Everything was great! Easy check in, very comfortable accommodations and glad to relax on our one night stop on a family road trip. The kids loved the pool. There was food and drinks on site so we didn’t have to go find anything. Really enjoyed our stay.

Parking lot was well-lit and temperature in room was great. Lobby was clean We skipped breakfast as we slept in. I noticed when I was getting ready for bed, there was a pair of mens or boys boxers on floor by A/C, almost behind the curtain end. I meant to mention this to front desk at checkout, but forgot. This madee question how well room was cleaned prior to our arrival. Tub could use update. It looked pretty old and dingy. Plug-ins by bed need to be replaced or looked at because they did not securely hold my phone cube. Hotel seemed nice enough but could use some updates

My wife and I stayed at this site on 6/28 for our 49th anniversary and as always enjoyed the location, room, and breakfast on Saturday. Yes, it was more expensive on a Friday but who isn't anymore. Just be careful the elevator does not close on you!

I reserved a suite because there are 3 adults in our group. The pull out couch is very old and unfit for sleeping so we had to share a bed, the accommodations are dated and felt a little shabby. Check in clerk was efficient. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be clean. Location is okay.

If you're staying in Biloxi to visit someone at Keesler Air Force base or for business, this is the place to stay! Comfy, clean beds. Nice bathrooms. Great breakfast at 6-9 AM. Scrambled Eggs and sausage were awesome! Close to stores and places to eat. Nice swimming pool with safe video surveillance everywhere. Friendly staff. Waffle House across the street. Easy parking and good rates! Trust me, stay here!!!! Stay away from Quality Inn-Ocean Springs!!!

The staff were nice and friendly, but the property wasn't well kept. The pool isn't kept clean. The furniture in room not clean. Non-guest show up to swim in pool as well. Really unsatisfactory.

Nice front desk staff. We checked in and dropped off our bags, we were going to meet friends for dinner. When we returned late that night we discovered used towels in the bathroom, and gnats flying around. The floor of the shower was dirty, and the shower bar was hanging off the wall and you could see dirt caked behind it. The carpet was filthy. I noticed a hole in the ceiling above the bed when I went to bed. We were tired from a long road trip and didn't want to change since it was only for 1 night. I did alert the front desk, there was nothing they could've done since it was a third party booking.

Guests were playing music very loud. I had a floor above me and the guest in the room above me sounded like a heard of elephants, and the bathroom was gross. It looked like no one cleans the outside of the toilet as there was urine around the bottom and the shower had a broken area, almost a hole and was so dingy.

Check-in was extremely fast, front desk attendant was very nice and polite. Room was extremely spacious and bathroom was a very nice size.. Property was excellent, extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and I felt very safe! Definitely will be staying again..

The pictures and ratings were a misleading. The hotel looked modern, up-to-date, and well kept in the pictures and seemingly from the reviews. However, it felt rather old and a little run-down. It was a good economical stay, however, everything felt a little more outdated with dim lighting and natural wear-and-tear on carpets, walls, and fixtures were pretty evident. Our kids definitely loved it though. The breakfast was great. It didn't much of a walk at all to get to our room, which was great. Beds, towels, and sheets were all clean. Shower and hot water worked well. The beach and downtown were much closer than I thought.

The fold out couch should not have even been advertised as a bed. It wasn’t just uncomfortable but actually unacceptable. It was like laying directly on metal springs/bars. Thankfully my teenage son was the one sleeping on it because an adult would have been miserable the next day. The only other problems were minor - the door handle in the bathroom was broken and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room off enough. Breakfast was typical.

After driving over 14hrs super excited in anticipation of our first time to Buloxi to celebrate my husbands birthday our very first encounter with a front desk associate was less than pleasant, he was somewhat condescending. The room was decent except walls super thin. If you're in the middle of the hallway, you hear every door slam and heavy foot stomp down the hall. You can hear a cough thru walls. Once housekeepers come on duty the constant slamming/thudding of doors is ridiculous. Pillows are too soft. Only one elevator. Breakfast simple, sausage salty, and eggs cooked too hard, coffee ok. Room very clean, plenty of towels.

This is my go-to when visiting family or traveling for work in the area. The staff is amazing. They always remember me and do everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Sammy is an asset to comfort Suites, we will come back just to see him. His knowledge of the area, his professionalism and caring about us is unmatched in your industry. This location will be a major stop traveling to Texas and back and our families will use this location as well. Ian was excellent as well, he does a great job pulling double duty in the morning.

No thrills or over kill, however very clean and the staff was nice enough. Location to 110 to the Casinos is very convient. From the hotel to the IP was 7 miles. I would gladly stay again. Not to mention the room size was a plus as well.

Booked this because of reviews. Breakfast was ok but if if you get a late start ( brkfst hours 6 to 9 am) say 8:45 staff already removing food. If vacationing, hours should be 6 to 10am. Beds not very comfortable, sheets extra thin. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location for us was useful because of family nearby. Overall the stay was at best average.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The property was very clean. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast, however, was not very good. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs were used. The orange juice tasted like it did not have enough water mixed with the concentrate.
