We stay here often and it’s always great. My only negative is the lack of a couple amenities like no hangers and also no coffee maker or microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby. We travel for work so lots of nights in hotels and it’s rare not to have coffee available. Minor things. We love this property.

The room was huge! The jetted tub was amazing. The property was well lit and pleasantly aesthetic. The rooms didn’t have a blow dryer, iron or microwave, but they were given to me upon request which was nice.

Our room was very clean. We got the suite with the jacuzzi spa. When we turned the jacuzzi on the water smelled horrible like if the pipes haven't been cleaned in ages. We couldn't enjoy it.

It was surprisingly very quiet for being across from the freeway. It’s very clean, the couch in the room has some stains from just being used, not a big deal. I love the little desk in the room. It didn’t over power the room. I loved the pillows, if you don’t mind pillows that are firm. Most places have soft pillows and I usually end up with neck pain after one night. The mini refrigerator is nice especially when you are having hot flashes and need lots of cold water to power through. They have a microwave in the lobby and an ice machine next to the lobby which is nice. I didn’t mind the walk to the lobby to use the microwave. The ac runs so quietly that I only heard the cricket that got in the room. I will definitely be booking a room here again, I don’t live in the area but have to come to take care of business. The staff was nice, and the rooms were surprisingly clean. Especially compared to other motels for similar room rates that I have stayed in. It was just a nice place to be honest. Plenty of parking inside their walled in area so pretty safe. And the lobby is set in the center of all the rooms. But across, so they can be seen from just about all rooms easily. That was interesting to me.

I didn't like the heavy scent of whatever cleaner or disinfectant used. It wasn't on the sheets, pillows or blanket, just the carpet and bedspread. I would ask ahead for a room that is aired out. They do ask if you have any preference. I had a friend visit with a walker. They offered me a wheelchair accessible room which worked out perfect. I recommend this place to stay. Everything is top quality. The soap didnt dry my skin. The heating/air conditioner was really good and fast at cooling the room in the day and warming it up at night. Nice big refrigerator. Very clean. Quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Quick access to 10 freeway.

I mean, for the price, it was not as bad, but I do consider they can improve the cleanliness. A lot of stains on the bed and walls, and the bed frame had a lot of hand prints that were not at all pleasant to see, lol.

My stay at this property was a very bad experience. I didn’t arrive to physically bring my belongings to the hotel until about 3 o’clock in the morning. I had some food. I said my food down on the counter and roaches immediately got inside of my food. I immediately contacted the front desk and the owner accuse me of bringing books inside. He then recommended me to address the issue in the morning when I woke up I showed him 3 physical videos of the roaches and he absolutely did not care. He did not want to accommodate me in anyway or extend even a late check out. I’ve write this Property horrible customer service and nasty conditions. I would like a refund.

Check in was easy but there was this weird smell in the front office and clearly they are in the middle of a remodel... Once we got into the room, our kids went to lay down. They pulled the blankets down and the bedding was DISGUSTING! Stains all over, some looking like mold... hair on sheets and pillows, misc crumbs all over. The ac unit was filthy and grimy, shower still had hair all over, room smelled like cigarettes, etc... didn't even stay. We put everything back in the car and checked out. When the man in the office asked if i needed help, i told him everything that we experienced and that we were checking out. He said ok and that was it. No I'm sorry, didn't try to make it right (even though we had already found another hotel), nothing.

This is hands down the best motel or motor lodge I've stayed at. It was super clean and quiet, totally upending the stigma that they're dirty and depressing, which is something I've experienced more than I would've liked. Bravo to the staff and management of this fine establishment.

Everything was good until we opened the door to the room. They have roaches. Tiny little buggers that were all over. It’s really a shame because everything is real nice. The rooms are super nice, newly remodeled but the roaches are a huge NO. I have pictures of them. They are babies so that’s worse I think. Until they get the roaches under control, I recommend you stay elsewhere.

Overall clean room and property. Renovated beautifully. The noise level is medium. It is located off the freeway, and some sound can be heard from the other rooms at times. Did not see a security which makes it feel like an unsafe area especially at night.

Properly, the rooms have definitely been renovated recently. They're clean and somewhat put together. The room was missing odd things. Like there was no do not disturb/ no turndown service sign. So everyday we had to decline service personally. As well as the room has no peephole. The cleaning stuff was very friendly, and the front office staff was short but to the point. Overall, it was an average experience, relatively inexpensive, and in a good location to be able to go to many different attractions and museums.

The lady who worked the front desk this particular morning basically said she isn't giving me my deposit back because she accused me of tagging in the refrigerator and messing up the fire detector, which I honestly didn't do. I told her she can check my things, she will not find a marker. And I don't smoke so why would I touch the detector. Point is, this place is overpriced and they are scanners. On my momma.

They did not have our room ready had to take a smoking room which smelled so bad of smoke. The people in room next door blasted their music all night long and no one came to tell them to turn it down. People were yelling. When we checked in the staff was very dry and short.

The couple at the front desk are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve been coming here for a while and I have PROOF that I always ask for NON-SMOKING rooms due to my partner having asthma he has an inhaler. They tried to say that my partner and I vaped the last time we had booked a room which clearly is NOT TRUE. They can not go around accusing people when they themselves are not even sure of what room it was or what room we were in. Then they started to speak in their language which they were probably talking bad about me. No one should be treated this way. Please book else where. Do not give them your business.

They can not go around accusing people when they themselves are not even sure of what room it was or what room we were in. Then they started to speak in their language which they were probably talking bad about me. No one should be treated this way. Please book else where. Do not give them your business.

Worst experience we literally just checked in and go to the room when I asked for non smoking they said they didn’t have any then put me in a smoking room smelled horrible and the sheets where dirty had hairs and I went to just cancel and they told me since I entered the room I can’t I offered to pay a one night fee and then just get what’s rest back then they said if I pay 11 dollars for a cleaning fee they can put me in a non smoking room but they specifically said they didn’t have any so it’s horrible I’m still waiting for my refund never again don’t even come here

Stayed one night. It’s in a convenient location close to dining and shopping and the I-10 freeway, clean and quiet. Microwave was listed as an amenity but there was none in our room. When I asked, I was told that it’s in the lobby. There was no coffee maker as well, although I should have read the listed details. The staff could use some training on customer service. A friendly greeting and a pleasant tone of voice would have been nice.

One night stay for a social event. Very pleased with the comfort and security of this Motel. Called the office for a small issue and immediately resolved with 2 staff coming to the room (buzzing of exterior light). Conveniently located off Sunset and I-10, yet the room was surprisingly quiet. Beds were super comfy and climate control was great. The bathrooms have been remodeled, another plus.

It was surprisingly very quiet for being across from the freeway. It’s very clean, the couch in the room has some stains from just being used, not a big deal. I love the little desk in the room. It didn’t over power the room. I loved the pillows, if you don’t mind pillows that are firm. Most places have soft pillows and I usually end up with neck pain after one night. The mini refrigerator is nice especially when you are having hot flashes and need lots of cold water to power through. They have a microwave in the lobby and an ice machine next to the lobby which is nice. I didn’t mind the walk to the lobby to use the microwave. The ac runs so quietly that I only heard the cricket that got in the room. I will definitely be booking a room here again, I don’t live in the area but have to come to take care of business. I will be booking a room when I need to come back the area for personal business or for extended holiday stay. It’s close the mall and food places as well as a Walmart.

I didn't like the heavy scent of whatever cleaner or disinfectant used. It wasn't on the sheets, pillows or blanket, just the carpet and bedspread. I would ask ahead for a room that is aired out. They do ask if you have any preference. I had a friend visit with a walker. They offered me a wheelchair accessible room which worked out perfect. I recommend this place to stay. Everything is top quality. The soap didnt dry my skin. The heating/air conditioner was really good and fast at cooling the room in the day and warming it up at night. Nice big refrigerator. Very clean. Quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Quick access to 10 freeway.
