Myself and 6 children stayed in the 2 bedroom Suite. Although we didn’t use them, the suite was equipped like a small apartment. Stove with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The cabinets were filled with pots, pans and dishes. The children enjoyed the pool very much. Pool furniture was very nice. We had a very good experience. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is in need of updating. There were many little problems in our room - the heater/ac sounded like a tractor trailer was driving right past our room, the bathroom faucet was loose, no tissues, no garbage can in the bathroom. We had our dog with us, so I spent a great amount of time outside. There were dog droppings everywhere. Walking on the grass was a challenge and I wouldn't do it in the dark. On the plus side - the ladies who took care of the breakfast service were so friendly, upbeat, and helpful.

Your front desk staff is helpful but there’s a problem with communication. Even after telling them I want daily housecleaning on Thursday when I checked in, Friday when I left for the day, Saturday when I left for the day & Sunday, they still didn’t get it right.

For a rate of $269, I expected better. A dog had eaten our sofa, holes in the closet door, gum and stains on the sofa and carpet and the desk lamp had begun to rust. UNACCEPTABLE

There was only one issue - my room wasn’t cleaned the last 3 days of my visit. I asked the desk clerk to make sure it was cleaned after 2nd day it wasn’t and when I returned to my room that evening it still hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Had my reservation for over two months, the day of my reservation my 2 bedroom suite was downgraded to two separate individual rooms because the hotel overbooked for the state wrestling tournament. Price was already outrageously increased for this time period and I was offered no discount for their mess up. Greedy company with horrible customer service. Will never stay at this hotel again.

They definitely like taking your money and, charging you room extensions when you never requested a room extensions like 2 days before you're even supposed to check out, and good luck getting that damage deposit back, they will find any reason to keep it.

This hotel is in need of updating. They were out of juice for breakfast. Only had milk and hot beverages. Could have at least put a pitcher of water.out. or better yet a pitcher.of juice.. very nice staff. Room carpet had bald spots in it. But.it was sufficient. For the price just expected more.
