Very large hotel room with bedroom and separate kitchen/living area. Fully equipped kitchen was unexpected. Very clean with lots of nice touches. Only downside for us 70 + somethings were all the stairs when we arrived and left. Restaurant downstairs was very convenient but we could hear music from downstairs. It wasn’t bad but noticeable.

This hotel was a real jewel right on the Mississippi river and one block from the main street in town. Super easy check in and check out. It was almost a suite with a kitchenette, wonderful bathroom completely remodeled above a Mexican restaurant. It did advertise a swimming pool and doesn’t have one so I’m not sure why that is. Great parking right across the street. There’s a gravel lot. We were pulling two motorcycles on a trailer and had ample room.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this room for our Anniversary. Once we park the car, we can walk everywhere, which we love! Room was designed in good taste, warm and cozy. I like the idea of the secure double code entrance. Others just need to be aware on Friday nights the Karaoke down stairs in the restaurant is pretty loud until 9pm. After that it quiets down. The train horns and vibration in the room doesn't bother us at all, but it may bother other guests that aren't prepared for it, so just be aware of this before you book a room here. We will be back again next year.. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had the kitchenette room with a separate bedroom and living room. The walk-in shower was nice, as was the shower head. Beautiful view of the river and the sunrise. Within walking distance of the riverfront and Main Street shops and restaurants. The Mexican restaurant right downstairs was convenient too. The only downside was that the rooms are on the second floor, but we only went back to the room once or twice a day, so it wasn't bad. There are train tracks nearby, but we really weren't bothered much by the train whistles. We will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi tub was enjoed from a long day of shopping and seeing the sights. You could hear trains but this was not a problem with shutting the door to the seperate the living room from the sleeping area. Hotel is really a hidden gem, walk right out the door and emerse yourself with shopping, sight seeing and food. We had a beautiful viewnof the river and parking was not a problem. Thank you Gully for making this a memorable trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The stairs with our suitcases were a challenge but the room was very nice. Clean, modern and comfortable. View of the river is great and you couldn’t have a better location. You’re right in town and can walk everywhere. I would suggest this place in an instant.

The place was clean and nicely updated. We felt safe and it was in a great location (walking distance)to all the historical downtown, museums, shopping and restaurants. A great view of the river and watching of boats! Id have given it 5 stars except for the CONS. Pros: easy walk to alot of attractions, river view, very comfy beds, nice tub and shower. Easy check in/out Cons: stairs only - no elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Above a restaurant so you could hear talking and cleaning till later in the evening, walls very thin - we could hear guy next door snoring, hotel located right on 2 sets of active railroad tracks. If they would provide a box fan for use at night (to muffle noise) it would be helpful. However, we did enjoy our stay and found it to be a good experience.

Excellent location with a view of the river and close to Mark Twain Museum, restaurants and other attractions. It's a small property (5 rooms) and not handicapped-acccessible. Parking is convenient (across the street). The manager's were extremely polite and helpful.

Beautifully done room with attention to detail. My only complaints would be that toilet bowl needed a good scrub as well as kitchen sink. Also pillows were not very comfortable. Going into the property that night we came across a couple screaming at each other which was a bit off putting, but felt safe once we were in our room.

We enjoyed the view of the Mississippi River and all the boats. It was so close to all the shops and sightseeing locations, that a quick walk and you were there. The properry was in excellent shape and spotless. The manager was responsive and very pleasant to work with!!! Definitely a 5 star location!!!

This is the second time we've stayed here. Both rooms have been immaculately clean. There's a great view of the river where you can see the riverboats coming loading and unloading. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The room is super spacious and the large jetted tub was the most relaxing part of our stay. The hotel sits in the perfect location to be able to walk along the river or explore the shops in Hannibal. It was very clean and well maintained. An absolute gem! We will definitely stay here again!

Our room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. We loved the view and watching the sunrise up over the Mississippi River. Since it was a chilly weekend, I enjoyed the heat vent directly over the bed. Hot tub was great, and me and my 6'3" husband both fit in it comfortably. It's perfect walking distance from everything in old downtown Hannibal. My only mini complaint was the tv was a pain to operate, and we could only manually turn the volume up. Maybe add some operating instructions to the binder. Owner was very attentive when the wifi and tv lost connection, and got it back up and running within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other couples.

The place was historic and quaint with a decent view but the listed amenities showed a kitchen that wasn't there instead there was a giant jetted tub that took up nearly a 1/3 of the living room. We have no idea how this got a 9+ rating, definitely would not recommend.

It was a very comfortable, roomy space with a great view of the river. It was homier than the typical chain motel. The only possible downside is that the place would be difficult for somebody with mobility issues, but that doesn't apply to me. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Room photos are not relevant to all rooms. Thought we were reserving a room with jacuzzi. Just because the room photos have one, does not mean your room will. We discovered holes in walls that light from the room next door could be seen through. Right next to train track. Train noises off and on all night. Loud guests in next room. For the premium price was very disappointing.

The room with jacuzzi tub was great. The room has a good view of the river. Everything was clean and updated. The only bad thing was we could hear our neighbors next store snoring through the wall in our bedroom which made it difficult to sleep.

Wonderful accomodations. Room is spacious with a hot tube. Wish we could have stayed longer. Look out the window at night and see the Riverboat all lit up.

Fantastic downtown location, comfortable room that insulated us against both the intense heat and the train/boat noise so that we could get an excellent night of sleep, quirky hot tub and other amenities, and overall a great spot for a couple to visit the town!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had the kitchenette room with a separate bedroom and living room. The walk-in shower was nice, as was the shower head. Beautiful view of the river and the sunrise. Within walking distance of the riverfront and Main Street shops and restaurants. The Mexican restaurant right downstairs was convenient too. The only downside was that the rooms are on the second floor, but we only went back to the room once or twice a day, so it wasn't bad. There are train tracks nearby, but we really weren't bothered much by the train whistles. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a real jewel right on the Mississippi river and one block from the main street in town. Super easy check in and check out. It was almost a suite with a kitchenette, wonderful bathroom completely remodeled above a Mexican restaurant. It did advertise a swimming pool and doesn’t have one so I’m not sure why that is. Great parking right across the street. There’s a gravel lot. We were pulling two motorcycles on a trailer and had ample room.

Being on the Mississippi River is exhilarating, so much history in Hannibal Missouri. The Lighthouse Hospitality House is mere yards from it, a wonderful stay with a beautiful view and comfortable accommodations. Beware of the train and the thin walls in the room though. Not a big deal, a 5 star stay anyway.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this room for our Anniversary. Once we park the car, we can walk everywhere, which we love! Room was designed in good taste, warm and cozy. I like the idea of the secure double code entrance. Others just need to be aware on Friday nights the Karaoke down stairs in the restaurant is pretty loud until 9pm. After that it quiets down. The train horns and vibration in the room doesn't bother us at all, but it may bother other guests that aren't prepared for it, so just be aware of this before you book a room here. We will be back again next year.. Thank you!

This is our second time staying and we love it. I love the jetted tub after walking around Hannibal and going to the Christmas events. There was a lot going on around town, so we toured the boyhood home of Mark Twain, did some Christmas shopping, went out to eat and had drinks. It's a nice walkable town and the rooms are just off the main street. It's a very comfortable room. The restaurant changed downstairs this time and was open late, so we were able to run downstairs and grab a late night snack. Bring ear plugs for the train if you are a light sleeper. It doesn't bother me, but my husband uses them because he would wake up anytime the train goes by.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The stairs with our suitcases were a challenge but the room was very nice. Clean, modern and comfortable. View of the river is great and you couldn’t have a better location. You’re right in town and can walk everywhere. I would suggest this place in an instant.

The place was clean and nicely updated. We felt safe and it was in a great location (walking distance)to all the historical downtown, museums, shopping and restaurants. A great view of the river and watching of boats! Id have given it 5 stars except for the CONS. Pros: easy walk to alot of attractions, river view, very comfy beds, nice tub and shower. Easy check in/out Cons: stairs only - no elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Above a restaurant so you could hear talking and cleaning till later in the evening, walls very thin - we could hear guy next door snoring, hotel located right on 2 sets of active railroad tracks. If they would provide a box fan for use at night (to muffle noise) it would be helpful. However, we did enjoy our stay and found it to be a good experience.

Very large hotel room with bedroom and separate kitchen/living area. Fully equipped kitchen was unexpected. Very clean with lots of nice touches. Only downside for us 70 + somethings were all the stairs when we arrived and left. Restaurant downstairs was very convenient but we could hear music from downstairs. It wasn’t bad but noticeable.

Excellent location with a view of the river and close to Mark Twain Museum, restaurants and other attractions. It's a small property (5 rooms) and not handicapped-acccessible. Parking is convenient (across the street). The manager's were extremely polite and helpful.

a surprising gem. External pictures were not impressive, But all the ratings were 10’s. So we went with the ratings and were delighted. approximately 15 steps (we were not aware of an elevator). 5 minute walk to the river boat tour/cruise. Mexican restaurant downstairs. Everything in the room was “right”. Would definitely return if in Hannibal.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and roomy. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked well. Beautiful views of the river including sunrise. Everything Hannibal is within easy walking distance. Access to grocery stores is minutes away by car. There is a nice Mexican restaurant on site. The proprietor was a quick text away and there is ample onsite parking. Couldn’t ask for more!
