The hotel was beautiful and overlooking the heated outdoor pool and spa. The bed was very comfortable also. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet which was included was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

The Brass Key is one of my favorite places in Provincetown! The hotel is lovely, the staff is fantastic, and the location is central. The pool, large hot tub, and complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon make this a wonderful stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Brass Key Guesthouse last weekend. Kevin sent welcoming text messages which were greatly appreciated and welcomed us with a tour of the property. Parking was difficult and my hasband had to pay to park in a lot quite a bit away from the Guesthouse. The pool and hot tub were a welcome bonus. The location was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was just OK. My husband said the room decor was dated, but as a designer, I felt that most of it was intentional, while a few items could have been improved upon. I appreciated the eco-friendly water can vs. plastic bottle. I also appreciated the amenities in the shower and bathroom. Thank you, Brass Key Guesthouse.

The Brass Key is a wonderful inn with great outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, lots of seating areas). The landscaping is particularly attractive. Staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. Indoor seating in bar area is limited so hope for good weather. Some parking spots, first come first serve, very convenient if you get one. Location in perfect, just a short walk to Commercial Street from Bradford, pretty much in the center of things. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Adam and Kenneth went above and beyond during our stay making it unforgettable. We absolutely loved the resort and all the amenities it had to offer. The heated pool and jacuzzi are so relaxing along with poolside service for drinks to make you want to turn into a prune. We highly recommend and love it to say the least!

Stay cuz was good but hot tub was broken and had to pay extra for parking. Brass key is no longer filling all of its available parking spots. Very disappointed in that.

Great cozy hotel in provincetown. The room was super clean, there was a fireplace. Breakfast was good with a lotvof options to choose from. The only thing to improve would be that the hot tub was not hot enough in the end of the evening.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Room was super clean, staff was friendly and competent, grounds are beautiful, ideal location. Only issue was parking, it’s limited and wasn’t sure where to park since it’s first come first serve, not guarantee. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast food was very good. The service was good. The cookies were good.The warm hand towel was nice. Other than that the stay was a disappointment. The photos and description of the Brass Key Guesthouse were inviting, however, in real life our room was not as we expected. Looking at the website there are about 47 photos, but the room we were in was not in the photo gallery.Our room reeked of the smell similar to sweaty socks which can be an indication of mold or mildew. There were spots on the ceiling that may be the cause of the bad odor. The Brass Key Guesthouse reviews indicated an exceptional rating on Hotels.com. The room we were staying in was run down looking and there was a sticky substance on the bed side table and hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival so it did not appear clean to me. It was raining and the guests in the next room had to change rooms due to a water leak from the rain.

Great stay. Gorgeous aesthetic. Lovely rooms - though there was one window without a blind or shutter so the early morning sun woke us. Wonderful location, close to everything. Few other things worth mentioning: Wine and snacks were provided every day at 5, great way to start the evening. Bikes were available to use for free. We cycled round the main cycle paths to the nearby beaches. Great little perk. Jacuzzi was great.

Love the Brass Key, however Room 107 is not the room to stay at the resort. The bathroom shower was very poorly constructed, and the little view the windows provided of the next building, were above the resorts trash and recycling cans. The step up area with low ceiling to the windows and bath was a pain.

The overall experience at Brass Key was great. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the property is beautiful and perfectly located. My only quibble is the room I was in definitely needs updating. The bathroom in particular was not good. Terrible water pressure and the shower doors didn’t close all the way making it very difficult to not get water all over the place. I was told they are planning to update the rooms in the building I was in, so I look forward to returning when they do.

Excellent hotel. The lack of parking when you pay this price was disappointing- maybe a better design or one for each room. Some staff were snippy about we were talking loud when a nightclub was blasting music all night (I was told guest expect loud music but not people talking on their own balcony ?) folks saving chairs at 8 am with towels and cone for parking is lame. I think the word I am looking for is entitled.

The hey we’re unbelievably helpful. I’m new to the area and the my assisted with parking and helping me figure out where the heck to park. Sadly my friend had a medical emergency the next morning after our first night stay. The staff acted quickly to assist and I am beyond grateful . 1- I am writing to dispute a pet charge of $240.00 that was added to my invoice upon checkout. When I booked the room I informed the property that my partner would be accompanied by an ADA registered/trained service dog. (Attached ADA Service dog ID card sent to property) I was advised through EXPEDIA that I did not have to be in a select pet room nor had to inform the desk upon check in. I will be making a complaint with the Massachusetts AttorneyGenerals Office and Massachusetts Office on Disability if this is not reconciled within 48 hours. 2- I am also surprised that there was no discount for our room #152 due to the fact that we did not have any COLD running water for the first three days of our check in. While we appreciated the front staff providing us a key for the room down the hall, for cold water and showers, until the repairs were made it was a major inconvenience. I am looking for this to be reconciled within 48 hours. We have been coming to The Brass Key for over 20 years and even had the opportunity to have drinks with the original owner last night. I wasn't even going to bring up the water complaint because the staff was so understanding but when I noticed the pet charges it was very disturbing. Not every disability could be notibile but you should know if it wasn't for my partner's service dog his life would be crippling. As of July 1 I have not received a response back from the Brass Key Property.

First off, the location is fantastic. Just one short block to Commerce street. It’s right in the heart of everything and yet still a peaceful location. The rooms are great. It’s multiple small building surrounding a courtyard with pool and hot tub. The breakfast and cocktail hour are both great. Always felt welcome and relaxed at the hotel. Will definitely be staying there again.

This place is amazing. And we were there under the worst possible conditions... pouring rain. The location is ideal for walking to the action. It has the feel of a resort. Big pool and hot tub, many common gathering areas and it all looks brand new and is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is included and it's awesome. There is a wine and cheese happy hour each night that is very well attended and has a great vibe. To keep us entertained in the rain, a BBQ with board games was announced. We decided to leave before it started because no end to the rain in sight. We're going back to continue what we missed and definitely staying at Brass Key. Thank you.

Fantastic stopover while we were visiting Cape Cod. From the welcoming hot wash towel at check in, the guest happy hour, the yummy breakfast to the cookies at check out…we really had a fantastic time.
