The hotel itself was nice and in a good location but the pool isn’t as large as expected and after hours if you have any issues, they may be hard to resolve. The space and layout is immaculate tho

My husband and I booked this room for a weekend getaway. We hadnt been out for years. Fridge was barely chilly, TV wasn't even hooked up, Pool and Spa were being renovated and without any notice on the websites. There were no washcloths in the bathroom either. The staff was very nice and tried to help but a manager needs to address the other issues

The only problem was. There was only one elevator working. There needs to be more than 2 elevarors for the size of the facility. Other than that , everything was great. The staff was wonderful.

I called two days before checking in to make sure the pool was fully functioning because my daughter and I was renting a room to swim in an indoor pool beings it is still winter. We arrive and at check in when i asked what time the pool closed I was told a time but warned the heater wasnt working so the water was cold. It was COLD! The pool and hit tub, both freezing! So we decided we would go to the room and watch videos on our phone, we couldnt. The wofi was down and no working. That also meant their their tv apps were not working so you could only watch the basic channels offered. We decided, “let’s go to the gym then” since nothing else was working and that was out of commission too! We were bamboozled! We originally rented the hotel room for all weekend but only spent Friday not there because there wasn’t anything to do other than watch the paint on the walls. Thankfully we brought one card game with us. We were able to get a partially refund for and early check out on Saturday and went 20 minutes away to another hotel with an indoor pool and had a good time. I would not recommend this hotel.

When I book a hotel I look for certain amenities.i feel that if you offer certain amenities and they are not available for any reason that should be noted. I always check for a fitness center, which this one had, but it's was closed for maintenance. I think that should be made known because I would have booked elsewhere

Place and staff was great only things we didn’t like was the water in the shower was like like warm and their hot tub was out their inside pool is very small and so full of chemicals even sitting in there to watch the kids made our eyes burn and headaches, so we canceled for the second night to find one with a better pool option. But other than that it was a nice stay

We went for the food scene. It's about 10 minutes from Biloxi. The bed was super comfy, the fridge was kinda small, we got a drink while we waited for our cab...it was awful, but she tried to fix it...at least they were nice!!

The courtyard by Marriott in Diberville was very clean very nice stuff. They have a little café downstairs that they offer like Starbucks coffee machine and they have sandwiches and beer, soda, wine, certain hours. The only down thing I could say, is you could hear the freeway

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. The room was spacious for our family of four and very clean. Even though we were located by a side entrance, we did not hear people coming and going. We took advantage of the food onsite which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked the location. Close to everything and not too far from Gulfport attractions Biloxi attractions. Hate that no coffee was available free in the morning. We never use the mini coffee pot in the room (but there is one). There is a small cafe that has a Starbucks. They obviously want you to pay the high Starbucks price for coffee. Went to McDonalds every morning instead. The bed was fine on one side but the other must have had a 400 lb person sleep in it as my poor wife slept in a sunken hole on her side. Be aware that this hotel is right by the interstate. You will hear traffic all the time, although it really didn’t bother us that much. My grandson loved the indoor pool. He swam very day. Also the small gym was a hit with him also. Overall, we will select a different hotel next visit.

Upon check in, the desk agent informed us that the elevator was out of service and apologized. While we were not inconvenienced, but other guests were quite rude to the employee. She handled their frustrations with class while informing them that a technician was on their way. It is a shame that other guests acted so poorly when she was clearly doing everything in her power to remedy the situation.

This property is very nice, clean, and the location is great, but … there’s no microwave in rooms, and I had a problem/ question about my reservations, and never got to speak to a manager I was told by several desk attendant that one would contact me, I’m back home and still haven’t heard from one!!!!

The guest services rep Shakira was AMAZING. She was very welcoming when we arrived and more than helpful during our stay. She genuinely helped all the customers around her and you could tell she was very genuine when she said "please let me know if you need anything else". We will be booking Marriott because of her.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly overall. We booked thru Expedia and chose to prepay breakfast. DON'T DO THAT. The hotel staff claimed there was no such thing. Had to get Expedia involved. The corrected it. Expedia charges $15/person. You can pay less without them but the breakfast was mediocre so just go outside. Very comfortable and clean room and bed. Great night sleep. Just wish they would fix the elevator and have more than 2 carts for a hotel this large. People do not return carts and all room are above the first floor.

This was a spontaneous trip, just to get away! Literally made the reservation on the way and it did not disappoint. Even the Bistro was awesome. I recommend the wings, lol.
