I had a reservation for two rooms and I got the first room earlier than check in time which was nice but my second room wasn’t available until after 6pm. I called the staff numerous times to get an update and was told they were busy and I needed to wait. I expected better service and some time of compensation while we waited but nothing. They offered us water. I guess I just expected better service at a hotel of quality. On another note the suite was amazing, the food was delicious, gym was great but just disappointed with the service. They could have at least offered me a late check out for getting my room 2 hours later than usual. Great hotel but the service needs work. Also, I understand there was a concert both Friday and Saturday night but Managment should have had more staffed more employees to ensure rooms were cleaned before the next guest arrived

We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel. The hotel is only five years old so very modern furnishing. I was a bit shocked at $75/night valet parking. The cost for the room was good considering a downtown hotel during summer. Make sure you visit the sanctuary connected to the hotel it was the beautiful First United Methodist Church for many years. Still beautiful with the large pipe organ and domed ceiling. Special to me because our family sometimes attended church there when I was a child.

The property and lounge were very nice, the valet however misplaced where they put my vehicle and asked me if I had a tracking device to where I could locate my car myself. They made me wait and told me that the person who parked my car messed up and parked it somewhere incorrectly. I was also trying to get change to be able to tip, the bar does not carry cash and the front desk told me that I could use the atm on site which was out of order and said I had no options to get any cash.

Nice hotel, great views from our room. Bed was comfortable. The resto/lounge was closed for a private event, and the volume of noise made from there made it hard to hear the front desk staff (right beside the lounge). Overall was a great experience.

The hotel has no swimming pool. I booked a suite with two queen beds but got a suite with one king bed!. We were two and needed two beds. It required me calling expedia to speak with staff to change the room. Then the bellman came and just stood by requiring me to ask him if he was there to help with bags or not?.

There was no on site parking, instead the only option was to have a valet driver take your car to a different hotel’s parking lot for $72. Disappointing because I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew that’s what it meant when it said “parking available”. The bed was comfortable & the room was nice enough, but nothing spectacular. Probably won’t stay here again.

Amazing service and absolutely amazing view, hotel is equipped with beautiful gym overlooking the Columbia center and a lovely locker room with sauna which is almost always empty! Rooms equipped with privacy and service lights and you’ll never be bothered!

The room was well designed and thought out also very clean! Service staff in lounge friendly . The disappointment was in the sheets that had several holes the size of pencil tips all over we were also charged after check out for charges from a week before to the room...so double check your receipt a few days after billing.

I had pretty high expectations for Lotte Hotel Seattle given the name attached to this particular hotel. Unfortunately my experience fell short, starting with bed sheets on one bed that were clearly dirty (you could see the stain right where one would lie down) and the blanket on another bed stained. I wish they removed the glass window in the bathroom and just gave a full mirror instead — relying on the face mirror on the bathroom table isn’t sufficient. To top it all off, the valet dinged the side of my car. This is hard to prove, but I had an expensive rental so was very meticulous about taking care of it. The valet manager was kind enough to ensure they would put a claim through if the rental company came back and wanted compensation for the damage. This was truly not the experience I expected from Lotte, and likely will not return to stay at the rest of the hotels in their chain around the world.

Property was clean and well kept. Top notch service. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Hotel is walkable to major sites/ landmarks but be prepared for a 15 to 20 min walk. Would return.

There are mirrors all over the room and I did not feel like they were clean enough. Also, whenever we asked staff for assistance they either did not follow up or did not know the answer. For instance, we asked about restaurants and they could only give us one recommendation.

Wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views! Love to keep the curtains open all night long to catch the city lights. Rooms are decorated with a little quirkiness, think wall of mirrors and interesting artwork. Have stayed here three times already when Teatro ZinZanni was there and for easy Ubering to Taste Washington.

Tries to hard to be cool. The actual functionality of room is horrible…no mirror over sinks. No amenities in room coffee maker no coffee or mugs. No snacks, mini bar, no magnifying mirror. And all the mirrors are just overdone especially the ones with tree motifs outside of elevators.

I wanted to love it and the property is very pretty at first glance. Beds were comfy and the room interiors were lovely. However the room was oddly laid out and very unfriendly guest features. For instance there were no mirrors over the bathroom sinks—and instead there was a window looking onto the bedroom. The TV was mounted over the desk and was unable to be pulled out to be fully viewable from the bed. The nightstands were pretty but very small and with no storage. The curtains were on pulls and had trouble closing which made the daylight come in at sunrise; soundproofing was not what I’d expect for the hotel and both street noise and service staff could be heard even late at night. In room dining was basic and took 25 mins longer than promised. Minibar was empty and ordering a soda was both pricey and took too long.

This is my third stay here and it feels like the five star luster has faded. Stayed in a two queen which was smaller than prior king rooms here. Basic bedding, limited in room amenities (no mini bar or snacks, only one luggage rack, no closet door). Lighting was weird and the city side of the hotel was NOISY! Sirens and voices all night. Not worth the five star rating or price.

Overall, the experience was not bad. The customer service was great and everybody was very nice. There was just a lot of design issues that missed the mark with this hotel. There is no outer bathroom door and the window overlooking the bed does not allow for the light in the bathroom to be turned on if there’s somebody else sleeping in the room or you turn the light on right over their head. You have to basically get into the shower in order to turn it on and will get wet. There was no luggage rack to hold my suitcase. The bathroom could use an extra hook or two to hang the hand towels and robes. I did appreciate the complementary waters and our housekeeper did a wonderful job cleaning our room.

This hotel is definitely nice. But, the hotel opts for design over function. For instance, it was a little aggravating figuring out how the lights worked. There was a lot of mirrors in the bathroom but not one above the sink. And, unfortunately, the sheets felt like sandpaper, not comfortable at all. But, the comforter was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful view of downtown and the bay. And, my favorite was the shower- super cool and spacious!

The staff and location are extremely good. Where the hotel lost us is the room design. There are NO doors on the bathrooms! Yes, you read that right. If that wasn’t bad enough, there is a window over the bathroom sinks looking into the bedroom. There are blinds that you can close on this window, but there is NO mirror. You must turn away from the sink to the side or behind you to see to do your hair, make-up, etc. BUT, there is a full length mirror in the shower and toilet room. So, you cannot see yourself to wash your face or do your hair or make-up, but you have to stare at your entire self going to the bathroom or showering. Very weird design and ruined the hotel for us. We won’t be going back.

Some sort of computer glitch resulted in a double booking of our room. Arrived to ask about early checkin - told us the room wasn’t ready - returned at the regular checkin to be told that we didn’t have a room. They were kind enough to find accommodations at another hotel. Not happy about the inconvenience

Stayed at the Lotte for The Weeknd concert. For a hotel of this caliber there is no excuse why a room should be ready 2 hours after their 4 pm check in policy. Really disappointed with the stay.

Gary helped us with check-in promptly upon arrival and kindly explained the hotel facilities and room specifics. He was also able to provide us with a complimentary upgrade. Dinner at Charlotte was also a very pleasant experience that we went back for breakfast the next morning. Overall experience was excellent. I recommend Lotte to anyone visiting Seattle.

We checked in on the 16th floor and the music was so loud we could not hear the receptionist. The worse first impression of your beautiful hotel. Also no one was at Valet we had to find someone to park our car!

I had called a couple days ahead to see about an early check-in. I was told no guarantees before 4:00pm but we could leave our luggage since we were arriving early. Upon arrival we were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. The text came through at 7:00pm when we were at the Mariners game. We had to go in the clothes we traveled in because we could not check in even at regular check-in time. We tried to stop by the front desk to see if we could get into our bags before we left for the game but the desk was backed up with other guests who also couldn't check in at 4pm. The hotel had a very busy weekend and though I understand it was out of their control that people checked out late it was very inconvenient. Other guest were offered food and drink vouchers but we were not. The room was very nice once we were able to check in at 11:00 when we got back from the game. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very large beautiful bathroom and walk-in shower.

Very nice, newish property. Lovely spacious rooms. Unusual layout with reception and dining on top floor. Staff were mixed, many very helpful, others couldn’t be bothered. Neighborhood is a bit sterile, mostly office buildings, so restaurants and other activities are an Uber ride away.

We came to Seattle for 2 nights for a concert. We wanted to be close to the Lumen Centre. It was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel which was perfect. We were also close to the ferry terminal, the oceanfront walkway and Pike Place Market. It was the perfect location. The room was beautiful as well. I loved the design and the fabulous view of the bay. The bed was super comfy. When we arrived, we went for happy hour in the lounge. The check in is on the 16th floor. That’s the only thing that’s a bit odd with this hotel. The valet guys were friendly and would greet us as we came and left the building. We enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms in the spa. We were very happy with our stay. It was expensive but all downtown hotels are expensive.

We booked this hotel based off of a Condé Nast article however the hotel may have switched owners because the name changed. Website pictures make the room look bigger. The rooms are very small, the bathroom is nice but everything is behind the mirrors (shower and toilet) so no windows or glass shower doors. We were lucky to get a water view room which was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Check in is on the 16th floor which is very cool as the lobby bar is also on this floor. All rooms are below. Happy hour everyday from 3-6 made for some fun eats and cocktails. Everyone is very friendly in this hotel. There is a Starbucks across the street but not many other walkable restaurants. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to Pikes. The walk back can be challenging for those who are not use to hills. We felt safe at this hotel.

The entire hotel was exceptionally clean! Staff were competent and friendly! Prompt service all around. Great food and drink options in the hotel’s restaurant. Great view. Super peaceful. Hotel rooms were luxurious and comfortable. To be honest we enjoyed the stay at the hotel a lot more than the city. Thank you!

The hotel itself and staff were amazing. 5 stars for the front desk, room service and valet. The downside was the hotel restaurant. They didn't open until 3pm for happy hour and were closed before midnight on a busy concert weekend. We tried to have coffee in the restaurant upstairs the next morning and were told that you need a reservation. Hotel guests should get priority for the dining before outside guests.

Food menu very limited indeed. Breakfast ok but same comment . Service generally It’s very pedestrian! Decor of the restaurant and bar area ….. no comment other than to say for me it was like being in student halls. Cold and uninspiring throughout! And this at Xmas and NY.
