Fresh breakfast, hot tub was great, staff was friendly. I dropped my moisturizer on the tile bathroom floor and the glass shattered on the floor, when were Leaving I let Justin who was cleaning rooms know that there still may be pieces we missed picking up so he should be careful and he was so grateful for us telling him and wanted to make sure we were ok, what a nice kid

Tried to get under the wedding reservation but were booked. Rooms available. However, being there for 2 days we expected mini fridge and microwave. Neither are provided in a "standard room". Hot tub was out of order all weekend. Wish we would have booked at the hotel across the parking lot instead. Chris the maintenance guy was very sweet and always working hard and super friendly!

The hot tub was out of order indefinitely per the receptionist. Getting to enjoy the bathub was one of the main reasons we booked. Since we used Hotels.com to book we could not get a refund, we did checkout early so it was a waste, partly because of hotels.com policy of no refund for checking out early even though the hotel amenities were not up to par

There was no fridge or microwave in the room which is generally standard. The hot tub was not available due to maintenance. The pool was cold. The bed pillows were small. We had to ask for extras. We won’t be back.

The hotel was fine. The continental breakfast was decent. We were looking forward to the pool but the pool was FREEZING cold and the hot tub was out of service which was pretty frustrating.

Best hotel on our road trip. The pool and hot tub area were clean with plenty of towels. The fitness center was nice and spacious. Great breakfast! The hotel is under renovation. If you are staying all day, that might be an issue. It did not bother us at night. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Road tripping home to Canada, got through Minneapolis to stay in the small town of St Cloud. When you are just staying one night small towns are always worth it! We like Hamptons for their level of quality and cleanliness with decent value. We’ve definitely noticed hotels across the country cutting down on the little things … so it was nice to be offered a bottle of water when we checked in. Every thing was clean and comfortable. Bed and linens were great ! Girl on the front desk was friendly, cheerful and helpful even at nine pm . She was a great first impression for the hotel ! This is surprisingly rare. Hotel is also a good distance from the highway for noise and well lit spacious parking. Hamptons are a good choice

Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good. Pool and hot tub were good. Second time staying here. Two negatives, First, for the price I was expecting a microwave and refrigerator in the room. What place of this quality doesn’t have a fridge and microwave in every room?? Need to specify this if you want a room with these. Second issue, the beds seemed hard. For the price they should be a bit more comfy. Would I come back? 50/50.

Walls are thin. I could hear everything. The person directly above my room i could hear whenever they walk. The hot tub was cold had no water in it. And hot water was very limited in my room.

Overall we had a decent stay. We were in town for a family reunion so we stayed on a Friday and a Saturday evening. The hotel itself was clean. The rooms were pretty dated and could definitely use some upgrading. All but one of the workers we came in contact with didn’t seem to care much about greeting or helping the guests. Location is great to stores and food which is why we booked. We will probably pick a different spot next time for a more upgraded hotel. Also, the rooms do not have a microwave or fridge in them. This was my mistake as I didn’t check to see if there was. We stayed with my aunt who is very limited to what she can eat so her bringing her own food, it was an inconvenience to not have these in the room.

Nice hotel. Easy access. Comfortable and clean rooms. There is no fridge in the room (mine), but I was offered to store my require-fridge-items in in the hotel fridge. What was really excellent - the exceptional service from the reception (front desk) attendant (clerk) Travis! I, personally haven’t experienced such professional, polite and helpful service for a long time.

I forgot my pillow the last time I stayed here. I called and asked them to hold it as I was coming back in a week and a half. Before I even checked in they brought me my pillow. We have been staying here over the last couple of months while my mom is seen at the hospital. The staff is truly awesome!

We got here and was told there was a $150 dollar deposit for what nothing was working we had to clean the room it was not the best we had to go to Walmart and buy towels there’s was dirty the fire place was broken the bbq grills were broken the tv remote didn’t work stains in the shower we had to go to the front desk to keep getting new keys was locked out of room a number of times room had a smell we was just trying to get away for our anniversary trying to make it work but the staff was very rude about everything the one guy just kept acting like he couldn’t understand what was going on but will not come back use to have a time for adults after the kids go to bed now kids just running around all night with out parents in and out the hot tub that says no kids with out parents no one was saying anything to the parents going out to smoke and baby I mean baby in diapers just running wild but was not worth on $250 a night plus $150 deposit

Have stayed at this hotel before, but this time was very disappointing. No one at front desk when we arrived for check in, waited 15-20minutes for someone to show up. Toilet in room did not flush. We heard a loud sound of water running through pipes in the wall while we were trying to fall asleep.

The staff were awesome. Over what I hope was only our own oversight when booking through Expedia, the staff quickly resolved our room issue and put us in another room at no additional cost. The room and grounds were clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time. Easy check in, breakfast is your traditional fare. Downtown close to everything and positioned in a more residential side but right across for the mall covered location and safety for me. Smiling customer service. I have no complaints!
