Helpful host and lovely old period building. You get what it says on the tin and that's perfectly fine. If you want a swanky boutique hotel in central Edinburgh, then book one, this is a good old fashioned B&B. Id 100% stay again, that's the best recommendation. Thnaks.

Area was lovely and quiet and walkable from city centre, noticed a few features of the room broken/missing and a little outdated, however it served its purpose for our trip
