We couldn’t get into our room eight times before they finally changed the door lock. Spa was not working. No restroom around the pool or inside the lobby. Breakfast is all junk, sugar laden, and no protein. Boiled eggs would be a nice option. We won’t be turning, although the room was very roomy and clean.

This Inn provides sufficient breakfast and has one praiseworthy employee, the cleaning (?) lady, {Gloria? I asked her name bcz she saved me from great embarassment. sorry I forgot it.) who happened to hear my need to relieve myself in a restroom as I was checking-in. THERE IS NO restroom for clients in the lobby, but she showed me the one for Staff, bedroom is clean but dark: paint is drab & b/room light for the mirror did not work & there was no one to fix it.

You can definitely hear the freeway in the room with the windows closed. Super basic hotel. All you got in the room was bar soap- no shampoo or lotion or anything. It was clean but run down and old. The hot tub had no water in it and I was crossing my fingers the elevator would make it to the third floor. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. There were some homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. It definitely didn't feel like a Wyndham hotel.

We booked the king suite with the spa tub. The room was abysmal. Although it is a “smoking” room, the air was as if a smoke break was taken in there right before we arrived. There was cracked paint on multiple surfaces, open screw holes on the walls, black mold on the ceiling above the shower, and cockroaches. We immediately cancelled the room and booked elsewhere. The manager on duty was very understanding and helpful in cancelling and refunding the room.

I was hoping for a better experience. We were put in a room that did not have anywhere to hang your clothes so they changed us to a different room. That wasn’t great either. No phone service in the room. The blow dryer didn’t work. One of the sheets was stained. Also entering and exiting the property was confusing . It did not have an enter so you had to use the exit which was not that great because trying to maneuver, if someone is also exiting.

We booked this hotel and the room looked nothing like the pictures. Upon entering our room we encountered a musty smell that started making my wife and I sick, there is broken chipped furniture all around the room, room number made out of cardboard and color markers, people arguing and yelling on the room next to us. There was a gentleman fixing his suv in the parking lot and he kept staring at us as we were walking from and to the entrance ( we didn’t feel safe). We were in the room for 20 minutes and decided to leave. The person at the front desk didn’t offer a different room he just said “ok bye and you are not getting a refund” we paid alot for two nights (expedia wont let me add the amount) and were there for no more than 20 minutes!! We will never be staying at this place again. Thats our personal experience hope everyone else has better luck.

my room had roaches within the one hour I was there I left I told them I wanted a refund so they sent someone to come see my room mind you I got my 10 month baby with me and we literally only needed this room for the night to sleep in checked in around 9pm and left around 10pm the manager was acting like he was a cleaning guy at the hotel came to look at the room and kept saying I was lying I had pictures because best believe I took videos and pictures of the roach. I paid $160 for this room literally just for the night and they can’t even clean the rooms up. And then when I kept asking for a manager they said he left on vacation and they didn’t even know and they don’t know when he’ll be back….. LOL do NOT go here unless you want to sleep with roaches

The mini fridge in the room was constantly making noise all night. For hours. It was quite loud. The shower did not have shampoo or body wash besides a soap bar. The stay was nice and the bed clean and comfortable.

Jetted king room such a vibe so reaxing spacious! Just fyi there’s no door for the bathroom with jetted tub it has a shower door so if yhu need to lay one good luck 😂 but overall check in was good fast easy parking is good too ! Have no complaints definitely would stay again.

Overall good, Sam at the front desk is a nice man. I stayed two nights in the deluxe king suite non smoking with fridge & microwave the bed was super comfortable, I prefer a softer mattress to firm and this was perfect. The room is a nice size as well. For the price I would consider it a good option.

The clerk was rude, when we spoke to him he said, yeah I’m rude & proud of it.” Rooms were second rate, would have been better at a Motel 6. Went with family with infant, no crib available. Definitely would never return & telling all friends & contacts on social media this place is sketchy. Requesting a full refund!!!

When I was waiting to get checked in there was two upset customers and all the girls at the front could say was “I am sorry don’t know how that happened” then when I checked in I was told there was no more of the room that I reserved and that once again they couldn’t do anything. I had an emergency so I had to check out one day prior to what I had planned they tell me to call but the website tells me other wise. He says he can’t do anything because he is going to lose money due to him going to get charged $32 for canceling it on his end. He cared more about him losing money than making his customer happy. Once I told him I would pay the $32 he was able to cancel my reservation.

unpleasant experience, the front desk lady is rude, rooms are outdated and very noisy AC. I agree with the previous review about breakfast all carbs no protein at all. Bed is very uncomfortable. No complementary coffee or tea even water. Definitely would not coming back.

I have stood here twice and was so comfortable both times no worries at all and the breakfast is decent. Its no hot breakfast but they have a great variety of choices and the hotel is very clean. Staff is Awesome.
