Only stayed here for one night. The building and room was clean and warm. Tea, coffee and soap is provided. I did book a room with a sea view however I was given a back room facing a car park. Also the metal bed is the squeakiest bed I have ever slept on. The room is small but cosy. Lady who checked my in was friendly. They also allow you to drop off your luggage early if you want to explore Blackpool without being weighed down with bags. The stairs to the entrance are quite steep. Overall for the price and just for one night the place was good enough

We were situated on the top floor and my wife has got breathing issues so each day and night was difficult for her especially with having lymphodema in her leg, room was far too small for needs, my wife slipped in the shower as shower curtain far too long, and no bath mat in the bath making it dangerous to shower in and she did not feel comfortable showering, pillows on the bed were not the best as they went flat soon as you slept on them probably wont stop here again the cleaners were lovely and friendly

Where the hotel is, is perfect. No lift so if your on the top floor hope youve got good endurance. The tv didnt work room was red hot with no air con. Saw the owner once when we first came to the property. They was a sliverfish in the bath room along with some mysterious hairs. Water pressure in the shower wasnt that good. Condensation on the window so cloggs up the view. You get tea and coffee, kettle was abit iffy...the bed was uncomfortable every time you moved it creeked. Loads of random storage. Two breakfast chairs that you darent sit on. Fan sounded like it was going to start flying about the room. Got woken up in both nights to something moving in the floor..cheap place for a cheaps night sleep

Me and my little boy loved it here. We had a double room. Everything we needed and more. Bed so super comfy, the remote control fan won us over. We had a shower, it was nice and clean. Plenty of towels in our room, lamps, plenty of space for clothes. Shelfs were handy. We wpuod absolutely stay here again. Just not on the top floor lol.

No lift so we had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs when we went out, no WiFi so I had to spend money buying internet. They came into my room while we were sleeping saying they thought the room was empty. Paid £270 for 3 nights and that’s what I got

The room itself was nice, but the entrance area and stairways were shabby and gloomy. It was very hard to get hold of someone to help when needed- the doorbell wasn't answered, the phone wasn't answered and the voicemail was full. The bed was comfortable, but we were disturbed at night by barking dogs and the smell of weed. Having a bath was lovely- but we would've appreciated a bath towel!

Great location. Excellent room facilities but climbing 6 flights of stairs was a challenge. The only thing letting the hotel down is that it’s quite a walk to any 24hr car parks.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for the weekend. We stayed in a double room and was perfect for us. It was clean bed really comfortable and warm. The hotel is right on the front and close to everything, definitely will be booking again in the future.

I love vinnies hotel we go there every time and the land lady is loverly the only we would of love was high pillows because of mine and my partner asma but there not the land lady's folt but the room is stopless the bed is comfortable to sleep in and we even had a little wardrobe is so friendly and homely I can't wait to come back in the summer

Honestly one of the best value places in Blackpool. A clean double room, Freeview TV, fast WiFi, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Susan (the owner) is absolutely amazing as well and very helpful. It’s literally right opposite Manchester Square Tram Stop as well so easily accessible to all areas of Blackpool in minutes.
Honestly one of the best value places in Blackpool. A clean double room, Freeview TV, fast WiFi, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. This was an amazing stay at this hotel. You can see they are working on making the hall ways look better but the room itself was soo clean, really nicely decorated and the beds were really comfy too. The only thing I would point out is that the metal bed in room number 3 either needs tightening or oiling as it squeaks every little move made, which was a bit annoying and the toilet door just needs a bit of oil. But non of which stopped the stay been really nice. And the room was soo warm too which was really nice as it was cold outside. The only little thing I would say is a mini fridge would be great as we always have to take our own milk and have to sit it in a sink of water. But the stay was really good. Room was really nice. We will defo be back and would love the same room again. Thank you. Oh and the lady was so lovely too. Polite and patient with kids asking a million questions whilst trying to talk to her. Great hotel!

The hotel its self is beautiful. And the owner is nice. The only downfall was the bed was alittle too hard. Its a great location for alot of things including the zoo as bus stop is right outside

So the condiments and cleanliness of the room itself we had no issues with, however, check-in was minimal woman who greeted us literally said 'name of booking, handed us keys told us what floor our room was on and never seen her again' well that was untill we had a knock on our room door 3rd night stay at 10:30pm asking if she could measure our room radiator. Windows were very whistly when opened and the water on the roof was bad. Check out we were told to put keys in a box when leaving and done.

Was very hard to check in, no response from the bell or the number to call, we didn’t see anybody apart from the cleaner once when we finally checked in.. luckily we managed to get let in by another guest and went looking for someone in the hotel to help. She said the owner is never around and people have this problem a lot??

Honestly one of the best value places in Blackpool. A clean double room, Freeview TV, fast WiFi, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Susan (the owner) is absolutely amazing as well and very helpful. It’s literally right opposite Manchester Square Tram Stop as well so easily accessible to all areas of Blackpool in minutes.

We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect. On the beach front and close to everything you need. A tram stop directly in front. The property is a traditional building that is a little dated but does not detract from the charm and everything it has to offer for the money. It’s great value, clean and has what’s needed for a comfortable stay, but don’t expect modern perfection.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for the weekend. We stayed in a double room and was perfect for us. It was clean bed really comfortable and warm. The hotel is right on the front and close to everything, definitely will be booking again in the future.

Great location. Excellent room facilities but climbing 6 flights of stairs was a challenge. The only thing letting the hotel down is that it’s quite a walk to any 24hr car parks.

We always have a great time in Blackpool! Vinnies was a new try for us. We’ll give them some more time to finish things up and we’ll definitely stay again. The owner was lovely. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and location was perfect! Best of all of course was the low price.

The hotel its self is beautiful. And the owner is nice. The only downfall was the bed was alittle too hard. Its a great location for alot of things including the zoo as bus stop is right outside
