Es un hotel que cumple con lo que se paga. Para viajes de trabajo es ideal. El personal es muy amable. El unico tema que puedo observar es el cobro de estacionamiento, en la página lo anuncian como parte del servicio, pero cuando llegas te lo cobran.

Foi agradável, dentro do esperado. Os atendentes da recepção são gentis e receptivos. O local é central, fora da agitação da cidade, mas com opções de transporte, mercado e shopping próximos. O café da manhã é bom, com pouca variedade, mas também é dentro do esperado. É uma ótima relação custo x benefício. Ponto muito fraco: chuveiro ruim, com jatos irregulares. Ademais, deixo como sugestão que a limpeza do quarto inclua troca diária de toalhas, pelo menos. E a lanchonete do hotel poderia funcionar 24h ou pelo menos até mais tarde do que 22h.

Rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were also clean and in excellent condition. Shower had plenty of hot water and were in like new condition. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a mini Walmart store downstairs that is attached to the hotel and a mall across the street with plenty of places to eat so you don't need to spend extra money hailing taxi's. Everything you need is in super close walking distance from the hotel. I will never stay anywhere else when im in Cancun. You will not be disappointed. Ibis has it all!

I have stayed in a few Ibis here in Mexico and Colombia. They all excel in cleaning, here it is the exception. Upon my notification to front desk about Used Condom found from previous guest under bed, there was No Cleaning Lady arriving nor Apologies or Solutions from Young Staff. Staff from Breakfast were lovely and food was good, however there is certainly something Weird and Untold happening with Cleaning Staff.

It’s centrically located in centro Cancun. There’s a Walmart next door which’s very convenient. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. There’s no fridge in the room and for me was a little inconvenient since I had no way to store my insulin injections. There’s no iron in the room either. Other than that the staff was very professional and attentive.

Beds are twin xl can't sleep cause beds are just for one average person , check in for one of my travelers was terrible and uncomfortable cause I contact the hotel and advice my sister will arrive early but the front desk rep was very rude he didn't wants process the check in for my sister and with bad manners he told her was to wait till I arrived but finally he found my info and let her make the check in, also later on same rep have an argument with another guest and was very unprofessional and almost start a fight with the customer!

The staff there are super friendly. They kept our luggage’s in their room because our flight got delayed and called us taxis since we didn’t want to get scammed. It’s right next to a mall and starbucks/restaurants. And even better, a Walmart! I believe this hotel is affordable and convenient for anyone.

Terrible communication and service. Our toilet stopped working at night, and despite reporting it immediately, we were left waiting until 11 AM the next day for a solution. After all those hours, they finally decided to give us a new room—something they should have done from the beginning. To make matters worse, we were charged for a late checkout even though the night manager had given us approval to stay until 12 PM. Completely unacceptable experience

el baño incómómodo para abrir porque chocaba con la cama, no nos pusieron agua en las habitaciones, ni lapiz ni papel y si lo requeríamos, el personal de recepción no fue atento al hacer el check in. No hicieron bien el aseo de la habitación, dejaron basura debajo de la cama. En general, mala calidad en el servicio, no fue lo que esperaba.

Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. Safe and nice neighborhood with many shops and services nearby (including a Walmart Express downstairs and a major shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk). This hotel worked perfectly for a travel day where paying for a beachside hotel doesn’t make sense, financially. Would stay again.

It' a great short term hotel. Easy check-in, check-out. Clean and has all the necessities. The benefit of being very walkable and in a safe area. It is lacking some things like complementary water, and the room needs to have a bit more ventilation. But you can get water from the Walmart express downstairs.

Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. They have a really amazing breakfast buffet. They have a nice bar and restaurant. You are in walking distance to the mall and numerous restaurants. I am actually heading back to Cancun and booked this hotel again. You won’t be disappointed and if you love coffee, they have the best coffee!!

Very disappointed with breakfast, eggs and beans were COLD, brought it to their attention and they turned on the warmers after they took the food to the kitchen and warmed up. $149.00 USD p/person. Not worth 2 cents.
