Had an amazing stay at this B&B! walking distance to all the big stops such as Buckingham palace and big ben. Mohamed was such a delight as he made sure we had everything we needed and even allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby while we went out and explored after check-out. bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the room was just want I needed to get the day started. Highly recommend staying here!

The property was titled as a B B but there was no breakfast, we wernt notified that we were staying in another property down the street. We were told we had a top floor property with a view ? Up 6 flights of stairs, no lift and the view was a brick wall with lead flashing ??

I would definitely stay here again. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Clean. Only downside was smallish room and stairs. But most older homes turned B&B’s won’t have an elevator. It’s just the way it is.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was a good size, beds comfortable. It did get a little warm in the room, with no air conditioning. Also, we were on the third floor without an elevator, which was a little tricky with luggage. The bathroom had some cracked tiles which gave it a little run down feel, but it was perfectly clean and functional. The shower was good.

Julia the duty manager offered me a hot drink during a really cold day after taking storing away my bags as I had arrived early. Bed was comfortable and shower clean. Breakfast was in the bedroom. Felt very welcome. Leon

This is a wonderful place to stay, although, there is no elevator. The breakfast is wonderful and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel! I would recommend staying here.

Terrible. 6 of us stayed there. No elevator and no help getting luggage to room. No hot water. Shower and sink stopped up and flooded. Supposed to get breakfast but not till 7:30. Left before 7:30. Stay away

Excellent for getting close to Buckingham Palace, the communications at Victoria station and located on a calm street. The staff was nice and efficient but the room standard was not up to scratch. Our family room was in the basement, under the entrance. Due to the summer temperatures, we had to keep the windows open but since the windows were accessible from anyone passing by on the street, we didn't feel safe in our rooms. There was a lot of activity (and TALK) from staff and other workers who we visiting storage rooms right outside the windows, even waving at us at times. Hot water came and went, a shelf fell down in the bathroom, there were mouse traps in the room so I hope the other rooms are better. However - credit to the team that served us a great breakfast!

The appointment itself was dusty and the kitchen drawers were dirty inside. The whole powerwork to all the accommodations was in our appointment- this was so noisy all night and day. The TV remotes didn't work for any of the TV's. It is very basic.

Had a great stay, Mohammad was very friendly and helpful, room was nice but was let down by the cleanliness of the bathroom not having the vents cleaned. Breakfast was ok with a a selection of hot an cold - I had a cooked breakfast which was cooked fresh but for me it was too greasy. This has not put me off going back there

Lovely place, the staff are really wonderful and welcoming. Very clean throughout. Room was very comfortable with a basic bathroom, absolutely spotless, beds comfortable and the breakfast was great. Great location in a quiet area, Victoria station 5mins walk.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. But the room was small, the mattresses were very springy, the heat didn’t work, the sink didn’t drain well and the sliding door in front of the toilet left a big gap. That said, it was very clean, the street is quaint and quiet, and if you need something in a lower price range (though still pretty high, all told), this is your place.

Very good B+B. The rooms were nice. We slept good both night. The best thing in the room was the USB-outlet. Even that we bought an adapter to UK power outlet, thanks to the USB ports, we never used it.

The bathtub was very dangerous with no handhold devices. Very slippery with high sides. Difficult for older individuals. There was a shade on the front window that couldnt be raised and at night a constant outside light that kept the room too bright. A raisable shade with blockout curtains would have solved the problem. The room was very stuffy and no outside air.

It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. I stayed at this place in March 2025. The accommodation was unsatisfactory because of the following: 1. The day we arrived, they were still painting the wall in the hallway and the smell of the paint was very strong. We opened all of the windows in the room and had the fan on for the whole afternoon and evening, but when we got back to the hotel that night (around 9 pm) the smell was still very strong. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this wouldn’t be possible, but the problems were not rectified either. After we brought up the health issues of my friend, they let her switch to a different building the next day, but when we asked to also switch the next day, their response was “it is what it is.” 2. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There were bugs in the room, the light switches were not working, nails were sticking out from the door, wall, hangers, and hook on the door, and the gap underneath the door was so big, tons of light bled through. I had to put a towel at the door to prevent the light from leaking through. 3. The biggest issue that I had was the attitude of the staff. When we brought up the situation and tried to solve the problem, they were really rude and said that if we didn’t want to stay, we could move out, but at this point, it was 10:30 at night. I understand that accommodations have different standards in different countries, but for the price we paid, it wasn’t even to the basic standards of what we would expect fr

The staff is outstanding and the location is really excellent to visit London. Especially if you arrive in Gatwick as Victoria Station is within walking distance. We had a family room with 4 real beds and a small bathroom. Breakfast was perfect too. They have been so nice that they prepared a birthday cake for our daughter !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London at the B+B Belgravia. It was close walks to restaurants, pubs and Buckingham Palace. Special thank you to receptionist who was there on our check in day and also the day we left. She was very helpful if we had questions. Also thank you to Mohammad who was also at the front desk. Thank you also to the servers in the breakfast area. Breakfasts was great.

My daughter and I stayed at this B+B for 3 days, it was within walking distance to Victoria station which has a train to the airport which was a lot cheaper and faster than taking a cab/uber, The breakfast was a full English breakfast which was very good, the staff was very nice and rooms was clean,The only thing was there was no AC in the room there was a fan which we got two and left the window open so thankful the weather was a little cooler, otherwise a very nice stay

Lovely B&B in Victoria, so spacious for central London and including plenty of personal touches (eg the fruit bowl). Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast amazing value (never found anything as good value in the area!). Also quiet and the bed was comfortable. And very near to Victoria to coach station! Will definitely return!

Staff were lovely. Room was disappointing even for a budget stay. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. They did offer to move us the next day but as we were only staying two nights we decided to stay put. Breakfast was good but space limited and therefore we had to wait some time for a table. Lovely location, quiet street close to Victoria Bus Station.

The building is older and accessibility is tricky with luggage and a baby stroller, but the staff helped to bring our baggage to our room. The hot breakfast is absolutely wonderful- eggs cooked to order, bacon, and other delicious hot and cold options. Totally worth the reservation just for the breakfast!

A good option when wanting to stay in Belgravia as the hotels are very expensive. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and easy distance from Cadogan Hall. Good, plentiful cooked breakfast as well as continental. Would not hesitate to book again.

Overall - a budget hotel, so taking that into consideration. The location was great and incredibly central. The room itself was fine, but that was it. Not a bad hotel, but not anything more than just a bed for you to sleep in at the end of the day. Bring your own amenities (soap, lotion, razor etc)
