Beware of the in-room security boxes! Hotel staff has access. Had all my valuables go missing! Reported to reception. No help. Reported to police...no help.

Stay Away!! I was robbed! I would have given this hotel 5 stars across the board, except I was robbed. Either a housekeeper or someone at the front desk went through my backpack, got into my wallet, and used two of my credit cards. When I reported it to the front desk, the young woman asked what the charges were. After I explained them, her response was, “We don’t have that terminal here, so it wasn’t us.” She immediately became defensive and never once offered to investigate or help resolve the situation. I asked to speak with the manager, and she told me she was the person in charge. She appeared to be around 16–18 years old, which made it even more surprising that she claimed to be managing the hotel. After the incident, I still had two nights remaining on my stay. During that time, she never acknowledged me once—not a greeting, not eye contact, nothing—as I walked past the front desk multiple times each day. The theft itself was bad enough, but the complete lack of concern, professionalism, and customer service afterward made the experience even worse.
