JW Marriott Indianapolis

I would say that it's a clean property and has well maintained rooms. Walking distance for a Colts game, AAA Indians game, or a couple of museums. Starbucks, new steak house, and High Velocity restaurants inside. Sky walk allows you to connect to the Indiana Convention Center as well. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Parking is underground. Bonvoy is something that I am not familiar with as a customer. I wanted to pay for the Executive Lounge for breakfast after the Indy Mini half marathon but it was not on my stay. Someone forgot to add it. For me, it was great to be able to run my race and have a comfortable hotel afterwards.

The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had access to the executive room, which was amazing! Our view of the city was perfect. The only thing to complain about is the pillows. You may want to bring your own. They were slightly uncomfortable.

Room was clean, view was amazing. Wonderful aesthetics. They did help with parking, and gave passes to some attractions, so that was lovely also. Overall wonderful experience
