We booked it for the pool and hot tub. In fact, I called to make sure the pool was in order before booking. They days it was closed that day for routine maintenance, but it would be open the rest is our stay. But that was not true. It was a disappointment the pool was unavailable for that first two days. On the other hand, the beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles West Covina. The location is very manageable by me and my family. Friendly staff, no need to pay parking and they even have breakfast snacks.

First, the elevator did not work and the staff insisted that i was not pushing the button hard enough. After convincing the staff to try for themselves. They suggested we carry our luggage up 5 floors while they investigate the inoperative elevator.

The hotel is great, but bathroom fittings are quite old. It has free parking. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was not updated; everything was functional, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The room service was also great. It's a great value.

Nice place, decent value. Right off I-10. Jacuzzi was awesome. Breakfast was ok, lots of carbs, only chocolate muffins? Staff was very good, at all times.

Disappointed that coffee wasn’t available in the lobby 24/7. Continental breakfast was average offerings but not great, ran out of a lot of things quickly, given it was a holiday week I think they should have been better prepared to accommodate a full house. Although I respect the policy to cut down on waste when it comes to maid services I was disappointed that we asked specifically for our room to be cleaned and told they could not guarantee it as well as knowing our hotel stay was a week so it would be nice to at least receive new towels and have our trash dumped. In one of our rooms the shower remained luke warm and in the other the toilet didn’t flush. And while I’m being picky I also noticed cleaner on the Kleenex and had to throw away several tissues before getting to one that didn’t have the blue cleaner on it. This stay was disappointing.

Our room was full of bugs by the window and when I complained I was told they will send someone to check it out. We kept waiting with the kids and when no one arrived I went to the reception and was told “the guy is doing something else and he will get to you guys once he is done, he can’t just go in the middle”. Like seriously? We had a 6 year old and a 6 month old with us and we kept waiting to get settled after a long 5 hour drive. Then they told us they will move us to a room that has 1 king bed instead of 2 doubles when the main reason for me to book this hotel was the availability with double beds for the four of us. They said that’s the only option available. So we were moved to a super tiny room where the 4 of us adjusted on 1 king bed with a sofa. There was also no cooling on the side of the room with the sofa. Also no housekeeping services are provided here. They didn’t wana do the beds and said they can only replace towels and take trash. Overall we were not happy with the service we got and were not expecting to be welcomed into a room full of bugs flying all over.

The property was kept very clean and tidy. At breakfast, all their staff members were hands-on on restocking items and cleaning the dining areas. I stayed in the 3rd floor & it had a faint dirty odor to it; I believe it was the carper, however, my room was clean and I had no issues in my stay.

Property was clean throughout and the front desk staff were helpful. Our bathroom had no fan ventilation, so we had to use our luggage to prop the door open after showering. This was a small price to pay for the comfortable beds and hot breakfast. It was also extremely quiet considering the property is next to the freeway. Would stay here again.

Excellent customer service. The surrounding area has a lot of plazas and stores. Spacious room and nice views especially from the 5th floor. Only issue was the shower, water wasn’t even lukewarm when set to warm/hot. Bathroom wasn’t spacious (toilet placement). Overall, great stay.

The hotel rooms need some better technology features, such as USB ports, whether on the lamps or on the wall plugs or update the clocks to have a USB port. For people traveling on business, I his would be helpful. Also, iron was missing but guest services delivered one after I requested it.

I typically book at this hotel and similar properties. This time the room was a major disappointment. Smaller than usual it felt cramped and worn down. Furniture looked outdated and the bathtub water did not drain easily. Avoid room 227.

The property was very clean. All staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The lady running the breakfast was outstanding everything full and clean and took a moment to chat. Could not do enough for you. I wish I asked her name. We have come now to this property several times and she has always been there and always smiling. After several years and pretty much the same staff says good things for the management. Thank you look forward to our next stay on the west coast

I have zero negative comments about this property! I love this Fairfield Inn. The check-in was swift and easy. Leslie at the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast was adequate and my stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy.

Great hotel for a quick 2 night trip to a concert in Pasadena - conveniently located half way between Pasadena and Anaheim in case you want to catch a ball game or go to Disneyland!! Clean, quiet and a great breakfast!

Breakfast was all made fresh, s scrambled eggs were fluffy!! Even though the breakfast area was packed with two college soccer teams in town, service lady lived up to a job well done!!! 💯%. Only the coffee ran out at the very end, I got the last cup at 9:05a.m. She didn't let anything else run out with all those hungry in ous and girls.Kudos.
