Great hotel, location and staff. My only feedback is that the rooms are small. We booked a more expensive executive room and the room was tiny and the only view from the window was a brick wall. Not great for the price we paid.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. Staff was wonderful and the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Bar in the Hotel had no energy, however and the lobby lounge could do with a redo. Great location.

Probably the quietest hotel in London hardly traffic noise Paired back Japanese style has all the bits you need. No pen or paper in room? We had superior room but not impressed. Staff first class.
