Well I could start by saying that the room smelt so bad of mold it was unreal I've never my life smelt that strong of an odor of mold coming anywhere. Then we were not satisfied with the pool because the pool water was absolutely freezing and there was no heater turned on in the pool I was very disappointed so were my children we only get away once in a while with our kids this was supposed to be a nice trip and it turned out to be pretty c*****

A great place to stay when passing through. The hotel was modern and clean with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good local restaurants were close. Breakfast was pretty standard fare but more than good enough. Only downside was very slow internet. Overall good value for money.

Great hotel. Are only problem is we stayed there for the purpose of my daughter swimming in the pool. When we arrive I’m told the pool is shut down do to someone damaging it. Obviously it was too late and we had to stay there because I wasn’t able to get a refund because I went through Expedia. Very disappointed to watch my daughter being so excited and not be able to swim

Great pet friendly hotel! Very clean with no smell of pets at all! Very quiet as well. We always stay at this hotel when we’re in the area for these precise reasons. It’s a bit on the pricy side but other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice stay for a weekend trip to delgrosso with the family. The pool was small, the rooms are nice and big. We stayed there specifically for the pool even though we were going to delgrosso we wanted the kids to be able to be active during our stay so the pool was nice for that and our boys used the fitness room. The front desk agent was awesome. Would or will stay again.

this hotel exceeded my expectations! the cleanliness was truly outstanding - super, super, super clean throughout the entire property. i especially enjoyed the pool, which was the perfect temperature. the smaller size of the hotel created a nice, intimate atmosphere, and it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of delicious options. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The staff are very kind. The view was amazing. The towels were soft. The pillows were great. The breakfast area was clean, stocked, and warm. Unfortunately, that is where the positives stop. The room smelled like mildew no matter how much we ran the AC. The shower head did not work fully. The sheets had pieces of what I hope was dirt on top of them that I brushed off when I went to put my kids to bed late that night. But the worst part was another customer in the next room. They were pounding and kicking on the walls and the doors down the hallway on and off for two hours. Before you think if it was something else, they were arguing, bottles breaking, causing the dog on the other side of us (who was super quiet any other time) to bark in warning. The b

The hotel is nestled in the mountains but not near anything (in terms of amenities). It was quiet enough and the front desk person was lovely. The 3rd floor hallway has a musty smell. Our room had a broken fridge. We didn’t realize until the next day and had to throw out all of our food. Bathroom lock didn’t work. Person who checked us in was very pleasant.

I reserved a room for my son because there was ice predicted in the forecast and this hotel was near his work so he didn't have far to go in the morning. Upon check-in, he gave his name and the woman behind the desk looks at him, asks where he's from, and goes to retrieve a binder marked "DO NOT RENT" to see if his name is in it! Being the kind, quiet soul that my son is, he didn't say anything, but I was highly offended when he told me this. What a judgemental, rude woman!!! I don't know who she thought he was, but this says a lot about who SHE is! However, the gentleman behind the desk in the morning when my son checked out was nice and professional.

it was a quiet out of the way place, liked the rooms had a living area also, the only thing is if you wanted to shop or get something to eat, you had to go at least 7-10 miles. There is a complimentary breakfast available, and an indoor pool, also usually amenities in room, small room refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and K-cups, microwave.-,TV. Quick and easy on-off highway.

Unfortunately the hotels.com website map shows this hotel to be in Altoona near restaurants and shopping. It is NOT, it is on the outskirts not close to anything. I booked it from the map and was surprised to find out its true location 25 minutes away from where I thought I was staying. Otherwise a very nice quiet clean hotel
