We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean. Breakfast was great. We took our border collie with us for our 2 day stay. They had a groomed area for us to walk her and provided the waste bags and trash can. We plan on a trip next year and will book here again.

the swimming pool was closed the entire time we were there for cleaning

I would have given it 5 Stars but I was disappointed that the pool was closed down for repairs for our three day stay. My wife and I both have arthritis and I was hoping the pool would help us.

The Parking area was safe and well lit. The room was very clean, although, the beds were very high and a little difficult to get on to. Good location.

We love this La Quinta location! We have been coming here for years with our son and 2 little dogs. They always give us the rooms right by the side entrance making it easy to walk our pups when they need to go out. Bags and garbage cans are readily available for cleaning up after your dogs. The rooms do NOT smell like dog because there’s no carpet to absorb the smell. Don’t worry, if you don’t travel with pets, they have separate rooms for you, too! You can’t beat the location for doing and seeing everything that Beautiful Lancaster has to offer!

The parking lot was lit and felt very safe. The furniture in the room was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were clean but a bit worn.

We had a great stay. The only disappointment was the pool was not operational. My grandson was looking forward to swimming.

All of the staff were great. They gave us a room close to the pool and lobby. I’guessing it was because they noticed I walked with a cane. They were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the pool. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff accommodated us by freezing our ice packs from our cooler. Unfortunately the pool was closed for extensive cleaning which was a disappointment to my daughter. We had just come off the road from a very long day of driving. It was a nice place to stay.

Property is tired the pool was the reason we chose here and it was closed all weekend had to geta replacement hair dryer ( very easy) Air conditioner was sporadic no discount for 3 note stay or no pool

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so disappointed with my stay that I felt I needed to this time. The shower wouldn't turn on because the nozzle on the faucet was corroded, you couldn't lift it. You could tell there were previous problems with the shower because a screw was holding up the one panel and the corners had very thick caulk lines. When I told the front desk they didn't even apologize, I got a "we'll fix it for the next person." There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Breakfast options were limited and didn't taste great. The work out room doesn't open until 8 a.m. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience and I will not be back.

Very clean everywhere! Room, lobby, breakfast room, pool and bathrooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do not think our rooms were very clean. We stayed in 2 rooms. The bathrooms were not clean, in particular the floors and around bases of floor. The tub had a light ring around it. The rooms seemed surface cleaned, not thoroughly cleaned. I did not feel confident the sheets were changed from previous guests. They were very wrinkled. Pillows were uncomfortable. I went to use the coffee pot and it was so dusty I had to clean it prior to use.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, drape hanging off the rod. TV remote wouldn’t work. Couldn’t change channel even manually. Bathroom needs ventilation, shower curtain didn’t reach all the way to stay closed and as shown in picture the floorboard needs repair.

Upon arrival, the reception at the front desk was far from friendly; there was no name tag, and the demeanor was simply unpleasant. To add insult to injury, we were charged a fee for potential damages and an additional fee for our 18lb Yorkie, which was not mentioned during booking. Upon entering our room, the disappointment continued. The blanket had noticeable holes, indicating a lack of attention to basic amenities. Worse yet, upon inspection, we found black mold in the restroom. This is not just unsightly but also poses serious health risks, especially considering we had a one-year-old and a pet with us. When we voiced our concerns, the response was shockingly inadequate. We were informed that they were "working on" fixing the issues but were also told that management couldn't keep track of every room's status. This lackadaisical attitude towards guest safety and comfort is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. The fundamental responsibility of any hotel is to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests. It's appalling that such blatant disregard for hygiene and customer satisfaction exists. Needless to say, we felt compelled to leave immediately, as staying in such conditions was not an option for us. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and wary of ever considering this establishment again.

Bathtub was not clean. What appears to be rust spots on bottom. Hair in sink. Shampoo was used only a little remained in bottle

I always stay at LaQuinta, because it is pet friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are lovely and clean.

We have been going to this particular hotel for years. We haven't been there in a couple of years. It has really declined! As soon as we walked in the room we saw the TV was broken and leaning. Made the Mgr aware. He did offer a different room after telling us no earlier and we were already settled in. The room smelled musty and like urine. The hotel used to be very nice and clean. No longer. It needs a thorough, deep cleaning. To top it off, the HVAC system made so much noise that it sounded like heavy rain hitting the window. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again! (Also, they used to offer fairly decent soaps/shampoo, now you can barely work up a lather. The water pressure is poor).

We had a very pleasant experience. Very clean facility, super friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, definitely worth staying there.

We had a great stay at La Quinta. The room was very clean, spacious and the complimentary breakfast included several options. Our only complaint was the noise level due to the thin walls and some overactive children above us. However, the situation was rectified after we informed the front desk. We would definitely recommend La Quinta to anyone planning a stay in the area.

I would most certainly return to this hotel. Room VERY large and nice sitting area. Felt more high end than shown. EXCEPT for the love seat couch that looked as if it had been picked up on side of road. Other than that, loved it.

Staff was amazingly friendly, room could have used some updates but was large and comfortable, very clean. People upstairs sounded like a herd of cows walking around and back and forth , breakfast needed to either some bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs were cold, but other then that it was a nice stay, the friendly staff is what really impressed me, very welcoming and helpful!

The beds were horrible! So uncomfortable. Pillows were small and uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice except the following: 1. Beds are very high...had to ask for a step stool, but were very comfortable. 2. Toilet was way too low...built for kids in my opinion. Not good for Seniors. 3. Need vertical grab bars in shower since not a walk-in shower. 4. TV are not user friendly...need to jump from one remote to the second remove and absolutely no instructions.

This is our second time staying here. It is a clean hotel. The only problem we had was the noise. We were on the second floor and could not sleep because the people above us were so loud. It sounded like they were playing basketball on top of us. We finally had to call the front desk to complain since this went on four a few hours during the middle of the night. The front desk asked for some leniency because the walls are thin. Next time we will be asking to stay on the top floor.

There was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom.

To Be Transparent: Upon traveling 5 hours we were greeted with your room is not available. I've chosen this hotel for the great reviews. Also, keep in mind my husband is a gold Wyndham rewards member. They lacked professionalism with us. According to management lady and the front desk guy Lucas they were trying to reach me. However, that was not so as I've received emails and text to confirm and spoke with a rep way beforehand that all was great with our room. The manager didn't get her name told us all she could do was put us in another room which was not a king suite with a separate living area with a door since we had my teenage daughter with us. So my husband and the manager went to view the room and it wasn't suitable for our needs. But before going up the manager told my husband and I it wasn't available but Lucas said it's under renovation. We asked for clarity and the manager said it's not available. After my husband and the manager came down she informed my husband she's going to try to put us in 2 rooms which my daughter would have her own. This is only after she found out we where going to the Sight and Sound Theater and we are Christians. So we got the 2 rooms for two nights and they were going to switch us to the room we booked with Expedia for our last 2 nights. The queen rooms wasn't cleaned as it should with stains and holes on the sheets and the shower didn't drain the water as you were standing in water taking a shower. The tub in both rooms was rusty.

Every single employee was the nicest people we've ever seen. And they made us feel truly welcomed.

Stayed on 2nd floor. Hotel was aware of damage to bathrooms due to remodeling efforts yet registered us in an unacceptable room. Toilet was not attached on one side (nearly fell off). Tub was extremely rusted and scratch the full length of the inside with stains and significant scum at drain. Couldn't take a shower! Unsanitary rubber mat rolled up inside tub. Noise from 3rd floor all night into morning. Slept only 4 hrs. Hotel desk clerk constantly interrupting (holding hand up to stop my discussion) while I tried to get another room. Ultimately left after 1st night. Hotel wouldn't give copy of receipt or any paperwork and didn't give copy of $50 hold form they required me to sign upon check-in. Had to go through Orbitz to try to resolve. Considering hotel's knowledge of room conditions prior to giving me the room, I should not have to pay for 1st night nor for 2nd night reserved which we did not use. Orbitz is in discussions with hotel. I have photos/video available of unacceptable accommodations. Hotel appears nice on surface but deplorable customer relations.

Our stay was comfortable. Top floor away from elevator and steps as I requested. My Problems: Maid service tried to enter our room while my wife and I were still in bed even though the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the door. OTHER PROBLEM: One of the cleaning staff went through the drawers in our room. I am 100% Positive of this because I intentionally set up my socks and under wear in order and they were all moved around. Nothing was taken BUT My Privacy was. You can figure we will never go there again. Front desk said they would investigate but we did not even get a I'm sorry for the inconvenience nor any type of discount.

The stay was great. Check-in was a little rocky as they were trying to have us pay for the room when it was already pre-paid.

Great location

The property was wonderful. The beautiful farmland you see when you walk out the door is a breath of fresh air. Paula, at the front desk, was exceptional!! She went above and beyond-super friendly and welcoming. We asked a question about a place we wanted to see-she looked it right up for us and even printed out directions. We will definitely be back here and use this La Quinta property as our base for touring the Lancaster area!!!

Property was very clean and in a perfect location to explore the many things Lancaster has to offer! The Breakfast was ok but they had a lot to choose from! All the staff was very friendly and professional and easy to talk to!

Close to Sight and Sound where we were going. Close to plenty of shopping.

Clean and comfortable room. Great location right off Rte 30. Check in was easy as hotel sends a text for your info. Rates are reasonable.

La Quinta is close to major attractions and shops in Lancaster. This makes the enjoyment of touring in Lancaster very convenient.

This was a group trip to S&S theatre. Everything was good except the breakfast attendant rude guy and no too many breakfast options. Costumer service (Tiffany and the rest of them at service deck) do an extreme wise work with us, rise their wage.!

The breakfast was terrible and the internet in room 317 was unusable. Overall a nice hotel. I have stay here 3 times in total and will do so again but please fix the internet and use real eggs for breakfast.

Nice comfortable facility close to the Route 30 tourist corridor in Lancaster along with the surrounding PA Dutch Country. Only complaint was that the breakfast leaved something to be desired (eggs (sometimes watery), some sort of gravy to put on biscuits, fruit cocktail, cereal) . It wasn't terrible and at least got us going, but I would recommend making plans for lunch.

Horrible breakfast. Don't pick this place based on free breakfast, rather overpay than eat that crap for free.

Breakfast was very limited, food was unsatisfactory. Ended up leaving and going to a restaurant. Limited seating to eat. Key cards randomly didn't work. Aluminum foil up on some room windows….

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast. We had biscuits and gravy and little other choices for the 3 days we were there. No meat or fresh fruit was ever served. Breakfast was mostly all carbs! Also, for the coffee, there was coffeemate (which is mostly sugar) and milk, but no half and half which is a common staple when serving coffee.

Room was fine but the mattress was lumpy. Not comfortable at all. Breakfast was terrible. Watery eggs, not much variety. No lower calorie choices. Fruit from a can.
