Pelican Shores Inn

The quality of the property and the location is outstanding. I could only want a better breakfast ( although I don’t want it to be or sound negative) and a newer mattress. We are hooked on Pelican Shores and will be back for a third time.

Everything was wonderful. Recommend this place to anyone. Staff was super friendly.

Good parking lot. Quiet area

This hotel is a little on the small side of hotels. It's not a multi conglomerate corporation. Its local and community based. It's well taken care of and well updated. The thing we really enjoyed is its right on/over the beach. Has an amazing view. We had the top floor fireplace suite, with a small kitchen, and a cute deck with chairs. The bedroom was at the opposite side with morning sunshine. Our bathroom was between everything and had a full size tub/shower. Rooms are very clean and the kitchen has a small amount of dishes and utensils, coffee pot station, microwave and self serve cleaning supplies. I think the setup was thoughtful, meaning things are new and easy to use like tv remotes, multi channels if you surf (pun intended). Only small negative things like one tv remote didn't work well, I just used the other one, breakfast was small and quant not a large option menu but you are close to the main part of town you could walk to a nice place for breakfast. The only other bummer was, you cant control who the neighbors are so a little noise and if they smoke it happens on the deck, smells roll into my living room so we needed to close the doors. We will be using this hotel many more times in the future, Lincoln city is one of our go-to beach destinations. Thank you front desk for your attention to us, we'll be back.

Excellent stay! The views were amazing. We stayed in the fireplace suite, I think it was called, and we will definitely be back. Staff was absolutely amazing. The only thing that I didn’t really like is, I had a blind person traveling with me, and all of the uneven steps down to the beach was kind of a bummer. Oh, and there was only two handicap parking spaces, and the parking lot was very small, so it was really hard to get in and out of.
