Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and tidy. Service was very good. 10/10 stay for seeing Cambridge.

The place can get noisy at night when you're trying to sleep - due to noisy doors mostly. The toilets are tiny and small too. The room we stayed in was too hot and you can't cool it down with the window open too well. The beds and pillows were rock hard - super uncomfortable.
