Small issue with room but General Manager Lisa and front deak clerk Sandy came to the rescue and moved us to an amazing room with an amazing view of the Cape. It was a nice room with small kitchenette but a balcony looking over ocean was so amazing. Short wooden deck walk to water, have indoor pool, outdoor pool with bbq grills, picnic tables, shuffleboard, basketball/tennis court. Nice area because its not located in busy load part of ptown but only about 2 miles to the heart of ptown. Wife and i are already planning when to go back and stay at sandcastle resort. Again a huge shoutout to GM Lisa for making sure we were completely happy and Sandy for her warm welcoming every visit to front desk.
