The property was immaculate and quiet despite renovations! The breakfast needs an upgrade, as well, but they kept it clean and well-stocked. We wouold stay here again!

Limited parking due to a large dumpster sitting in the parking lot. Staff was not very friendly at checkin. Door to room didn't lock, water faucet was broken, and hallways were like a sauna.

Property is in complete disrepair! Flooring torn out in lobby and breakfast room and elevator area and down halls on first floor. The room had been renovated and was ok but getting to the room was a problem and should have been disclosed so we could select a different hotel. They wouldn’t give a credit because we had booked on Expedia. Very disappointed. Hotels should disclose!!!

This hotel is lacking some minor modern conveniences like USB jacks for charging phones, etc. The elevator sounds and feels like it needs to be serviced. The LED display doesn't show what four you're on. When you step in, it drops a little and when it starts to go up there are some disconcerting mechanical noises and vibrations. We took the stairs after our first ride up. We had a handicap accessible room and the lever for controlling the shower fell off in our hands. There were some hairs on towels in the bathroom. I think this is the new norm. It's probably hard for them to find good help. Staff at the front desk was friendly enough. There weren't many if any rooms left because of an event in town so we didn't ask to change rooms.

Great place to stay. However, there was active construction during our stay which left things to be desired. With that said, aside some minor inconveniences and our stay was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The Consruction in questions was the hotels attempt and updating and improving to increase guest confort for future stays...I asked.

Accommodations were very nice and clean. I especially enjoyed the provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast spread was really nice. I enjoyed Tulsa Hills area with so many shopping and dining options.

Despite the 4.8 stars review, I was highly disappointed in the service and room condition. The bottom rail of the shower was corroded and filthy. The shower head was loose and didn't work properly. TV didn't work at all. The free breakfast was not edible. Eggs tasted like they were made the day before, sausage was like leather, and coffee was very watered down. I will never stay at this location again.

The location was perfect from r my visit. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area and food was good. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great which was a big plus since the temp got up in the mid nineties while I was there.

The hot water in our room wasn’t working. We had to take cold showers. This is our second time that’s happened at this location. The front desk staff are some of the nicest people which helps balance the poor room conditions.

Both Air conditioners in the room did not work so sleep was disturbed by the room getting so hot so that was not good to not get a good nights sleep. Otherwise everything else was fine. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived we was notified of liw water pressure and hot water was not consistant. Was told that managers in morning would be able to give us a small refund due to issues. When got to room and ready for a shower the shower did not work. Called from desk and was told maintenence was not available that it would be in the a.m. to look at issue. When we checked out notified them of issues and was told since we booked through expedia. They could not help us in any way. So not being able to shower was a big negative and not being taken care of afterwards is just wrong.

Started off great. I finally dozed off and my door just open and a random staff member comes in (without knocking) starting asking about my plumbing. I hadn’t event used the plumbing. During the night the floor above us continued to make so much noise I thought it was thundering. I went to the front desk for a snack and Scotty (I think her name was) acting as if I inconvenienced her. I mentioned the noise and she responded with my supervisor has been up there we didn’t hear anything and turned her back. That morning my room did not have hot water. I told the front desk and was moved rooms that afternoon as they couldn’t fix the issue. AC in new room did not work and the tub plug did not work went back to front desk to speak with Scotty. Asked if they had filtered water she told me to buy a bottle of water and when I mention the tub she just shrugged her shoulders and turned her back. I asked for a receipt from my purchases she told me I can get them when I check out she didn’t want to give me one.

From the moment we walked in there were 2 ladies with a smile on ready to great us. We got checked in and went to our room. I got a text from the front desk making sure I had everything I needed. I have never had that. Very caring I asked if there was a microwave somewhere I have access too. She so nicely explained exactly where it was and said I’m welcome to use it. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean.

Location was ideal! It had everything in it’s surrounding area from gas station to dine in restaurants and popular fast food spots. Target was just 3 minutes away. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very kind at check in. I felt safe talking a walk outside m so that was a plus.

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly, the free breakfast delicious, and the room/beds comfortable. I gave the comfort rating a 3/5 stars because the lobby and rooms themselves were a comfortable temperature, the hallways, elevator, and restrooms off the lobby were humid and extremely hot, like you were walking the halls of Hades!

I didn't like the breakfast food was not stocked well. They had eggs but ran out of sausage. I feel the money I paid for the room they should have enough food for the whole 4 hours they are open. Maybe have bacon if they don't have enough sausages.
