Do NOT stay at this hotel . Tragically, our truck was broken into along with five other vehicles on the same night. When we spoke to the manager, we were even more disappointed to discover that she was careless. She claimed that they had security, but we never saw any security personnel at night. There were nights when we arrived early and others when we arrived late, and no one was out there, how can they break into 5 vehicles when there is a security according to hotel management. To make matters worse, they shattered our window, and we had to pay to get it fixed promptly since it was our only vehicle that allowed us to move around at that time

Didn’t like that there was only one elevator working. Made it very inconvenient with having to wait long periods or go down 6 flights of stairs so you can get where you are going on time.

Beds were comfy, room location was quiet, breakfast was great. The only disappointment was the hot water in our bathroom and the AC in the gym. We were given the handicap accessible room. We called down to inquire about the lack of hot water, and we were told there we no more double beds available and they would have to run faucets downstairs in order to get hot water in our room. AC was out in the gym

We decided last minute to go to a comedy show in downtown San Antonio. However we didn’t want to stay downtown. This area was easy accessible from Austin as well as driving to downtown San Antonio. The parking was complimentary, ample lighting and walked at night by a security officer. The rooms were spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and there were several mirrors in the case it’s a girls trip. I would definitely stay here again when I return to San Antonio. Thank you

This specific property is conveniently located for when I travel for business. The room is spacious with a separate living area which I like. My only complaint is there are only two elevators and in the past four visits this year, 2023. One of the two elevators has been out of order which causes an extensive wait time to get to your floor and back down the lobby. If management can get on the technicians behind to hurry and fix the elevator, it will make the guest experience more enjoyable. Thank you in advance, and I look forward to my next visit!

Not a lot of space in bathroom area to put clothes to change after a shower. About 5-ish EV chargers not in operation. Disappointed with that since we needed to be able to charge over night. They were covered with plastic. Dogs barking in the room next to us. Room felt humid at times.

To start the fold out bed was uncomfortable for the kid and the pool was too small for the amount of people for that hotel. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of so many people and for all the different charges of taxes you charge people is crazy and I will not be stay at any of your establishment. Also $8.00 you charge for breakfast is a little outrageous based on what you had and all the cold food that was supposed to be hot it was not hot at all!!

When getting ready for bed, there was a sticky residue in the sheet close to the foot of the bed. I spilled a little water on the floor and grabbed a towel to wipe up the water and tnd the towel can up brown from the dirty tile

I’m gonna start with something positive, when I arrived (2 adults 3 small children) the staff was very friendly and took time to talk to my kids and be very friendly with them. But the room wasn’t very clean. There was some trash and hygiene products left behind and hair in the shower on the wall and I got a bathtub when we requested a shower. The tub was dirty as well. Not very satisfied and wasn’t worth almost $200. Won’t stay again.

Nice hotel. We have stayed here many times . A/C in room made a turning off sound that woke us every time it went off. We heard every ding, sound, voices all evening and morning from elevator. Didn't get much sleep .

The first time we stayed here, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. This time around not so much, the check in clerk was rude and had an attitude as if we were bothering her from being on her phone. The breakfast staff was extremely rude, never said good morning or excuse me, or may I help you. When I asked for utensils the lady told me they are over there. When I corrected her and informed her that the container was empty, another lady came out with a box and slammed it on the counter with a look of disgust and an attitude. Never said excuse me to anyone, just pushed her self into the counter area and filled them up and walked away. Honestly rethinking about staying here again when we go back to San Antonio. May have to try another hotel up the road for a little less money, but hopefully better service.

You will need a vehicle or use Lyft or Uber to get around as nothing is exactly in walking distance because of it being conveniently located right off the highway however Lyft and Uber is cheap to get around and almost always pick up within 2-5 minutes unless you request a wait and save option. Ordering an Lyft or Uber can be problematic as the drivers tend to arrive 20 to 10 minutes ahead of the requested time so be aware of that when doing a schedule pick up time

The hotel was located next to U.S 281 and the traffic at night was exceptionaly noisey. Several drivers, (especially motor cycles) treated 281like a drag-strip.

Breakfast was stated to end at 10am, We arrived at 9:30 and the attendants were already closing up shop. the breakfast available was cold and uninviting. This has never happened before, We chose to get breakfast on only one of the mornings of our stay and we were greatly dissapointed.

It has an excellent location. However, the tidiness in the rooms is not that good. I think that the cleaning ladies could do better and be well trained to do a bed. In the 5 days we stayed at the hotel, they didn’t do a good sweeping of the floor and the beds were poorly made. The breakfast is super limited

The hotel is nice and clean. I was sad to see that unless you are a Hyatt member you don’t get water bottles for your room or breakfast without a fee. These things used to be included. Other than that, the service was good and I was pleased.
