The Brook Green Hotel

Great place to stay, comfortable, great decor and the breakfast was amazing. Only downside is no lift so if you are on the second or third floor its a long way up

Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up.

Older pub with well appointed rooms including large bathroom/ double sinks. No A/c so needed to open windows which made it noisy as closely located to police station/ ambulance services. Limited storage for guest luggage. Reception service patchy and below expectations for price. No lift in the building which made it difficult with large bags/ lots of stairs. 8/10 minute flat walk to Hammersmith station so convenient for Heathrow and access to London.

Great location near the Hammersmith Station. The bar and restaurant were great also. The french toast and hot chocolate at breakfast were amazing! There is a police and fire station near, so there are sirens. I would suggest a sound machine or app to drown out the sirens.

We checked in they wasn’t much help . The air conditioner was broken it was hot ,I complained to front staff many times they stated would send someone and never did .

Hotel was awesome, one of the best pub hotels I've stayed in Would say the mini fridge was expensive though, mini bottle of prosseco cost £34

Very nice room, beautifuly decorated, clean and good ammenities. Execeptional service at reception, pub and housekeeping. Great quality minibar. Only thing to consider is that reception and pub close at 10pm

This is our second stay at this hotel and we love it. The location is great. It is above a nice pub and the staff are wonderful. The only negative is the club in the basement and it got really rowdy one night. So if you are a light sleeper then be sure to ask for one of the rooms away from the front- side.

Always lovely to stay for a few days, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms always spotlessly clean.

TV was not working and bins had not been emptied. Room was very cramped with double bed squeezed in with hardly any room around the bed.

I can’t say enough nice things about Brook Green Hotel. Absolutely LOVELY staff, cozy room cleaned daily, lovely pub downstairs with room service that was perfect for the end of long days. Genuinely loved staying here!

Very slow service - or understaffed. Had to go several time to the bar during dinner to ask for something. But they did not forget to put a 12% service charge on the bill. I'm happy with that as long as the service is there but not if the service is that slow. Nice room but a very dirty shower. The corners of the sliding door were disgusting. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the people above our room were very loud but I guess that can happen in such an old building. Overall not bad but room for improvement.

Beautiful place in a very posh, walkable neighborhood. Right near a supermarket too! Rooms are small but comfortable. Note: no lifts, only minimal room in refrigerator (rest is filled with items for purchase).

Excellent feel about the place with a nice pub downstairs. It is on a main road so you do hear the traffic a little but still had a good nights sleep.

Nice location- rooms were nice but up several flights of stairs with no elevator access. Bathroom very nice but bedroom smelled a bit stale. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice but other furnishings are a bit tired.

Lovely old pub hotel. Very comfortable rooms with high ceilings and sympathetic updates. Facilities within the rooms were on point and a decent bathroom with a double shower. The pub below is tip-top.

Tried to ring ahead several times to share that I would be checking in the evening and would like to arrange to have a late check out but had no answer. Upon arrival I had the most awkward and off-putting chekin experience ever. Receptionist was all about telling me how it is going to be in a sarcastic tone. I tried to clarify my questions by rephrasing them but only stood corrected and shut down. For example when I asked about my room as I was told that it was a "..typically small English room and traffic noice could be an issue and is its part of the package but the windows are double glazed." I have no clue where that came from but felt a clash and and I actually expressed thats he was making me feel very uncomfortable. I proceeded to my room (17) five flights up to the top, no lift and no offer to help with my bag. My impressions of the room were that it felt dark, dated dusty with the smell of stale fried bar food. I attempted to switch on the TV from one of the two remotes and neither were responsive. No phone in the room so I rambled back down for assistance. Your man checked it out and managed to queue up the Sky and left. Relieved I then tried the volume and changer but it was again unresponsive. Round two with the TV he made calls for help, not resolved, so asked for another room. Standing before him for what was the fifth time, sweat rolling down my face, offered a twin bedroom I decided I had enough and left for other accommodation.

Staff was friendly but not very responsive. Told us they would order a cab for an early flight, I provided the time needed and it didn't show up. Nice place, just not super reliable.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Brook Green Hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful!! It's centralized in the best area. I came to see a concert at the Eventim Apollo which, to my pleasant surprise, was literally 3 blocks away. The train station is only 2 blocks away a quick 5-10min to everything, with a bus stop right outside the main door and right down the street from the Westfield Mall. And it felt even safer as the Police station is only 1 block away. I will most definitely stay here again! :)

The hotel is charming—charming, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well cared for. It felt like a peaceful little retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day. That said, the location was a bit of a hassle for a tourist. It’s in a quiet, nice neighborhood, but getting to central London took about 30-45 minutes, even with good public transport. That added a lot of travel time to our day and made it tricky to get to the main sights quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, but it’s not the most convenient if you want to be close to the action in London.

This was my fourth stay at Brook Green, which has become my first choice hotel for staying in London. The rooms are great, towels are thick and luxurious, and breakfast is first class. The convenient situation between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush tube stops is also a definite bonus.

The hotel accommodation was clean & comfortable. It was near to Hammersmith Underground enabling transport to London sites.

This is a great location near a tube stop. Lots of character with local shopping and restaurants. Very easy to walk around to sight see in local area. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.
