Everything was excellent. The view from the room to the mountains was astonishing, so incredible, the onsen and spa were absolutely great. I would like to thank hotel stuff for the crew job. I’m falling in love with Japan!💕

Staff all courteous and resort is clean though a bit dated. We chose the half board which included buffet breakfast and the most kaiseiki dinners. A most memorable and excellent experience. The onsen is clean and beautiful

The onsen is awesome, traditional Japanese style. The room I was staying at captured a beautiful view of the vat. However the hotel located at the top of the hill, requires lots energy to walk to the hotel especially with a large luggage. It would be nice to offer pick up from the bottom of the hill.

The evening meal was not very warm (a range of dishes served all at once on an tray) and the place was more rundown than we expected, but we enjoyed the open air baths and massage chairs.
