Grande chambre et bien située. Douche pas chaude et pas de pression. Communication mauvaise car j'avais ecrit a l'établissement que j'avais besoin d'un transfert aéroport hôtel et ils ont repondu ok mais a notre arrivée il n'y avait personne. De plus on nous a fais payé une taxe a 250€ et le réceptionniste nous a offert le pti déjeuner mais là encore il ne l'a offert qu'un jour alors que je lui ai fais répéter trois todo dias.enfin la piscine n'est pas du tout utilisable, en effet elle est a l'ombre toute la journée, il n'y a jamais personne elle est froide et toute petite. Un argument de vente complètement trompeur. Bref ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix ne serait-ce que par sa situation.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.

The property itself was pretty decent. And the staff was very good. The cleaning staff was very courteous when I had an issue with a missing light bulb it was taken care of immediately. The hotel does have a restaurant but it is only open from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. so there are no opportunities to sit at the bar in the evening and have a drink or eat anything in the evening for that you must go somewhere else. There are not a lot of restaurants within short (10 minute) walking distance. However, there is a very large Mall with a good selection of restaurants in the fast food area. The mall is only about 6 or 7 minute walk away but it is across the busy street. Crossing the street is actually relatively easy to stop lights permit enough openings in the often heavy traffic to cross through easily. Currently, and this is end of July 2023, there is construction on the frontage road for several blocks including ambience suites. This would make parking difficult for anyone who might be driving.

Beautiful garden area, but the glass tables were never wiped; dirty dishes/beer cans left on table from the other day. The water pump/waterfall was not turned on in the pool until the 3rd day of our stay! Staff not very efficient! I had to ask the front desk attendant to put the waterfall on everyday, once I knew that it existed. I reserved a king bed and landed up with twin beds. Shower came out as a trickle!!😳 The staff did not speak or understand English, except for one lady at front desk. The restaurant was only open from 7-2 and did not serve any kind of liquor! The facility is on a very busy highway! My room was always musty smelling The front door of my small fridge was full of holes from the rust! I’d give a 4 on 10 for the room!

El hotel es algo antiguo creo, esta deteriorado, bueno si solo se va de paso, lo malo es que no cuentan con estacionamiento adecuado y a veces tienes que dejar el vehículo a distancia arriesgando a que lo dañen, las habitaciones son muy sencillas, a mi gusto, les hace falta darle un buen mantenimiento a todo, a parte está al lado de un casino y de repente es algo incomodo por los escandalos que hay gracias a ese lugar.

Hot water was not available all the time. Taking shower was hard due to water pressure. There was a problem with bathroom door and everything outside of shower room gets wet when taking shower. Staff hardly speak english.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Ambiance suite. I spent a few weeks there as a solo traveler. The room was large and comfortable. It felt like a small studio apartment. The staff were very helpful. I felt safe staying there. Thank you!

TERRIBLE!! No lo recomiendo. El personal de limpieza se llevó cosas de la habitación que nos tocó, desaparecieron mis tennis Nike, un perfume y mis lentes RayBan. Hicieron limpieza aunque habíamos colocado en la puerta que no lo requeríamos y cuando quise hacer el reclamo en recepción únicamente me dijeron que no hubo reporte de nada encontrado o perdido en la habitación.

The maid took one of our bags with new medicine, gifts, food, and some makeup and no one did anything about it. We talked to several of the front desk clerks but they didn’t seem to care or offer any compensation. One of the staff opened closet down the hall, and we saw the empty bag inside, but no one would offer any compensation. I would never stay there again!

The staff were very unfriendly & not supportive. It seems like we are staying in this hotel for free. After the second day of the seventh day, we left this hotel and went to another hotel in the Cancun Hotel zone. It’s a Cancun tourist capital. We didn’t recommend this place for any families, especially if you are coming out of the country. We tried using the pool, but they were very disrespectful and unsupportive. Almost all the staff argued that the ancient TV didn’t work well when we left.

I booked this hotel because of lots of great reviews, but it’s okay okay room with so so facilities. The toilet flushing and the shower weren’t good, There were no workers who spoke English in that hotel(we didn’t mind it) but we literally misunderstood about “free” breakfast and we had to pay $$. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful but other than that I couldn’t give 4 stars, more like 2.5

If you don't want the rush and costs of the beach, this is a great compromise. Clean rooms, nice cafe/diner, and friendly staff make this a good stay for travelers on a budget. Ubers are cheap and can get you to the ocean or airport for $15-20.
