The AC in the room worked Great!! Otherwise …..Hallways were HOTTTT!!! No Airflow Hallway CARPETS are DEPLORABLE!! Rooms were just OK - BUT needs better cleaning !! My in-room phone did Not Work - no Dial Tone I had to google the local number and use my cell phone to call the Front Desk Lots of LONG HAIR on the floors in the Bathroom - along the walls/edges And 1 even on the sink… Obviously had NOT been swept or mopped in God Knows how long I just happened to be assigned a HANDICAP room and so under the bed was visible - it too needed a GOOD Sweeping & Mopping ! The bedding appeared Fresh but one of the large towels had a large PINK stain!! MAIN Front DOOR NOT ACCESSIBLE after Midnight - and seeing that I am a female traveling alone - I was Forced to enter the property after hours from a SIDE or REAR door which was very concerning !

This is my 2nd time staying and I have had fun again. The kids enjoyed the pool and we met lots of cool folks while there. I will stay here every time I come to Biloxi.

No clerk at the desk to check in? We waited, and Waited. Had they died? Walked off the job? Maybe he was checking the elevator, which had a sign warning that it would stop working if you held the door! Crazy! Finally clerk appeared, checked me in and grunted something like “elevator down hall loft?” No welcome. No apologies. Got to the room, with no towels. Return to the clerk, “Where are the towels?” Reply, “In the drier.” Ok, When will they appear in my room? “Someone will bring them.” No one brought them. I returned a third time to pick up towels!

Its priced right for what you get. I kinda wish there was more soap and some shampoo, and towels..but overall got what i paid for. It is in a great location near the water. Also one of the side doors didnt work with my card and allows anyone to walk right in.

It smelled like dogs and cigarette smoke for a none smoking room. The tub had stains in it, there was dirt on the floor, the ice machines didn’t work. The carpets look like they have never been cleaned in years

The room was spotless. The staff was friendly and professional. I'm in love with the air conditioning and the hot water! The parking was the only downside, but it could easily be overlooked due to the overall experience.

There were roaches in our room. Our keys kept not working and we’d have to go back to the front desk. There was nothing in the kitchenette we had to buy pots. We only had two towels. The hotel smelled like vape, weed and mold. There was hair in the pool. We didn’t have comforters on the beds. There was no coffee maker in the room like expected. The staff was friendly. The coffee was good in the lobby. Overall disappointed from the photos and what we experienced.

Room didn't look like it had be cleaned before the check in. Floors,table and chair were very dirty we cleaned them with clorox wipes all were covered it goo.Room had a smell febreze couldn't knock out the oder. And we had two rooms rented the only reason we stayed was all other hotels were booked.

The hallway was full of wet towels when we checked in at 2:30 p.m., and they were still there the next morning. The bathtub was dirty, and there was a lack of linen in the bathroom. I've stayed here many times over the years and never had a complaint, but this time was a downer.

Super close walk to the Coliseum, decent rooms, but the bathroom doors don't close well to provide adequate privacy if you are sharing a room and the floors and walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Decent enough night sleep for the price you pay. I do recommend for a short stay.

The location was great because we were going to the coliseum. The mattress is on a platform and slides around, no Kleenex in room, VERY thin towels, no shampoo or conditioner, just soap. A coffee maker, but no coffee, etc. It was a room with just the basics, fair condition.

With all due respect to the Motel 6 brand, my expectations were extremely low. Checked in with which may be the nicest front desk clerk I’ve ever come across in all my travels - Alicia. She was beyond friendly and even gave me an upgrade to one of the gulf view rooms which was awesome. I’ve stayed at other Motel 6’s which definitely fell flat from expectations, however, this property was stellar. Room was spotless and parking convenient. Please keep up the great work. Thank you!

Terrible service and motel. They didn’t answer the phone after 3 calls when our flight was delayed and then just cancelled our reservation with no messages or notice to us. We arrived the next day, exhausted, to be turned away from our second night booked and they wouldn’t honor the reservation. Extremely frustrating. Will never use this chain again.

Bathroom dirty no towels in room. Had to go twice to front desk and lady said I checked this room myself. Some of the doors to get in does not work. Sent my daughters pizza order over $30 back would not hold it upfront for her to get. This is what we have done with all of our stays. One of my daughters had a key to my room and the employees had not met her and the key did not work and they gave her a new key to the room with out asking for any information.

We love this motel. The staff is amazing, the rooms are always clean, and the location is perfect. We stay there at least once a month, and have for years. On the rare occasion we did have a problem, the staff addressed and fixed them immediately. They are also pet friendly! Pets stay for free regardless of size or breed.

Terrible service..we told to go inside the hotel and we had a curfew?! Could not even be in the parking lot? I mean the hotel security Guard threatened me and the people staying with me they were going to kick us out if we didnt go inside to our rooms and stay quiet? All we were doing was sitting outside talking enjoying the night zero music we were playing and just talking..definitely will never be back ever! Dont stay there if your trying to stay with firends!

Amazing staff very accommodating. Clean quit nice hotel can see the beach right across swimming pool was clean. Price was very affordable we had two rooms. There isn’t anything bad I can say we had an amazing stay definitely will be coming back to stay again!!!!! Thank yall for everything!!!

Stayed here for a concert at the Coliseum - only 1/2 mile down the road. When we left the concert, we were able to go out the back gate of the coliseum parking lot, and drive through a very short neighborhood, making it back to the hotel in about 5 minutes after walking outside - without having to fight ANY traffic. Check in staff was so friendly and easy check in. For the price, it was a nice place to stay.

Hotel is located directly across the street from the beach. It’s a nice hotel but more cleaning maybe be needed in public areas during high season when hotel is at capacity. Water was hot but tub drain was clogged and it took all night for it to drain after a shower. Other than that minor inconvenience, it’s a good place to stay for a night or two.

Nice older standard hotel right across the street from the Gulf. Paid more for a deluxe room but now sure we received anything over and above standard room. No breakfast but pets stay free! Definitely would atay again.

Beautiful Beach view! Rooms clean and tidy. The only con to this property is the HOT WATER! Idk if it’s on a time limit or so much per room but when it goes out it’s ICE COLD and STAYS ICE COLD for at LEAST an hour to two hours! Other than that. AWESOME VIEW PRICES STAFF decent affordable place to stay! I enjoyed my stay. They do not except food delivery and that’s where I had an issue. On their site it says DoorDash can leave it in the lobby for you to come get. Staff told DoorDash to bring it to my room although on DoorDash they don’t have that option for safety reasons, understandable but I lost out on 50 damn bucks because front desk rejected my order. I go on DoorDash see my order has been delivered ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING AGAINST THE WALL! RIDICULOUS! even with that issue lol property is nice just needs to update their policies! ASAP
