This was a great hotel within walking distance of the pier and Pikes place. The room was comfy and clean and designed in a way that made sense. It was great. They only offer valet service at an OUTRAGEOUS price though, so that is the one downside.

Loved being able to walk everywhere. Was impressed by the care taken of the old building. The rooms didn’t feel old, but well loved and maintained. Was disappointed the pool was closed. There should be something on the website letting guests know the pool is under renovations.

Really nice location walking to almost all wants. Staff awesome. Very noisy location downtown, lots of sirens main streets close and hospital a few blocks away. Also no mention of loss of facility when booking, Pool is closed for good, still photos of pool in booking web site.

Loved hotel & staff but the area especially at night left much to be desired. However, hotel provided great security and made sure only guests were able to enter. Bistro was great for breakfast & dinner. Food quality & friendly staff made it an enjoyable experience. Finally, the location to all Seattle waterfront restaurant & activities.

Wonderful staff and clean large room - king with pullout couch. Get double blankets for the pullout. I love that Courtyards have the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner big bottles in the shower. Only one elevator was working and that meant we had to take the stairs to catch our car to the airport. They should have prioritized this fix since three were out. That was unacceptable.

The valet parking was a little frustrating because there was no where to park your vehicle and when they do finally bring it back there’s no where for the valet to park the car because of ALL the Uber & lift drivers. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it was frustrating to valet park.

It was a good location for being a tourist or going to a concert or game. But two of three elevators were down during the stay, and that proved challenging, long lines to use them. We took the stairs mostly. And the staff did let us use the staff elevator, which was nice, especially after waiting for 10 minutes just to go down to the lobby with luggage. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When checking in, a guy had excellent services to get car parked and helped luggage. In 2nd day, we chose different parking options to save money, the young man became inpatient and unhappy face to us. Impatient to say I do not know to our questions. My wife felt mistreatment. By the way the valet parking is so expensive. We paid $81 per day. The garage next street only charges us $18 per day.

The hotel was clean and rooms were modern. The only issue was they only had one elevator in service at times, which led to long waits. The hotel is in a walkable (though hilly) area of downtown Seattle and also near a train station and many bus routes.

Overall, the stay was a little above average. The vallet were amazing as well as staff. The room was pretty small and there were a lot or random stains on the walls below eye level in the bathroom and living area. No microwave in room, heard you have to ask for one. View from the 7th floor was good and windows gave great natural light. Air conditioning barely cooled off the room even at the lowest setting.

Stayed here for an event at stadium. Hotel was average. Good location to walk to the stadium. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and there was a long line to take turns for the one working one. Our bathroom was dirty, hair all over the floor and sinks. Didn't notice until midnight when actually was in the room, but with a broken elevator seemed hopeless to even mention at front desk. Bed was comfortable but very noisy outside made for a crappy sleep. Parking was $61 a night. Very expensive.

Excellent front desk service. Well situated but didn’t feel safe walking at night. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better or refurbished. I loved that it was an old building with big rooms and Starbucks in the lobby a plus. Thank you.

Hotel is in a perfect location to access everything Seattle has to offer, without the hassle of a car! We were a short 3 minute walk to the lightrail station and walked to the stadiums, restaurants, the waterfront, aquarium, Pike market and more. The staff was friendly and so helpful and the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable.

There was an unsealed bottle of lotion in the bathroom, Clorox wipes left on the window, and unfolded towels. Overall did not feel super clean. Front desk person and valet staff were awesome though. Saved me some money on parking and were very helpful.

Overall my stay was ok. Hotel was modernized and inviting. The wifi in my room was horrible. The tv channels were disconnecting often and made it unwatchable. The shower functioned poorly. Not sure if i was given the black sheep of the rooms, but I would not stay there again.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the views from our rooms. We were staring directly at an abandoned, creepy building, and the alley down below was somewhat noisy. I was pretty bummed about those views!

Not sure if it was an option for this hotel, but I would have given 5 stars if the bed was more comfortable. A room with a king size memory foam bed option would have been much better. Otherwise, we liked everything else about the hotel.

The staff here are so nice! The room was very spacious. I think because it was a corner room! Everything was nice except for the noise. I wish I had ear plugs. You could hear everything from the street. Garbage trucks, taxis, emergency vehicles and homeless people yelling. I would definitely stay here again because of the access to downtown. Such an easy walk with one big hill!

the hotel staff was rude when i asked to upgrade my room. i have never been spoken to like that and it kind of put me in shock. staff seemed unconcerned with the basic principle of customer service. the room was nice. we used earplugs as the traffic was loud. the starbucks coffee in the lobby was weak. location was good although it’s about a 15/20 minute walk to pike fish market

Poor service. I needed the pull out bed and had to do it myself which was heavy and awkward. I had to call twice to get bedding delivered for this bed. Compared to other places I’ve stayed the response was poor.

Everything was near by. The train took us from the airport and to the airport. It was very clean and nice. Pikes market was a 15 min walk and it was easy to find. Recommend it. If we ever come to Seattle again, we will be staying here!

The hotel itself is amazing! Location is great because it is just steps to the Ferry, Pike's Place, and Pioneer Square. But you do have to navigate amongst the homeless population, which is very sad to see that the city of Seattle cannot do more to help these individuals. Would not recommend walking alone at night in this area of town due to the homeless population.

The staff were amazing! Location is convenient, half way between Pike Place and the stadiums. 1/2 block from light link rail station, 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Having said that, it’s downtown Seattle so not the safest location outside of the hotel. The hotel did have 24 hour security and we never felt unsafe once at the hotel.

Great hotel - clean, kind staff, beautiful air conditioned room, I was on the 13th floor and had a view of the water/port which was gorgeous. The hotel is also in a Convenient part of town, where you can walk to Pike Market, some coffee shops and restaurants etc. but the surrounding neighborhood is not the most updated, clean, or safe. I didn’t really feel safe walking around especially not at night, Pioneer Square is very dilapidated in my opinion.

The location of the hotel was convenient to Pioneer Square, T-mobile and Lumen Stadium. It was also about a10 min walk to the Pike Place. The surrounding was quiet, I wasn't awoken by noise but my husband was awoken by hallway noise. There was a bike path and lots of scooters and e bikes for rent along the sidewalks. We would stay here again.

This is my favorite Seattle hotel. It's close to the sports facilities and the light rail. The Bistro has great food and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It's also a short walk to the waterfront promenade.

Me, my Sister, and my two kids stayed here to see the Kane Brown concert at T-Mobile Park. It was nice. The Bistro downstairs was so good! We did dinner and breakfast. Reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent. Our room was nice too. I loved the old charm that they kept imparts of the room. Bed was cozy and it felt clean. The only thing I wish is that there was parking, we did pay for the $61 valet parking, because I didn’t want to try and find a spot. But the valet employees were super nice! I was grateful that there was a safe place to have my car parked, the price was just a bit much, but definitely not something that would steer me from coming here again. From check in to check out, it was nice. It was nice that the stadium was within walking distance and we didn’t have to drive! Thank you to all the staff here, we will be back! Definitely recommend staying here.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to everywhere we were planning to go. I did not like that there was no on site parking. While having the valet there was great, it was very expensive to park since the hotel leases out their parking facility. Our bathroom was bit dirty, vents and baseboards were very dirty. The hotel bar and restaurant were not open as much as I think it should be especially on a weekend where so many were there for the football game.

When we went down and ordered dinner to go from the restaurant, we didn't receive the correct food. When we went back to resolve the issue, we waited for almost 20 minutes and no one came to help us at the counter/cash register. So finally my husband had to go over and talk to the cook behind the kitchen counter. The cook was very kind and helpful.
