This hotel is Walkable to space needle and museums quick ride to downtown and Pikes market. There is a grocery store QFC a few blocks away from in case you forgot to pack anything. The beds and bedding super comfy ! Never wanted to get out of bed! My teen loved the hotels decor, they also have bikes you can borrow and umbrellas. A very nice touch are cookies and coffee in the evening. We loved our stay!!!

We stay here two or three times a year and love it. It’s calm, and a really good place for a family with kids. The only thing that would be ideal is an upgrade to the gym and pool. They work fine but they are such a popular place that it’s often overcrowded to say the least

Very pleasant staff. Good bar with meal options. Very convenient to Seattle Center. Lots of access to bikes and scooters including the hotel's own bikes. Beds are great! WIFI is slow. Breakfast is just a cafe menu, whatever can be heated up.

Great stay, friendly staff. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Love the reusable water bottle with water station in the lobby, and the afternoon coffee and cookies. Appreciate the recycling options. Garage was stuffed full of cars on multiple nights -- hotel should not sell more spots than they have available. But overall a great stay.

This was a fun, family friendly hotel in a good location near the Seattle Center area but on the edge of the Queen Anne residential area so less gritty than downtown. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The kids loved the little pool, the cookies in the afternoon, and the big screen on the wall by the elevators. I wish breakfast was included to make life easier. The grab and go coffee station breakfst was expensive and not great. The sit down breakfast was decent but still pretty pricey. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Very nice staff. Super comfy beds! My only complaint is the gym is way outdated. (Yes I know weird to work out on vacation but I was preparing for hiking!) Also the Curtains didn’t fully close to where it blocks out sunlight but it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the complimentary drink and the fact you could use a bike. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use one for my short stay but maybe next time!

My mom and sisters and I very much enjoyed everything about our stay at the Stay Pineapple Maxwell House. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were spotless and everything smelled so clean. There were lots of little touches that made our stay spectacular.

Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Staff was kind, attentive and most helpful. The food at the bistro was fair at best but the grab and go breakfast sandwich was excellent. The atmosphere was quirky and fun!!! I would stay here again.

I absolutely love this hotel. This was my second time staying here. I unfortunately have to give it four stars this time around because my room this time around (#402) sounded like it was placed over a jet engine. A loud, low murmuring all night made it very hard to sleep. Reminded me of sleeping on a cruise ship or something. Was super disappointed about this but everything else was fantastic.

I honestly think this was the best hotel stay I have ever had while visiting Seattle. Not only was it easy to get to, check in was available an hour early (which was so great after a five hour road trip) and the staff was beyond friendly. The room was beautiful and VERY VERY clean. It was also very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbors or anyone use a toilet/shower, and there was almost no street noise, which I find is rare in Seattle. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

The text to check in early and pre-register was excellent. The place has a great vibe, the most comfortable beds, great staff. All of this was in walking distance to all major attractions, along with public transportation. StayPineapple would always be my hotel choice in Seattle!

Great property and great stay. Constructive criticism is; breakfast was closed the day after check out and the menu sucked, was told the cooks called off, front desk did not offer an alternative? The amenity service charge was OK, they did make up with drinks, but no snacks were provided or replenished. I can say the drinks made up for a good portion, but only because we had 5 guest. Premadonna suite was beautiful and enjoyable. However, the tub did take a very long time to drain, this is something the facility should look into. Victor from front desk restored front desk’s service, recommending a nice place to take my family the night after check in. Overall, I would stay again, but say there are needed improvements in front desk, especially with the “everything button” and alternatives we felt the expectation was a bit below than expected, but Victor did go above and beyond to mitigate that.

Excellent customer service from the front desk, I was able to check in hours early and keep my car parked after check out time as we had a late night flight. Comfy bed, although the lack of top sheet made it difficult to get the right temp at night. Safe neighborhood and perfect walking distance to Climate Pledge arena & Space Needle area.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bar and cafe staff, however, were not. No "hello" or "what can I get you?". No eye contact, and their attitudes left a lot to be desired. Also, not a fan of the bedding concept with the separate duvets. We both got so hot in the night and just wanted a sheet!

Nice clean convenient hotel with attentive friendly staff. It’s a short walk to Seattle Center where the Space Needle and many other attractions are located as well as Climate Pledge Arena. You can hop on the Monorail for a quick trip downtown. It ends near Westlake Station on the Link train line which runs north and south to Sea Tac Airport.

This place is the best! Great location, my partner and I love to walk to places and this is situated in a good spot, 20-30 min walk to most of the places we like to visit! Food, bars, parks, so many places nearby. The hotel amenities are great, feels very modern, and dogs are allowed. Super friendly staff as well. I try to stay here whenever I am in town!

If you can handle the Seattle hills, this is a good location for walking everywhere. The times i used Uber, the car was there in minutes. Food selection was limited, but fine for a quick snack.

Overall, this was a great stay! Ease of parking, friendly welcomes as we entered, a nicely decorated lobby and room with all the nice accoutrements, will cause us to seek out more StayPineapple venues. The staffing was a problem for the dining area for three of the four days we were there. The food was good when we were able to be served. The staff did make every effort to remain professional and courteous but the two people were simply not enough to handle a very busy restaurant and coffee bar. That was the only disappointment and the disappointment was felt for the staff (not because of them). It was clear that they were doing their best to manage under the difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend this hotel to all ages and saw all ages enjoying their stay as well!

Hotel is clean, staff very pleasant and helpful, but noisy, a/c was loud, you could hear all noises from the street. If you want coffee after 12pm you can’t, there is no barista even though 3 people stay behind the bar where the machine is.
