Comfort. My family came out to Lawton for the mountains. This place is phenomenal! Clean room, exercise room was spacious and equipment worked. The breakfast was tasty, eggs, bacon, pastries, juices and fruit. The staff was wonderful, polite and friendly. They are pet friendly and do charge a fee. My dog had an awesome time running in the back, so much land. They also provide bags to pick up after ur pet. Again very clean property.

The room we booked was a 2 room suite. First thing we noticed was the furnishings were completely worn and dirty. When tucking in my son, there was old hardened pieces of cheese and crumbs in his bed, under his pillows, and on the walls. We found cheese in every room in the suite, stuck to the walls. The carpet smelled like vomit and was super sticky. The headboards had greasy hand smears and body prints on them. We ended up going to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean everything ourselves because clearly housekeeping couldn’t do it right the first time. The pool was murky and so foggy you could barely see the bottom. Pump wasn’t working. It was NASTY. This was my first stay at a Hilton and we were so disappointed. Also, the wheels on the baggage racks were flat and were a hazard to use. Never staying here again and not recommending to anyone.

Good location to Harley Davidson and the casino. The pool is great! The sheets needed to be changed due to hair in the sheets. The restroom reeked of urine.

1. Waited an hour in lobby for my room to be ready 2. Breakfast was 30 min late every day 3. There is no front door. Do u can’t pull up to front door to load/unload bc front is police taped off. 4. The luggage buggies are so broken, u can’t drive them down the hallway. 5. I will never stay here again.

Random people that didnt stay at the hotel would come up and sit on the back patio and drink and smoke while our kids were trying to swim. The pool was very dirty. The grounds around the pool and chairs were very dirty. Black mold in the bathroom and sticky floors. The room smelled like dog pee. Staff got mad when we asked to move rooms with 3 small children and the safety hazards of mold and animal hair/pee on the floor. Staff gave us looks and even had someone said, "you're those people" from behind the main desk. When to the desk to ask for something to be printing and asked, "what now?" From the receptionist after obtaining a new room. Overall would not stay here again. Sad that this is one of the better hotels in that town and still not good at all.

System was down for key machine both days we stayed, whenever you left the room desk clerk had to walk you to your room to be let in. Floors were sticky, tv system was down and wouldn’t be working for a couple more days, hotel was obviously older and needs updating. I couldn’t believe this was a Hilton Hotel $150 a night for something like this is very disappointing. Hotel staff were great and professional during this very difficult situation.

First, let's appreciate the staff. Very friendly and courteous. always asking if there was anything we needed. seemed to work hard at their their jobs. Second. The property needs some way overdue updates. The furniture is worn out beyond repair. The ottoman in our room was essentially leaving parts of the covering everywhere. no ventilation fan in bathroom. the moisture in the room was very evident. The workout facility did have weights and cardio machines, however none of the cardio machines, or television, were connected to any wifi or similar. The owners of this property should update in respect to their hardworking staff and future guests. IMO.

We used their vending machines (had to go to each floor) kept getting the wrong drink dispensed and every drink we got was expired. Front desk swapped our expired vending machine drinks for expired drinks from the front desk area. Breakfast was not great, omelet was cold and rubbery. Bedding didn’t match both beds, crumbs and hairs in the beds.

Safe and good breakfast. Good price. Beds say queen but are like full size. Suite was not that clean. Candy wrappers around the the bed base boards. To me that tells me carpet was never vacuumed.

Front desk professed to own only one luggage cart which they "had not seen in a few days. Had to make a few trips to get all of ours in. Once You get past the updated lobbty area it is all old. Looked like some mold in the shower.

Third time staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly. The room it self was not the quality as before. Very worn and had a musty smell. The shower was extremely uncomfortable because the hand shower was positioned for some extra tall and the safety rail fail. Place need renovation.

Did several multi-day stays at this hotel several years ago and loved it, so booked it again. What a mistake! Property has really deteriorated. Front desk clerk not friendly at check in, and didn’t seem all that competent. Room was musty, old, needed painting, and had chairs with the covering flaking off. Dishwasher was out of order. Then, about 3:00 on morning, refrigerator began making a loud clanking noise. Thought it would eventually stop, but didn’t, so I had to pull out refrigerator from its space and unplug it. Stay away from this place.

Things I liked...The rooms were big, especially the king room with master bath. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Liked having sitting area away from bedrooms and cooking area, even though we did not use it. Coffee and cocoa bar were excellent! Things not happy with.. The door never latched all the way when you left the room, just had to push on it hard enough and it opened. Anyone could of entered our room when we were not there. No coffee table in front of the sofa and remote control was missing. One of the shear curtains for the sitting room was missing as well as the closet doors for the queen room. Maintenance said there was a wild party in the room a few days before and do not know how the doors went missing. They replaced them on our second day. Not much choice for breakfast. Not usual Hilton great breakfast we had at other hotels. Just okay. Someone was smoking cigars in or around the storage room on our floor and that's all you could smell when getting off the elevator. There is none to little ventilation, so the smell lingered. Also no fans in the bathroom! My wife has crohn's disease and no way to air out the room. Even with the issues, we would stay again.

The staff was great and helpful. The property itself was convenient to Ft Sill. It was run down. Upholstery was flaking off, worn out towels, broken cabinets, some plumbing issues. Keys had to be reprogramed 5x. It was easy to hear upstairs noise. Having a ceiling fan in the room was great.

We were in a crunch, we flew in from out of state for my sons graduation at BCT and the hotel we originally booked was so dirty and gross. We came here after being turned away from other hotels that were booked out hoping we could get a room. I wish I got he front desks workers name, she was amazing!!! She’s on the evening shift, she helped us get settled in right away. I’m so pleased with her and how clean the rooms were. I highly recommend staying here.

No milk for breakfast for three days. Said “waiting on delivery”. Why wouldn’t you send staff to the grocery store in the meantime. Room furniture in need of updating and repair. Many room doors do not close without considerable effort.

I rented the 1 bedroom suite. The room had a strong oder. I believe it was the dirty carpet. The chair in the living room was old and worn. No support for sitting. Lamp was broken. The bedroom heater didn’t work. Limited breakfast option. The clerk and cleaning staff was very curious.

Needs cleaning and updating - staff was amazing and friendly - no milk at breakfast for cereal “it went bad” - coffee was always empty boy go days for breakfast - the evening reception beer taps were all foam - my bed choices were not apparently guaranteed but I paid for a large handicap room I didn’t need - it was sold out so we stayed - disappointed in this Homewood suites- stay at them all the time without issues -
