I was very disappointed with their bus system. We had to wait 45 minutes for a ride to the Biltmore House. We had to wait 35 minutes when we returned to the hotel. We had to wait in 31 degree weather with no heaters. For the price they charged, they did not have any food on site available after 9:00 PM and there was no store and no vending machines with drinks or snacks. For $550.00 per night, good food should be available 24 hours per dat.

Fantastic stay during the week - loved the twice daily housekeeping. The room was big, bathroom was big - it was nice and and clean but not opulent. Gym was nice and so was the pool and hot tub. The water provided all over the Inn was nice since it was so hot. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful inside and out. Didn’t like that you can’t get your own ice at the Inn. Front desk employee lied and said they were working on fixing them, but found out from housekeeping that was not true. They only allow staff to get ice. Also no ventilation in bathroom.

The Inn at the Biltmore is a wonderful hotel nestled within the expansive and picturesque grounds of the estate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the bellhops to the serving crew within the lounge and restaurant. The dining options were exceptional at the hotel and at the Antler Village which is only a short walk from the hotel. We enjoyed dining in the restaurants and in-room and the food in all instances was of the highest quality. Complimentary transportation between the sites was convenient and easy to navigate. The hotel room itself provided picturesque views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Estate, and was very comfortable with all of the expected conveniences. Morning tea and coffee was offered in the lobby area and our room also contained a Nespresso coffee maker. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back again in the future.

Beautiful hotel in a magnificent mountain setting. On the Biltmore estate with easy shuttle service to Biltmore. Grounds are also beautiful, nice pool. Great views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Only negative is there is only one dining room for all meals. Other dining options are off site.

Clean room. Comfy beds. Convenient shuttle service. Cute village for dining and shopping Awesome 4 mile trail from the Inn to the Biltmore. Only complaint was we were sat downstairs in the main fireplace room for 45 minutes without anyone coming to the table.

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are in need of a MAJOR update. Like should have been updated twice since their current state and are in need of an update again. Dated, deterioration of tiles in bathroom, crooked fixtures, mirrors hung for people under 6' only, pictures weirdly hung against corners and touching the tv, musty smell that hits you in the face on entry. I expect better than this for $400 less per night than what we paid.

The Inn, the public rooms and veranda, the grounds, the rooms and bathrooms are all beautiful, well-maintained and immaculate. The food in the dining room and the Library Lounge is diners. The waitstaff are all genuinely friendly and strive to provide excellent service.

Concierge was extremely helpful. On October 18th and 19th, we returned after a full day, around 3:00 pm. We were very tired. Our room had not been cleaned, and Housekeeping did not know who would clean our room. When I complained to the Front Desk, the person immediately took care of the situation. Our room was cleaned within 15-20 minutes! We were impressed with the quick service. If we requested anything, or there was a problem, either Concierge or the Front Desk helped with the situation. The fire alarm is definitely a concern. There was a fire alarm on Wed, 19 Oct, which we were unable to hear, when we were in our room. I am hard of hearing, so I did not hear the fire alarm. It was not a loud fire alarm. The fire alarm should be louder.

Checking in with Andy was great. Whoever did the turn down service must be in a hurry, leaving no face and hand towels for us to use. Stay here for the candlelight tour at the Biltmore house. Been there, done that and won’t go back

Room was not cleaned first day (3 pm) but I asked housekeeper and she immediately contacted the right person. Room was spotless when I returned. Excellent customer service all through out the Inn.

Beautiful property. Bed was extremely hard. Bathroom light is on outside of door so if you get up in night the light wakes up others. Needs to be inside of the bathroom. Expensive.

We had a great stay, my only complaints would be that there was no hot water for the shower or bathrooms. Being that the temperature was in the 30’s this made it unpleasant. The gentlemen at the front desk said “this is an issue we keep hearing about and are trying to work on it.”

We loved the Biltmore estate and grounds. Our stay here was so peaceful and beautiful. Great customer service and outside areas were amazing and easy to explore many areas from. Our room was nice but beds were small/cramped and not that comfortable unfortunately. The property itself was the star.

After a day of visiting the Biltmore estate, all my wife and I wanted to do for the rest of our anniversary, was to enjoy our room. First problem: The internet connection was abysmal. Our devices could not stay connected. When we checked out the next morning, the receptionist informed us that they KNEW there was problems with their internet connectivity. Second problem: All my wife wanted from the in-room dining menu was a medium rare cheeseburger. When I placed her order, the attendant stated: we cook all of our food to one temperature - REALLY? At the price of $22 for a cheesburger and fries, I'd expect them to prepare it to my wife's specifications. Third problem: There is NO FAN in the bathroom. Subsequently, the shower steam fogs the bathroom mirror. At a price of over $450 for one night, I'd frankly expected MUCH better service!!! Finally, while checking out the next day, I mentioned our problems to the receptionist. She ASSURED me that I'd receive an updated bill - removing the cost of my wife's meal. When I attempted to download the .pdf the next day, the document would NOT download. When I contacted the site, they assured me that someone from billing would contact me TODAY. It's 1645 hrs Eastern Time, I'm still waiting on them to call.

Beautiful Inn in a unbelievably gorgeous setting. The grounds were immaculate, and we really enjoyed being outside in the evenings. We were lucky to stay in one of the renovated rooms. The renovated rooms are a definite must!

The food was exceptional, the room was adequate. There was little closet space in the room and the room was very tight. We had a king room. The shower was tiny, barely room to raise your arms. We felt for the price of the room it fell short of expectations. The restaurants well exceeded expectations

Standards are high for service, food (quality, freshness, presentation, options), cleanliness and promptness. We found it frustrating to book reservations in the dining room, told there was no availability, even when there were several empty tables, throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was my first stay on the property. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. The only complaint I have is that I call the spa to make a reservation. I had to leave a message with my return # because no one answered. However, I never received a call back. That was very disappointing.

I arrived around 10 pm and 2 large buses pulled into the circle in front of me blocking access to be able to check in. After 10 minutes, and no one coming out to see if I need help, I decided to pull around to the self parking area. I parked as close as I could, but that was still very far back. This was my first time on the property, so I could only see in the very dimly lit area a set of stairs that led from the parking lot up to the front desk to be able to finally check in. I ended up having to walk on the main road up to the front of the property with my large rolling suitcase. There are no sidewalks so I was walking in the road with cars passing me in the dark night. I brought up my troubles just getting checked in and the front desk apologized for my inconvenience. After checking in I noticed I was placed on a floor with a very large and loud wedding party who had rented a room nearby. At nearly 11 pm at night they were so loud I could hear them all the way down the hall. I would never have expected such a raucous group at a property I paid $500 /night to stay in. This was unacceptable. I went to the front desk and the clerk said “quiet time” was after midnight so to let her know if it was still loud after that time. The room was as expected and advertised, but the experience was so very disappointing.

The excellent property and even better staff pampered us beyond belief. A special thanks to Julia and Don for getting us safely to all our excursions. Everyone from Valet to Front Desk to Concierge were knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant. Our first time to stay but it will become our new routine to visit. Thank you.

It is difficult to walk around the estate because there are very few trails or sidewalks. The restaurant at The Inn was excellent for dinner but unable to handle the Sunday morning crowd. The room was nicely redone but quite pricy for an OK but not a Wow!

The Inn was situated on the Biltmore Estate in a way that gave you the ability to have beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding area during our stay there. They offered complimentary trolley rides and shuttle rides that allows for easy access to all of the activities on the property so we were able to take advantage of that as well. The staff and accommodations at the Inn were top notch and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The bathroom facilities were impeccable with nothing wanting. The bed was most comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast menu was excellent especially the buffet. The buffet we ate both days. The efficiency and professionalism of all the staff could not have been better.

We stayed for one evening, after walking around the Estate and gardens. We ordered room service which was delicious (the chicken was absolutely amazing) and the food service staff was great! We didn’t spend a lot of time looking around the Inn but the fireplace was very inviting, the bed was absolutely wonderful and the stay was wonderful. Would stay again!

Like staying on the Estate when we visit the house for Christmas. Don’t like the breakfast option at the inn. Too long of a wait, even though many tables were open. Also not a fan of the strict dress code at the restaurant at the Inn. They could make it a little less dressy but still prohibit jeans, tennis shoes, sandals, t-shirts, etc.
