Overall decent stay rented room for Nieces and ourselves several days. Pluses are room was decent great area for lots of restaurants . Rooms decent size and theres a fridge and microwave which is nice.Breakfast was Ok average, Bad was Ice machines were broken on a couple floors. But we would stay here again

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was attentive. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a great selection. The pool was very cold but our stay was great.

We were able to check in a little after noon, hotel is comfortable. Has free cold water and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was okay, but the beds were soft, fluffy and we slept good! Pool wasn’t heated though.

Probably the easiest and quickest check in I have ever experienced. Room and all inside areas clean (I won't stay at a place if they are dirty), outside area was clean, lots of parking, very quiet in the room and everywhere we went, breakfast wasn't bad, the guys loved the cinnamon rolls, and chocolate milk was a big hit with the littles.

Disappointed the indoor pool was not open. It was not noted when we booked the reservation. That was big reason we chose this hotel. Hotel was very nice and brand new. Should discount the price since no pool was available.

The sheets smelled and looked like they were not washed. We even found hair on one of the pillows My wife, two kids and I walked out and never spent the night although we paid for the room. We decided to drive the remaining 200 miles and get home instead of sleeping in this place.

There was a problem with my air conditioning and the staff swicthed my initial room which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the room i was moved to the AC wasnt that great either. They need to look at the overall set up as it was not very good. But i repeat the staff was great and tried to accomodate

Everything appeared to be clean and in excellent condition. However, the air conditioner did not work all night. It appeared to be controlled by someone else at night as it kept shutting off but in the morning it worked fine. We were traveling with another couple who had the same problem in their room. Both rooms stayed locked at 74 degrees and stuffy.

Unable to control room temperature. The room was always 74 or 75 no mater where you turned the thermostat. Several very long black hairs here and there in the room. We are blond and gray.

The AC kept shutting off leaving me sweating at 2 am wothout being able to sleep. Thankfully the thermo was disabled by the on site clerk so I was able to keep it on the last few days :)

This was a nice hotel. Quiet, even though it appeared to have a lot of people staying. Quick check-in and was able to check in an hour earlier. Typical room. Was clean, comfortable bed. Roomy. I was given my request for a top floor room. The big surprise was the AMC theater right across the parking lot. With not much else to do other than dinner somewhere we did take in a movie. So convenient. Close to restaurants and other shopping. On the outskirts of town, so not in downtown which was fine. The breakfast was typical free breakfast, but it was FREE which is great since many places are either not offering free breakfast or charging for it. I'll be back to the area next summer and will definitely stay here again.

Had room over entrance with loud group of people outside to past 2 am . Called front desk and nothing was done. Spoke to manager at check out and when I asked why group was not required to be quiet after hours she indicated “we don’t disrespect guests. Excuse me? We ARE guests. Bizarre!

Unfortunately, my dad became ill and we had to leave a day early. We tried to work with the hotel and get a refund for that, but they emphasize strict policy on cancellation. Very disappointed in that decision because people do have extenuating circumstances.

I was blown away by the upgrades, cleanliness, and comfort of this hotel! The service was fantastic, the room was beautiful, the ice machines worked, and the elevators were always available! The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the quality of the hot food for breakfast, but it was still an incredible visit and I will be back!

Hotel was very clean. Close to the freeway. The staff was extremely helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I'm coming back next time I'm in town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast selection was more than expected as well.
