Fielding Hotel

Room was small but adequate Staff were very friendly and helpful Location very good and convenient for Theatres and museums

Nice rooms with a kettle, Covent Garden just around the corner. No traffic outside hte hotel!

Complete disaster.. We did bot get the room we ordered and instead got a room in the basement. They promised us the possibility to get our money back and book a room somwhere else. When we later wanted to do this they simply said that it booked through hotels.com and is non-refundable.. We stayed in the room but when we got it there is two tvs which non works, the room is extremely cold and no ventilation.. I would not recommend anyone to stay here since then you might be treated the way we were. Dont trust that you will get what you ordered!!! Not worth the risk! The staff was absolutely unibterested in finding a solution and they blames that ”the manager is abroad where he do not have telephone” and that you need to write a comment if you do not want to stay in a basement..
