The staff was amazing, super welcoming, accommodating, and just overall good energy. They gave me plenty of recommendations on things to do with my kids, and I really appreciated that. But the room itself did not match that experience at all. I can see the aesthetic they’re going for, but my room was in bad shape. There was makeup smeared all over the blackout curtains, visible water damage on the ceiling, and major electrical issues with the outlets and lighting. Again, wonderful throughout the entire hotel but, the condition of the room definitely needs attention.
