There was a lot wrong at this resort. There were numerous light bulbs that needed replaced throughout our room. The bathroom door handle was broken and ready to fall off. The tv didn’t work the last day we were there, and had very limited channels when it did work. No pool towels available, not enough sun loungers, and the hot tub was dirty. The layout of the property was inconvenient, only one pool, with a far walk from our unit.

No food or drinks were available until after 4. They did not advertise that the pool bar was not open at all. Please was practically empty but they sandwiched us in a room with two neighbors that were very noisy. Had planned to stay and not have to driver anywhere but had to leave in order to get dinner. Charged an extra cleaning fee that I was not aware of.

I saw a roach in the room. Requesting towels at front desk in the morning didn’t receive them until the evening. Pool was nice but the jacuzzi didn’t work. Security at front gate was unaccommodating and alittle rude.

Its a gorgeous place. Very nice room layout and spacious. However everything is outdated or tired down. The faucet leaked underneath the kitchen which led to a constant puddle of water in the kitchen floor. Only 1 toilet paper and 3 towels were provided to begin our stay and no other instructions were given at check in in order to receive more. The pool water was mercury. We went the next morning and we could still go in but a pool employee was dumping chlorine in it. We could not use the pool. No signage to warn guest was in place and so its unsafe for guest to jump into the pool that way. The bathroom toilet fixtures on the wall are worn and torn along with others on the shower.

Decent hotel. Good location in Doral. Room was clean. Biggest complaint is the fact that there were never any towels at the pool. 3 of the 4 times we went to the pool I had to ask the indoor bartender to please have the towels restocked. And it took a long time to finally get a few brought out. Super annoying to go to the pool and not have a towel to dry off with. Annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t stay here again when visiting our family in Doral.

The Provident Doral hotel/resort was an absolute tranquil and relaxing stay. The staff was so accommodating and the food delicious. The room so private and spacious, with luxurious bedding!! I enjoyed the steamroom in the spa and cold towels in gym. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The room was incredibly dirty. As we checked in, it was as though no one cleaned the floors, the bathroom was extremely dirty with hair in the shower floor and towels. The track for the sliding door had worms and dust balls all through the tracks, looks like it’s never been cleaned. And to top it off, on the third day they decided not to clean or make up the beds. Don’t waste your money staying there.

We checked out a day early because of the conditions. The bathrooms were so dirty and stained. Shower faucet in one bathroom didnt work. Furniture was old and scratched everywhere. Tvs didnt work. Floor tiles dirty. Aweful experience. Would never go back to this place. Thats why we had to checkout a day early.

Room was not clean. When walking on the bedroom carpet barefoot for just a few minutes feet were dirty from lack of cleaned carpet. Dishes and silverware in cabinets were dirty. Smoke detector in entry hall was beeping all night due to a dead battery.

There was left over hair on the walls of the bathroom from previous guest. Floor and carpets were dirty. My wife got bed bugs bites on her arm. Glad we only stayed one night. That is one night too many. Never again.

The property and rooms look good. They are lacking cleanliness. The shower floor had pubic hairs. The bath towels did not smell fresh and the cotton got on my skin as I dried myself. The king mattress would just sink in when I laid in it. The sofa looked old and had stains. There obviously is no cleaning supervision to ensure these rooms are ready for occupancy.

The room we stayed in was not like the pictures, the room had clean sheets on the bed but other cleanliness was very poor, the carpel was dirty which cause my partner to cough out of control where in the room. The overall condition of the room was disappointing and would rethink very hard of staying there again as it was a great location.

My experience was not so good. I had several problems with room. I had to call guest services about 3 times during my stay to address issues. The internet is very spotty so you are unable to use the smart tv feature. There wasn't enough towels and we ended up having to track down housekeeping to get more. The room was not cleaned well and needs renovations.

The room is listed as ‘golf view’, but it certainly is not! The 1st and second floor rooms have views of thick bushes. Really not a true statement of the room you are getting. Staff were very friendly and helpful - our room was not ready despite checking in at 6.25, but compensation was readily offered. Room was spacious and in relatively good condition.

The place looked like the pictures which I was skeptical about because I read mixed reviews. It was clean and nice. However you could see in the bathroom more or less a “bad paint job”. Although our water did not get hot in the shower it was spacious. Our room phone did not work either. Overall it was a pleasant get away. Quiet. Clean and relaxing.

Aside from the house keeping staff, the front desk and room service delivery were excellent. Pool was not centrally located. The total lack of room lighting was very disappointing. The bed was fair. All of the furniture was very uncomfortable if one spends any sum of time in the room. I would not return here. Thank you for this opportunity.

Our flight arrived earlier than expected. We asked for an early check in and staff stayed that there were no rooms available at 345pm. Check in was at 4p we asked if someone could contact us once the room was cleaned. No on ever contacted us. We eventually checked in at 6:08pm. Poor Service nice property

My family and I had the worst experience there! Paid in full for housekeeping etc and on my 3rd night staying there had to request them come was then greeted by a very rude lady at the front desk who stated she does not speak English and gave my husband an email to contact for further help regarding housekeeping. Mind you third night with no clean sheets,towels,NO toilet paper! Had to get my own! The WiFi was terrible! Phones don’t work to get to the front desk etc Housekeeping came until my 5th night of staying! The only good thing I could say about this place was two staff Francesco and Bob. Bob was very pleasant and helpful. I think that’s his name…Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The front desk was not upfront with all the extra charges that would be taken from your deposit once you check out… They tell you to pay a deposit that your suppose to get back in full besides cleaning fee of 30.00 but take more money for other things that could have been paid for right then and there like “parking”

Terrible customer service! Flight was turned around mid way, e-mailed hotel,used Facebook page and left voicemail before new flight (mid day following day) no response. Arrived 830pm . Cancelled room as No show! Even though I did all I could, advised hotel was full will get full refund (never received) tried getting manage not available , had to get another hotel at 9pm. Stress was terrible as travelling with son . Handed them a letter later in trip and kept asking about being contacted / refund . Nothing . By the way you cannot see golf course as trees as high as building! Worst customer experience I ever had.

There are a lot of great places around this location. Plenty of food(there is a Publix 2 blocks away) several restaurants within walking distance. There is an adult beverage store very close also. The room was clean. The grounds were clean. The security was top notch. The front desk seemed to always be distracted when you had a question. Maybe because I didn't speak Spanish?' I'm still not sure.f you do It will be extremely helpful anywhere you go. All in all I had a good experience. The price was fair for the stay.

The property is lovely. The rooms are very large. We had two full bathrooms. The restaurant was good. John the wait staff in the restaurant was outstanding Negatives-- we could not get the room warm-- slept with our coats on as did our friend in a different room ! if you do not have your own car you have to call for a golf cart to get you/-- Our rooms were too far away to walk to the main building/ restaurant. there were not enough golf carts or drivers for the amount of guests.

Upon check-in, we were waiting at least 30 minutes for our reservation to get processed. Also, it was not the correct room that was given to us as we requested two bedrooms and there was two beds in one bedroom.upon asking to get a valet to the room for us and our luggage we were denied and we’re told that we need to walk, when we got in the room, there was a blood stain on the linen which is very concerning . At check-in, we asked about restaurants and amenities, and we were told that there was nothing that could be provided to us in terms of beverages. We also did not have any water in the room when we came back.

Not as expected. The room/suite was nice and comfortable, but not much better than other hotels with the same type of room especially when they charge $30 for cleaning fee. The food at the restaurant was average and the promotion of $20 credit food and beverage per room per day is not true. They give $20 per stay regardless the number of days.
