Beautiful hotel convenient to port and airport but they advertise port pick up but they do not. Restaurant Kiki very good food. Reasonable priced . Rooms are huge and quiet. Pool little cool but enjoyable people were friendly. I would stay here again

The staff was very courteous and accommodating, but the airport shuttle service needs re-thinking. If the airport run is full, then that means the shuttle should come back for a second run. Guests should not have to wait another hour for the next shuttle and they shouldn't have to call an Uber when the hotel advertises an airport shuttle. Or at the very least run the shuttle more frequently than ONCE AN HOUR. That's crazy.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I loved the airport to hotel shuttle. So easy and so convenient …. Just call the hotel when you land. The bar and restaurant on property were excellent! The cons …. The pool closed at 730 and if you have a car ….parking is $20 per night per car (complaint from some guests we met at the property).

Very comfortable room and bed. One of the two elevators wasn’t working and the hotel staff indicated it had been like that for weeks. Hard to check out with one elevator for 14 floors.

This was the worst hotel I have been to in my life. Our family vacation was ruined on day 1. We were exhausted feom our flight so my daughter took a nap. When she woke up she woke to bed bug bites all over her neck and chest. She said she did not want to go anywhere because she feels ugly and it’s disgusting. I brought this to the managers attention. The manager gave us a complimentary drink for 2( the catch is u have to buy food)I could not believe it. I was very displeased but the manager said thats the beat they could do. Problem # 2. There were bugs crawling on my kids. We could not understand where the bugs were crwling from. Again I brought this to the staffs attention and showed videos of the nasty bugs but I was told the manager will give me a call. Im still waiting on a call from the manager. I will never ever go back to that hotel and I surely would mot recommend anyone going there. Especially if your hoing for a family vacation

After checking into room and trying to nap room had constant smell of mold when a/c came on. Upon further inspection a/c output vent had black mold in vents. Went downstairs and host apologized and switched rooms. New room did not have smell when a/c came on but again output vent was very disgusting with black mold. Went back downstairs and I believe it was the manager was at the front desk and followed me to my room to inspect vent. She apologized and advised that due to the amount of rain Florida gets this happens. She also removed the vent to “clean” them but that was just a light dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Hotel was otherwise very clean and staff was very apologetic of the situation. Due to the shortness of our stay and not wanting to hassle with switching rooms/ hotels as we were traveling without a vehicle we stayed the night.

I think this was the most comfortable bed that we've ever had in a hotel! We were on the 10th floor and it was very quiet. Check in was fast and the restaurant stays open late. We really appreciated that since our flight was delayed an hour and a half.

Check in was easy and convenient. Valet attendant was very nice and helpful, his smile will brighten your day. The pool was long enough to swim laps and plenty of towels were available. Bathroom was tiny, but room was spacious.

Loved my (M40+) stay at this hotel with my 3 teenage kids and would visit again if I'm in Fort Lauderdale. Pros: - Ample parking (there are 3 levels but I never had to park above the first level even when we returned at midnight) - Friendly staff (receptionists, parking attendants, housekeepers) and responsive service - Beautiful, spacious modern double queen room with desk, lounge chair/ottoman, kitchenette area and lots of storage (4 carryons plus backpacks) - Nice clean bathroom with shower (and they gave us 4 towels so we didn't have to request extras) - Full DirecTV package (hundreds of channels) - Pool / patio area is wonderful (the building casts a nice shade and cool breeze despite the 90 degree temp) - Glass enclosed elevator provides a nice view of the patio / pool area - Easy access to Route 1 and various restaurants, fast food and convenience stores nearby - Easy access to the Convention Center (10-15 mins) Cons: - Bathroom is a bit tight (door almost scrapes the front of the toilet bowl and doesn't go all the way (would hit shower doors) - TV is "small" but adequate (40 inches) but didn't have streaming services - Views from room aren't great (industrial) - 15 minute drive from the beach (wasn't an issue for us)

During check in we were greeted by Paris at the front desk, she was the only representative working at that time, she had multiple people waiting in line and several phone calls while checking us in she maintained composure and smiled the entire time. She took her time to explain everything and answer all questions. If I owned a local business, I would hire her to be my customer relations representative in an instant.

Our flight was delayed and we called ahead to let them know to hold our room. After 3 hour flight delay we finally were able to get to the hotel at 3:30 am. When we walked in, the hotel clerk Roger told us you are lucky I was just about to cancel your room (almost $400) and by the way I know you reserved two double beds but I gave them away. I told him I booked it because it was me, my wife and teenage stepdaughter and we couldn't be in one king bed, he was able to figure out another room. My wife said he was rude and condescending and I have to agree. When we got to the room, there was no air conditioning running and all the Florida humidity and moisture was in the sheets, but we were too tired to complain and had to leave for a cruise the next morning. This is a shame since this hotel is so close to the cruise terminal and the next day the person who checked us out was very nice but I would never stay here again.

The gentleman (with all of the chains) at the front desk was beyond atrocious when my wife checked in. Details are not important now, but basically talked down to her and said 'i dont want to get what u have, u shoildnt be traveling.' What ???!! Who says that?? Food poisoning isnt contagious douchbag. Horrible customer service!!

Wonderful staff. Dontiea went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with an issue relative to my booking and Lucrecia helped me with follow up to assure that the issue was corrected. I have numerous complaints and I asked a manager to contact me but never did. We stayed and were checked in by Danny on 5/4/25. He said he was going to put us on the 0500 shuttle to the airport. We get to the room to see the tv does not work, having 2 children under 2 and it raining out, this was needed. We called and they said someone would be in, in 30 mins and would come up. We then were getting the kids ready for bed, pulled down the blankets to find and old food wrapper with crumbs in it. I called down to double check that we were on the shuttle. The lady giggled and said “please excuse Danny, he didn’t put you on”. She was so rude. I asked if there was any accommodation she could make being that this was a mistake on their part. She kept getting loud and just saying just get on the 4am or get an uber, I gave up on having her accommodate us. I then told her how no one has come to fix tv and let her know about the dirty bed. She sent someone that couldn’t speak English to us. He through a rolled up sheet on the bed. Said “be back” then nothing. This was horrible, dirty and just rude! When we came down to check out and go catch our Uber (5/5/25 @ 0455), the lady was on the phone yelling at someone and wouldn’t pay us any mind. I can’t believe I spent money to be treated like this and stay here.

Great location for staying the night before and night after our cruise. Room was very nice and clean. Because I'm an IHG awards member they let us check in early the morning the cruise ship arrived back to port. This was extremely helpful and something we will not forget!

I stayed at the hotel with my toddlers overnight. The hotel was 5 minutes from port Everglades which was great. We were also 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart, Fivebelow and a Publix which was great for picking up last minute items needed for our cruise. Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and assisted me with printing out my luggage tags and cruise documents. The elevators close quickly. While pulling my stroller and luggage out of the elevator the elevator doors closed before my 4 year old stepped out which was terrifying. Thankfully another guest stayed on the elevator with her and the doors opened just as I was about to call the front desk for assistance.

This is a perfect location for access to the cruise port and airport, we loved our stay. There's not many stores or restaurants in walking distance, but we took Lyfts to Walmart and the cruise port.

We had a great one night stay. Easily took an uber/lyft to the marina a short drive away. Extremely close to the cruise port & airport. Front desk staff were so nice & remembered us by name the next day checking out. Same goes for the valet attendants. The buffet breakfast was really good. The rooms were nice. The beds were so comfy I didn’t want to leave them. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoy new building , beds , room over all was 5 stars !! Only negative would be the parking fee is not including or mentioned in the beginning of the rates $21 a night is a bit expensive and the restaurant is overly expensive and empty to near by off 17st causeway where more establish restaurants. Were the price was 100% cheaper food better.

The best part of this place was the bartender Andy. Hilarious he made the stay memorable! The food was better than most in house hotel food at Kikis. I would have liked the AC to have come down to temp faster but eventually it did. I'd stay here again mostly because of the bartender at Kikis. Bedding was excellent the shower and room very good! Front desk and shuttle all excellent. Great location for the airpot shuttle super on time and nice driver at 5am :)
