Parking was good there was no breakfast

The room was horrible, the breakfast was not good at all.

You have to put down a cash deposit which they don’t let you know ahead of time. Our sheets in our room were ripped and dirty. The walls were half painted and in summer you’d think the pool would be clean but nope, green. Definitely wouldn’t recommend honestly. I we had to use the sketchy atm on the property to get cash for our deposit cause usually it’s card deposit.

THE FIVE STAR IS A UPGRADED 3 STAR HOTEL NEWLY RENOVATED, NEW FLOORING, UPGRADED BATHROOMS, TV HAS HULU IN SOME THE ROOMS ALONG WITH ORHER MOVIE APPS. OVERALL PRETTY REASONABLE DURING THE WEEK, BUT DOES GET PRICEY come Thursday-Satuday, I would suggest to book on a Sunday -Thursday if you are going to plan to stay for more than one night. No ice machine.Does have vending machines and wzzher and dryer both under $3.00 per machine , has a pool & jacuzzi. Office a little rough during the day, at night a bit more friendly. Also consider staying on the 2 or 3rd as for the first floor has a lot of regulars.

Very dirty room, drawers missing, 1 of TV's was not hooked up and no remotes, toilet seat was broken, only 2 towels, door to the bathroom would not close, bed cover was torn, the elevator was filthy, with cigarettes butts on the floor, and graffiti on the walls, AND on top of it all the staff was RUDE! It should be called 1 Star Hotel.. worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of travel. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service sucks, no coffee maker no iron no remote control for the tv the jacuzzi did not work the shower did not work, woud not recommend to anyone.

Air conditioner made noise all night long. Too close to freeway traffic noise. Curtains were damaged and needed repair. No ice machine on the premises. Cockroaches in the rooms

Super clean, stuff there super nice and respectful It has free parking that’s great since I always rent.

Slippery shower, no hair dryer, no tissues, nowhere to hang clothes, old towels, charged a quarter for Ice. Very "no frills" hotel. Ya get what ya pay for. Looks like they are trying to upgrade but overall needs more work. Just needed a bed for 2 night and it sufficed, but i wont stay again.

The room was dirty, the bed comforter had stains everywhere. I booked a non smoking room and the whole entire room smelled like cigarettes, the shower, bathtub and the walls shower were nasty. It’s such a wasted of all the remodeling you guys did if you are not maintaining it and keeping it clean.

Absolutely disgusting! Who is graffiti on the walls in the room bed was completely broken there was roaches and it smelled really bad of chemicals. There were also a lot of drug earnings hanging around the property this hotel is very unsafe

Absolutely awful! Obvious shady deals going on. People sleeping in what looked like broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Turned on the tv and the very first channel was extreme adult content. Filthy conditions. Found hair in the shower, sink, and intertwined in the towels. Bottom of the bathroom door looked chewed up. Dirty floors. Shower curtain looked like there was blood on it. We reserved two rooms for two nights did not stay the second day. Decided we would rather drive all the way back to our home state after my daughter's wedding then have to stay another night. Couldn't wait to get out of there!

Elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 15 yrs, mattress hard as rock, dead bug on wall, no tissues or trash can

I did not end up staying due to the cleanliness of the room. Stains on bed spread and sheets. Roaches

The hotel was dirty, smelly everything about the room. The towels were dirty stained will never go there again in my life.

Room dirty had graffiti all over.

Checked in and left in 30 mins rooms are filthy furniture is stained, graffiti all over. Cabinets are broken, there was a hole in the roof and they “fixed” it with duct tape, water didn’t work. The place is definitely not safe, people selling stuff out of the room. You could not pay me to stay here. Wish I could get a refund I literally wasted my money because I could not stay here, I would not even sit on the bed.

So dirty. The floors, the walls, the bedding was probably not washed, cigarette burns in the bedding and the pillow cushions had yellow stains on them. Even the towels looked dirty, I didn’t feel comfortable sitting anywhere. I stayed a few hours and left and immediately took a shower. Will never return, would never recommend.

My room was not finished missing the bathroom door under construction

They had some this item on the bathroom wall it was supposed to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash but it was empty

There are TWO kinds of rooms at this hotel. Some are new and some are very old, run down. However, despite the graffiti on the wall and old furniture etc, everything was physically clean. All the equipment worked and the staff was pleasant to deal with. Yes it’s an old run down hotel, but renovations are clearly being made and it’s in a very safe area. Not the best, but if you’re passing through the area and must lay your head for a night or two, it’ll do.

Only 1 light switch by the entry door. No lights by bed. No place to hang clothing. TV only has premium channels that you have to pay for. No regular free TV available. I had to pay $20 extra for my room than Expedia said online. They charge $20 cash upfront for room cards.

I called before I came and asked for a When I entered the room it looks really good. It was large room. I had called early that day to say that I needed a downstairs room. I'm disabled but I don't like going to the disabled room because it's made for someone in a wheelchair. I have trouble walking and standing. I need a lot of counter space. The only room left available was the spa room. He said I could pay $20 more for the one night and then the second night he would comp. I thought that was fair so I was like okay. Upon closer inspection I could see that there was a burn hole in the comforter and the room smelled like smoke. Also it the doors and light switches were filthy! The spa tub was a jetted tub and around the Jets there was like some kind of spackle. When I went to hang my towel up the towel rack came out of the wall. I wasn't hanging on it or putting any pressure on it. I just went to hang my towel up. The people who work there could have cared less. They did nothing to help me and they were rude. There was only one light switch in the room by the door. There were no bedside lamps. There was no blow dryer even though it claimed to have one when I was reading about their amenities. I just would not stay here! I thought I would save a little money but you get what you pay for.

Honestly the floor was stained and torn up. The bathroom door was also torn at the bottom. The water got warm. And the sofa they provided I assume was once a line green. But it is now a blackened in most spots and absolutely Disgusting to look at. The bed has a dip in the middle so sleeping was so awkward. Everything was dusty. It was roomy and hey, there was a roof over my head so I guess it's....decent?

U get what u pay for.. price and location were good.. but I felt unsafe people just hanging out outside the rooms .. just not the best vibe I got from this place.. Room was ok I guess .. found lashes in the bathroom .. next to freeway so u can hear cars pass by ..I just wouldn’t recommend it..

They have some very nice rooms but there is some that aren’t that nice,

SCAM! New management is HORRIBLE! Booked a higher priced site because it was the only one "available". Was placed in a cheaper room & was not told. Went to talk to the employees & was told the are issues with the suite & they couldn't refund me the difference. So. I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR A SUITE & GOT THE CHEAPER ROOM WITH NO REFUND.

Hotel staff are rude and don’t care if they mess up a booking. Payed for a studio suite online and when I got there they give me a normal room and say there’s no suites available, won’t refund me the extra for the room downgrade or anything all they said is I can cancel if I want, paid for a suite and got a normal room which is cheaper than I paid and they won’t refund the difference.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The guys are awesome at the front desk always very accommodating and I highly recommend Travel a lot here in West Covina each and every time we will always stay here and be loyal customers because the guys here great.

The front desk lady is extremely rude. The place was very ghetto, poor care, I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND. Only plus side is that it’s conveniently located next to stores and freeway.

got different room that what was advertised. told me had to pay 30$ more if i want to get the room that was advertised in expedia. room is dirty.

Paid online for room showing picture of room. When arrived they wanted 30 dollars more plus $20 extra deposit in cash. Worker said you dont like thats too bad. No refund. Exterior of building garbage everywhere. One chair in room no table no hangers no closet no shelf no lamp no phone front desk wont answer phone etc etc

Office is not open if need something,we talk for a little window. The people in the office isn’t agradable

For starters this place seemed like a decent price for one night. When i checked in the lady at the front desk was rude and when i told her I had asked for a bottom room because I had someone who was disabled staying with me she said they could not accommodate me. When i explained i had requested requested that she she didnt even apologize. When she saw i was getting uoset she told me to calm down. I let that slide. Then when we got to our room later on that evening the room was in horrible condition. There was trash on the floor, graffiti in the bathroom, a diety toilet, one towel for 3 people, a dirty fridge with left over ice from who knows when, a dirty matress, stains on the bed sheet, holes in the wall, and mold in the bathroom, a fire defector that was hidden in the tv cabinet and not on the wall like it should have been. The next day we tried to take a shower and there was no water. When i went to the front window to tell them they said that the room had been out of service since the day before i checked in. When i told the man well why didn't someone say anything about the shower he proceeded to tell me that it was my job to check if everything in the room was working. When i asked for a refund he said they dont do that. I was beyound upset at this point and told him i was going to report him to the better business bureau, and the fire department and i was going to put a stop payment on my card. He brushed it off like it was nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEBD THIS PLACE.

Hostile, unsafe, dangerous people, even the people in the surrounding businesses like Starbucks will pick fights with you

Place smelled like cigarette smoke. Doors were falling apart place needed to be torn down and rebuilt. Area feels unsafe.
