, just the end pieces remained.

There was a birthday party in the conference room and it was super loud. I had to call multiple times and go down to the lobby and ask them to tell them again, AFTER 11pm, to quiet the music. It felt like we were in the club in our room. We had to wake up early for a basketball tournament and were kept up way later than we wanted to be. Receptionist was not very friendly about it and made me feel like I was the problem, not the party.

From the very beginning we had nothing but a terrible time! I have paid and been charged three times now for the same stay. I paid in full online, then they charged me full price for the stay again without letting me know first. I figured it was just for the security fee but it was the entire price of the stay. Dirty room, bathroom fan didn’t work, many pieces of the hotel room was broken. On checkout day, they charged my card again for a third time for the entire stay before finally trying to stop them. I have now paid 3 times for the hotel stay and been refunded for the second charge but not the third one still. Will not ever stay at another Hilton ever again! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had to deal with.

This is a "franchisee-owned" property, not directly owned/operated by Hilton. Tberefore, its up to the franchisee to meet Hilton standards, which they almost never do. This one at the intersection of I-465 at W. 71st St., is conveniently located for motorist out of towners. Be warned that the breakfast may NOT be included, but it's probably a good thing since everything except some of the fruit is all processed and not very healthy; I recommend going elsewhere for a decent breakfast.

No free breakfast. The breakfast is terrible. There weren’t even any omelettes!!! Someone kept opening their door and letting their baby cry for long moments. They forgot to give us the free water bottles. And the damn fire alarm went off twice!!!

The room itself was clean. The water pressure in the shower was below average. Stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a "bad smell" which I believe came from wet carpet. The front desk associates were friendly. The white gentleman (I didn't get his name) who works with the "complementary breakfast" was rude. He made me and girlfriend feel very unwelcome, did not bring my OJ or bacon, and the eggs were terrible. We travel quite a bit and the service at breakfast was definitely the worst experience Ive had.

No one was at the check in desk for over 10 mins when we first got there. Once she showed up she was super sweet tho. The 2 biggest disappointments that made the stay not so good was the fire alarm went off 3 different times betweem 8:30am and 9am. And the restaurant stops serving breakfast at 9am.
